Final Day for Auditions!
Auditions for the last remaining roles will close tonight at 9 PM EST. If you haven't auditioned yet, you must hurry before auditions wrap up.
A huge thanks to everyone who chose to audition for the Spookfest 2024 story voiceovers! With all of the positive reception I got from the Halloween story, I have decided to start working on a Holiday Bash-themed story!
ABOUT THE STORY: December 22. Just 3 days before Christmas. The three children in the Snickerfield family are happy to get an extra day of Christmas break just so that they could have fun in the snow.
Unfortunately, however, it wouldn't take long before one fun snow day would turn into an 3-day long adventure where their fate out in the cold becomes uncertain...
For the voices I'm looking for, feel free to use voice changers, video editors, and whatever you want for the auditions. The deadline is December 14 @9 PM EST.
Also, if you choose to audition please tell me your Discord user so that I can give you credit for your auditions. Thank you!
Auditions for the last remaining roles will close tonight at 9 PM EST. If you haven't auditioned yet, you must hurry before auditions wrap up.
For anyone who wants to play these roles, you have 1 more day to audition:
- Joseph
- Sophia
- Jacob
For all other roles, I will make an announcement when they will close.
The deadline for auditions for a majority of the roles in the 2024 Holiday Bash story has been extended until December 28!
In addition, the Santa Claus role for the holiday story is also now open! Krampus's role will open at a later date.
Everyone should know who this evil embodiment of Christmas is. Since Holiday Bash 2021, he has been utilizing extremely dangerous winter weather to cause worldwide chaos just a night or two before the happiest day of the year would happen...
Krampus should basically sound like an evil version of Santa Claus, while, at the same time, keeping his voice similar to the pitch of what his laugh in TAU sounds like.
For those who have never listened to Krampus's laugh before, here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQhcUU7Ev9Q
(evil laugh) "Naughty people. Time for you all to face my wrath!"
"Your sleigh is going nowhere until my extreme winter powers finish the job for you!"
βChristmas Eve is here. Now shall be my time to get my revenge on this jolly planet once again! My winter powers can, and shall never be stopped!β (laughs evilly)
The big jolly guy everybody should know by today!
(I won't really explain much about what his voice should sound like here, but I think you should already know exactly what he should sound like if you've seen him before.)
βHo ho ho! Welcome to my workshop!"
"Wow! I didn't think I would see you kids be stuck out here in the cold. What happened out there?
"The reindeer that was in the woods? That's Rudolph, one of the best reindeer I have ever had in my life. I'm just grateful that deer is back safe and sound."
One of the three children who get lost outside in the snow.
(yawns) "Rise n shine everyone! Isnβt today supposed to be the last day of school? I canβt wait to celebrate Christmas once again this year!"
"A two hour delay? YES!"
"I just love these snow days! We get to do all we want and not have to worry about school!"
One of the three children who get lost outside in the snow.
NOTE: There will be a few narration lines for this character.
(as character) "Can someone get the phone in the living room? I donβt see who would want to call us at 6 AM in the morning."
(as narrator) βWhat would've been the final day of school for the year, and just 3 days before Christmas, my favorite holiday of them all.β
(as character) "I hope that the school is still hosting that party, but if it canβt happen today, they best better reschedule it."
The last of the three children who get lost in the snow.
"Donβt worry about that, Joseph. Iβm sure the teachers will help you catch up on all of your work before then."
"Yay! No school!"
"Iβve been thinking about doing some Castle Crashers instead, but sure! Want to play that game as well if we have time?"
The mother of the three children. She is meant to sound very nice towards the children and should sound like a caring adult.
"That was from the school. They called for a two-hour delay just now due to all of the snow outside."
"Donβt worry though. Theyβre rescheduling it to sometime after break."
"Yep! Schoolβs out for the year now!"
