The Nice Cream Guy is a vender guy who sells nice cream at random locations.
"Tell your friends...there's ice cream....hidden in the depths of a watery cavern..."
"I don't understand why these aren't selling..."
A vendor found in Waterfall, this silly old man sits his vendor near Napstablook's and Undyne's home.
"I heard of it...but where is it...? Ahh...I don't remember..."
A harbinger of destruction, waitin' to 'free' us from this mortal realm... In my opinion, when I see that little circle...I jus' think it looks neat! Wahaha!
These two, seemingly a cat monster and a alligator monster, sit their vendor in the alley to the right of the MTT Resort. They are best friends, often saying the same lines or finishing sentences for each other.
The red and italisized is Catty (Right of picture) and normal is Bratty (Left of picture).

* Yeah! He's a creep!

"Burgerpants" is an employee at the MTT-Brand Burger Emporium, a fast-food restaurant located inside MTT Resort. (And the last vendor in the game and only sells REALLY expensive healing items.)
Future? WHAT future? Nothing down here ever changes. I'll probably be trapped at this stupid job forever...
Why do people find him so attractive?? He's literally just a freaking rectangle....you know, one time, I bought one of those, uh, kits online... to...uh, make yourself more rectangular...they don't work.
Huh? Everyone else is DEAD? ...does that mean I don't have to work today? God. That it were true, little weirdo, that it were true.
The Snowdin Shopkeeper is the first vendor to be encounter, whom is a sweet bunny like monster.
"Life is the same as usual. A little claustrophobic...but...we all know deep down that freedom is coming, don't we?"
"Hiya! Welcome to Snowdin! I can't remember the last time I saw a fresh face around here."
"What would you like to buy?... Thanks for the purchase."
