Unsupervised Toddler that holds a gun. Nah, that's not the whole description.
The Human who holds the Yellow Justice Soul.
It's Clover!
It's time...
I'll... Be okay.
Howdy! I'm FLOWEY. FLOWEY the FLOWER!
See that heart? That is your SOUL. The very culmination of your being!
You probably wanna go home, don'tcha?
Dalv is the boss of the Dark Ruins, the first major area of the game.
I don't suppose you can just get out the way you came in, could you? That would be easier for both of us.
I don't know who you are but I ask you... Please leave!
Don't get me wrong! I... I'd love to have a friend! I mean... I think...? I don't really remember what that entails. I guess I'll give it a shot, if you will.
While she seems a bit naive on the surface, what Martlet makes up for in her disorganized workflow is her strong morale.
Hm? Oh, uh, hello! Sorry, I don't know where my head was right there. It seems I have a summer home in lala land these days!
I have to say, you're not wrong about that one. I've kinda been on probation for . . . a while. One more misstep and I can say goodbye to Royal Guard-dom.
Anyway, we'll bypass the Royal Guard and plead your case to ASGORE! There's no way he can say no to a cute little face like yours!

She is the widow of Chujin and the mother of Kanako. Her main Intent is taking Clover's SOUL to save the underground and advance Chujin's legacy,
Are you into all of this? ... That's nice... I've never understood it. But if it makes monsters like Star happy, it's fine.
I... Um... Appreciate that, Star. I... I believe I have business to take care of relating to her...
Turns out you're a pretty damn good leader, Clover!
Axis is very persistent when it comes to guarding the Steamworks. Once he catches sight of an intruder, he becomes single-minded in his pursuit of them. Despite his physical agility, his effectiveness as a guardian is greatly hampered by his gullibility and slow wit.
ROBOTS CANNOT CRY. I HAVE TRIED. GOODBYE.
THIS EMOTION, IT FEELS SO NICE. I MUST THANK YOU FOR OPENING MY EYES. I HAD NO IDEA SUCH WONDROUS SIGHTS EXISTED.
YOU SAID YOUR HUSBAND WAS MY CREATOR? WOULD YOU TELL HIM THAT I MISS HIM? HE WAS ALWAYS VERY KIND TO ME.
Chujin is said to have been a kindhearted and hard-working monster, and a good mentor. His philosophy was that even though monsterkind is in a bad spot, being sealed off from the surface, monsters can collectively make the Underground a better place through little acts of kindness.
This is Chujin. I messed up, miscalculated, something.
The human who almost hurt my child, I told Axis to track them down.
Our little girl... Kanako... She needs to live a happy life, unaffected by my endeavors. That is my final wish.
We do not see much of Kanako, but from the flashbacks provided we are able to determine that Kanako was courageous, loving, and always attempted to do what she thought was right. She unknowingly (or willingly) risked her life for her mother and father's experiments, showcasing these in full force.
Is... Is it true? Am I... different?
So you did it! Daddy's wish could come true, right? We could make him smile! Make him proud of us!
I want to make things right. Be useful for once. And I trust you to keep me safe! We'll be the heroes of the Underground! All thanks to you and daddy!
Toriel is a major returning character from Undertale who plays a minor role in Undertale Yellow. She interrupts a battle between Clover and a Froggit at the beginning of the game and attempts to guide them through the Ruins before a cave-in separates the two. Unfortunately, she only shows up during the beginning portion and probably will not be reused... Ever. However, there might be plans to reuse this role in a future project.
You must be wondering what is going on... I am TORIEL, caretaker of the RUINS.
Follow me, my child. There are more puzzles ahead.
Oh dear... I am afraid I cannot reach you... I must leave for a moment. You will stay there, will you not?
Enemies in the Ruins of the game. These include: Penilla, Flier, Sweet Corn, Rorrim, and Crispy Scroll. (The links are intentional)

Decibat is a monster that resides in the Dark Ruins, and serves as the game's first mini-boss. This mirrors Undertale proper's Napstablook, who is also the first mini-boss you encounter.
Don't move. Don't make a sound. Hush hussh!
Whhispers only please. Hushh hushh!
Sweet silence...
The Shufflers are a group of minor characters who are encountered in Snowdin. There are three of them.

Mo is a raccoon-looking salesman from Snowdin. He can be seen in Snowdin, Dunes and Steamworks, selling you items every time you spot him.
Yo! It's ya boy! Mo!
You want this here coffee? Hah. No you don't!
Gimme your money!!!
Slurpy is an NPC found in Snowdin directly north of the first magma puzzle. They are part of a line of sidequests which allow Clover to obtain the Silver Scarf.

