This is a project I've been wanting to do for a few years now. We did start it once but with file problems and since it has been years, which means I have lost touch with a lot of the old voice actors, I decided to restart and try again. So here we go!
We will be dubbing a comic that was previously released by Caribun. (The exact comic is the DND game the kids are playing if that rings bells. If you want to know more about the comic as it is unable to be found, please let me know and I can help you.) The music has been picked and placed, it'll just need some adjustments when lines come in. The same cannot be said about the sound effects however.
The comic focuses mainly on Chara and Asriel, with some spotlight to Monster Kid and Frisk too. It's just playing a game of DND and screwing up everything as they would. The end has a tender moment between Chara and Asriel, but this is more of a comedic tone than a serious one.
Requirements
-Please have a decent quality mic and be able to have little to no background noise and no clipping/peeking. I can only do so much unfortunately otherwise I'd love to not have this as a requirement!
-Must be able to join a discord server for the duration of the project for communication reasons. As I know servers are a limited space, you are free to leave after the comic dub is complete.
-Please don't slate in your audition. That's all I ask.
-You will be required to give me a name to credit you by and a link to a place people can find you if they want to follow you if you so choose so I can credit you correctly please! I won't be asking for this until I send out the script however.
-Please keep in communication with me! I understand things happen and the deadline has to be moved if these things affect it. All I ask is that you keep in contact.

Frisk is the eighth and final child to fall into the Underground. They faced all of their challenges and still (depending on what route the player chose in game) was able to survive without killing anyone. With their determination, they were able to break the monsters out of the Underground. Frisk also is quite the flirt, and uses this to their advantage very heavily.
Voice Range: High-medium voice
(Either very friendly or lowkey flirty) Um…Could you let us pass, oh great dog? I’m sure you can do us this favor? You’re so cute. Who is a good doggie? You are! You are!
(Deadpan) Isn’t your middle name “cter”?
(Done with this game) Fine, let’s get this over with. I’m done with Asriel’s gary stue and Chara’s contradictory actions as a paladin.
Chara's view usually depends on the player character in game, but in this comic they are humane but make comments about wanting to kill and the stuff they are known for in the Genocide Route. It doesn't help though that in this comic, Chara is pretty much done with everyone's bs. Chara also has a sweet tooth for chocolate always. Please note that in this comic, Chara does have a cussword (This is the only curse in the whole comic) so if that will be a problem for you I would advise not to apply.

(Upset and done with everything) This is like the 5th asspull! Stop that already!
(Matter of fact tone) Someday you’ll find a problem that can’t be solved by flirting. Can you even do that here?
(Angry and upset) Ugh! You always do this! Last time I was this close to become the monopoly!
Monster Kid is the DM for their little game. While it is very toned down in the comic, he is very easily excited and loves hanging around others. He may have no arms but that doesn't dampen his spirit at all. He seems to be good friends with Frisk, Asriel, and Chara. He does his best to keep the campaign in check, despite Frisk, Chara, and Asriel trying to cause problems.
Range type: Medium-high voice
(Explaining) He can go for a critical, we can pretend it’s a super special attack.
(Big announcer voice) Great-Greater Dog!
(Reminding them) Yo, you gonna need a good roll for that.
The mother goat, Toriel, cares for her children so much. Whether that would be baking cookies to um...Blocking the ruins so they can't escape for reasons, she would do anything to bring a smile to their face and protect them. If she's worried she doesn't show it in her face.
Range type: Medium or low voice, very motherly and very warm.
(Lightly calling to them) Oh fallen children and goat.
(Happy as she places cookies on the table) Enjoy, children!
Undyne is full justice and is always straightforward on what she wants and what she thinks. She means well, though she does it the wrong way. She also believes almost if not then everything Alphys says.
Range type: Medium or low voice, maybe a little gruff but I'll leave it up to your interpretation.
(Inviting herself in and making a scene) Hey nerds! Guess who brought anime and junk food! This time rated for everyone!
(Cutting Alphys off) Rated for everyone!
The current royal scientist, Alphys, is timid and shy but is trying to work towards getting over it. She knows she royally messed up in the past and after hiding it she is trying to make amends. She's also very close (read: dating) Undyne, which is a weird combination usually. Alphys is also a big nerd and loves her anime especially Mew Mew Kissy Cutie (Not the sequel of course. Don't get her started on that...)
Range type: Medium or high voice, feel free to try a stutter if you'd like!
