Project Overview
Hello! Welcome! Twokinds is a comic made by Thomas Fischbach that takes place in a world conflicted with racial tension, primarily between the human-like Humans and animal-like Keidran. They have dramatically different societies and ideas on how to live and act. The comic shows conflict, romance, and other issues in life that can be experienced by many people.
THIS COMIC HAS SEXUAL IMPLICATIONS, CURSING, AND YELLING! BE PREPARED TO BE IN IT FOR THE LONG RUN IF YOU AUDITION! YOU MUST BE 16 OR OLDER TO AUDITION!!
This comic gets better in art style and quality as it goes on so don't be deterred from auditioning because of the art style in the beginning! (The character art used is the later art from the comic!)

Red is a male Human and hails from the small town of Pinewood. He is a former Templar apprentice and Trace Legacy's best friend prior to the latter's amnesia, but was a turned hometown militia member after dropping out of training. His real name is still completely unknown aside from a hint that it's similar to a plant though he was officially dubbed "Red" by a fan vote later on.
After being forced to flee from Pinewood by Wolf Keidran, along with the rest of the members that would form Group B, and while travelling with them and seemingly developed feelings for one of his companions, Raine. After discovering she was really a Keidran it didn't stop Red from perusing her altogether, despite his racist views on Keidran, and has began making an attempt to stop making racist remarks as of late.

Maren is a Human character who was introduced along with her younger sister, Karen, and her friend, Red. She was the proprietor her family inn in Pinewood where she had worked as a barmaid as well as its owner.
Maren had come to know the Grand Templar Trace Legacy as he passed through her village while hunting wolf Keidran. During this time, Trace and Maren became a couple however, once figuring out that Trace lost his memory and has found interest in being with Flora, she then finds interest in a Keidran later on named Sythe

It's like he has no memory of us! He's not at all the same.
Karen is a female Human and the younger sister of Maren Taverndatter. She has worked under her older sister much of her life, helping to run their family inn in the village of Pinewood after their father's death when they were young. A little while before the events of the main comic she annoyed Maren's new boyfriend Trace, who also happened to be the current Grand Templar, so much that he cursed her to grow a pair of Keidran ears permanently. The curse that Trace placed upon Karen as a means of punishment seems to have backfired because Karen actually loves her new ears.
After a raid by the Border Wolf Tribe Keidran on her hometown Karen was forced to flee with Maren and their friends Red and Raine. Currently her plans are not exactly clear however she seems to want to follow her sister and many others of the main cast to the hidden village of Lyn'Knol to finally live in peace again.

is the daughter of the previous Grand Templar. Due to her father's Perfect Transformation spell, Raine is the first known case of a Keidran and a Human reproducing. Though Raine is truly Human and both of her parents were in a Human form when she was presumably conceived she remains cursed to be a Keidran herself so long as her own Mana is not suppressed. Raine spent much of her early life shut away and sheltered from the outside world due to her mother's fear of what the very existence of Raine could do to her reputation. Though Mary was shown to care about her daughter, as seen by the core of her intentions in Raine's upbringing to protect her too, she also saw Raine as a problem.

was the Grand Templar preceding Trace Legacy. She is also Raine's mother through a relationship with Euchre in Human form. She foresaw that Trace had phenomenal potential that would be triggered when he found a cause.

Brahn is a Human, and is the designated Master Seer of the Templars. He has been following Trace Legacy and seems determined to make sure he doesn't return back to being the Grand Templar. He is the father of the blind-folded girl seen occasionally in earlier comics, using her abilities to spy on Trace and his group's journey.

Eric Adrian Vaughan or just commonly refers to as Eric Vaughan or Eric, is a male Human in Twokinds. He is a seafaring merchant specialising in Keidran slaves and the owner of the Vaughan Trading Company.
He has a strong relationship with one of his slaves called Kathrin. He saved Kathrin from his Templar brother, Roderick. He views her as a sister, much to her consternation as unbeknownst to him she has a romantic attraction to her owner. Flora also thinks that Eric takes advantage of Kathrin's natural naivety, but Eric revealed he never did so and is teaching her to read human languages.
Eric often depicted as being something of a pervert due to his attraction to Keidran, which is frequently alluded to extend beyond a mere professional interest. His preference for Keidran may possibly because he grew up with Kathrin (who was bred to be sexually appealing to Humans) from the of age of 10. It is hinted he uses his female slaves to satisfy these tastes; mainly posing for nude paintings. His reputation of this is so great that when Mike was under the effects of an illusion and believed he had been transformed into a female, he was sure that if Eric saw him he would make him do the same perverted things. His obsession has led him to become a great fan, and creator of, erotic Keidran artwork. He has recently expanded his portfolio to include Basitins. He may be a pervert, but he is a polite one.

Brahn's Daughter is a female Human and the true source of Brahn's power as the "Master Seer". Due to her ability to see through the eyes of, and presumably communicate through, any creature she comes in contact with, her father uses her as a valuable tool for the Templar.

more commonly known by her maiden name Saria au Gruhen, was a female Human and the first wife of Trace Legacy. Saria was born in the port town of Edinmire within Human territory, the daughter of a local blacksmith. Not much is known about her life growing up but in her late teens she became the center of Trace Legacy's, a Templar prodigy a few years younger than her studying at the nearby Edinmire Templar Collage, attraction. Trace went to many extremes to get her attention such as slaying a Dragon in her honor but nothing seemed to work. After a long while she finally began to notice Trace and the two were later married.

is an elderly male Snow Wolf Keidran who began to live a double life as both a Templar and a Keidran indentured servant. Euchre was born in with the rare natural ability to use the powerful spell "Flawless Transformation", a spell that would not only change one's appearance visually to other but on a whole physical level too. After spending time disguised as a Human working at the Templar College in Edinmire he began a sexual relationship with the then-future Grand Templar Mary Silverlock. He also worked as an indentured servant around nearby and became friends with a young Tiger Keirdran named Flora.
