Papyrus is the loveable goof ball that lives in Snowdin with his brother Sans, hoping to one day be a part of the Royal Guard. The voice for Ppayrus usually sounds very simular to Skeletor.

Mettaton is the most famous robot in the Underground. Designed by Alphys, Mettaton always puts on a good show for his audience. Mettaton's voice is usually very flamboyant and robotic since he is a robot.

Napstablook is the shy ghost that lives in a pathetic house in Waterfall. His hobbies include DJ/Musician and lying on the ground and feeling like garbage. Blooky's voice is very shy and ghost-like, he also tends to stutter at times.
I call it Dapper Blook. Do you like it?
After a great meal, I like to lie on the ground and feel like garbage....it's a family tradtion.

Flowey is the demonic flower that roams the underground, hellbent on his plan to take every last soul that lives in the underground to become god. Flowey's voice is very creepy, demonic and is usually a bit high pitched.
You idiot! In this world its kill or be killed!
Don't worry my little monarch, my plan isn't regicide. This is SO much more interesting.
