Undyne -Undertale Cinematic Dub
Project Overview
The Undertale Cinematic Dub is an ongoing series on the PlotlinePlus Youtube channel.
While we have just finished up the Neutral Run, we regret that we have to recast our VA for Undyne on short notice.
There are still three episodes involving the character that need done, including the upcoming episode. So there are a lot of lines, though you will be given plenty of time to do them.
A couple things to note.
Since this is a recasting, we’re looking to stay pretty close to the original voice. So while you can feel free to audition however you like, we’re more likely to pick a soundalike.
The following two episodes are pretty Undyne-centric. So you will have a LOT of lines.
She’s a pretty intense character, which I go into more detail about in the description. But in the script I will highlight the ‘louder’ areas in case you’d prefer to save those for the end of your session or spread things out considering the size of these scripts.

RULES/GUIDELINES FOR THE AUDITIONS:

1. No bullying, harassing or downplaying others' auditions. Treat those who audition with respect. Any signs of abuse will terminate your chances to being cast.
2. Read the character description to help give you an idea on what the character looks and acts like. You may record as many takes for a line as you want.
3. When auditioning, it is recommended to use a high quality recording device. It doesn't have to be the best, but we need to be able to hear you with the lowest amount of background noise.
4. If you want to redo your audition, please mention that ASAP in the comments..
5. It is encouraged that you offer constructive feedback, help and advice/suggestions to one another. Please be mindful of what you say to others.
6.Please keep troll auditions to a minimum. If you leave a joke audition, be tasteful and keep it within an acceptable volume range.
7. If you have any questions, email/message the director or ask in the comment section.

Alright, not a whole lot of wiggle room for this one, as this is a re-casting and we need a voice-match for our previous VA.
However feel free to experiment and have fun with it. Undyne is a pretty tough role. She's a bit of a delinquent. She's a rough and tough tomboy who has a tendency to shift roles on a dime just to mess with the protagonist. She's always firing off at one hundred percent. That's actually one of her core character traits.
So it goes without saying... this is an intense role, and you need to know what you're getting into. There are a lot of lines.