Honeydew Shopkeeper is a vendor encountered in Honeydew Resort.
W-welcome to the Honeydew Resort! Please, look around. (was that the line?)
This resort has been a family business for years. We use local honey in all of our goodies while providing a warm place to visit.
I can't answer this customer's simple question! I'm not cut out for this job.

El Bailador is one of the minibosses of the Dunes, encountered after the end of the East Mines.
I want to see your spirit of fire! One and two and-
Aha! Yes! This is what I live for!
We must make do with what we have! Find time for activities that make us happy!
Ed is a fearless and tough monster. He is also the most temperamental character in the posse, but he recognizes it and states that he wants to work on it. In addition, he wants to learn how to play the guitar, but due to him being bigger than the others, he can not play it.
So ye're the new deputy, eh? Then you shouldn't have a problem dodgin' THIS!
That's for the train insults, Mooch! Let's see if ya can pass round two, kid!
You were shakin' in your boots for a second!
Moray represents the E and Y in Feisty, being Excellence and Youthfulness respectively. They are the only member of the four (without counting their boss) that is known to keep contact with their parents. Moray is also more caring and sympathetic towards Martlet, as they bring her food even though it is not mealtime. They are also the one that stays more in-character when the posse are acting for a mission for Clover in comparison to some of the other members.
Oooh, are we going to begin training with Clover?
Hello, Clover! I'm very sorry about this, but I've been bored all day!
Aww, I would be honored!
Ace is the most serious member of the posse. Due to this, he is seen reacting to the other three shenanigans with face palms at the end of the true pacifist route. But this does not mean that he joins as well at some of the adventures of the Feisty Four. As Blackjack states that he and Mooch installed the speaker system throughout the town, using it to play an eagle screech and play jingles and songs. Ace is also the one that represents the I in feisty, this letter representing intuition.
Look at their hat. It's tattered and practically decomposing. And that iron in their holster. What kinda peashooter is that?
You forgot the safety glasses.
Hmph. Good luck.
Mooch is the only one in the group that commits crimes, this being pickpocketing and thievery. She is sneaky and is the representative of the S in Feisty, which stands for Sneakiness. As Ace stated, she is the only one that never oversteps her boundaries. She likes shiny items, as she remarks that the gun that North Star gave to Clover is awfully shiny.
Quit hogging Clover! It's my time to shine!
Of course I'll help you, Ace! Don't be so kind next time.
What? I don't search through my friends' belongings while they nap. Why would you suggest such a thing? I have SOME restraint! Oh... You didn't say anything. ... This conversation didn't happen, got that?
Dina is a vendor in the Wild East. Being the bartender in the saloon, she sells a variety of consumables.
Howdy howdy, human! Take a gander at my wares. Hard-hittin' stuff is off limits!
Oh this little place? It's pretty fun 'round here. I heard it was established some years back when the Dunes gained its name if you get me.
Every day has been pretty predictable until you showed up.
Blackjack is a vendor in the Wild East who sells weapons and armor.
I told you I wouldn't even sell you a gumball!
You lost one of my premium revolvers last week!
Well why didn't you open with that, kind patron? Come inside with me and I'll fetch the paperwork.

The Guardener is a defense-robot first, protecting the Steamworks' garden as if it were her own kin. Upon finding one of the flowers squished, she first labels Clover as a level-3 threat, before quickly escalating the situation to a level-10 and attempting to execute them immediately. The Guardener isn't very social either, as when the backup robots asked to be called "just to hang out," they were met with silence.
SEEING T;HAT YOU ARE SO# Y-Y-OUNG, IT IS FORGI>ABLE. I WILL REPORT THE_INCIDENT AS# A LEVEL 3-03--__4LLEE LV-EL 10 OFFENSE LEVEL 10 MEANS - THE TERMINATION OF THE TRAMPLER. FAREWELL.
ACCEPT YOUR OFFENSE, TRAMPLER
OH... I HAVE ALLOWED IMMENSE OVERGROWTH. I UNDERSTAND. IT SEEMS... MY DAY HAS PASSED. ... ...CANCEL REPORT AND REINITIATE HIBERNATION_
Asgore in Undertale Yellow, as compared to Undertale, is noticeably more grim about the situation of the monsters entrapment. Perhaps this is because, unlike Undertale, there is no certainty that another human will fall into the Underground. When learning Chujin's story, we see a side of Asgore that is colder. Instead of the benevolent ruler offering tea and conversation to anyone who enters his castle, we see a king who's reaching the end of his patience. Because of this attitude during the time, Ceroba quite vocally dislikes Asgore.
The solution I need is a reliable one. One that won't set fire to our homes.
I thank you for your service to society...
... But I'm afraid monsterkind's freedom belongs in more capable hands.
