Project Overview
About Twisted Wondubland:
Twisted Wondubland is a new online English fan-dub of the game: Twisted Wonderland. Twisted Wondubland is a non-monetized and non-profit passion project, created by dedicated fans of the original game. This is all just for fun. However, our works will be displayed publicly on our platforms (mostly on our YouTube channel): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOYNj8tfRgx0fYsW806LS9w
We will only be voicing card stories and events. Nothing main story related, for now.
This casting will entail that you’re auditioning to be part of the main voice cast. For the voice cast auditions, you will give your best interpretation of the character(s) you choose to audition for. Keep in mind, not all of the characters are present because they were cast beforehand (Epel has already been cast, but everyone else is open). If you’re not familiar with Twisted Wonderland, that’s alright, but researching the character you’d like to audition for is recommended. The official casting process will be done after the deadline (or beforehand, either or), and you will be messaged a discord link to the official server of this project.
If you are not chosen to be part of the main voice cast, don’t worry. We will need some people to play the NPCs. And, at a later date, we will consider casting more characters from the game if needed.
Note: For characters like Idia (who sometimes uses a tablet to communicate) or Ortho (who is a technomantic humanoid), for example, need to have their voices altered to fit the feel of the character better. We will make sure to inform you in those character descriptions that their voices will be altered. If you’re not comfortable with that, then please don’t audition for those types of characters.

- Must be 16+ to audition.
- Having both good audio quality (with little to no background noise present) and acting skills.
- Must have a Discord account. That’s where we’ll be communicating, so add your Discord username in your audition. The discord server is 13+, so any interaction must be PG-13 as well.

- Having the commitment and time to complete all tasks given in a reasonable time frame.

Riddle Rosehearts is the housewarden of Heartslabyul. A serious individual who values order and rules above all. No matter how crazy the rules are, if you are found breaking them, consider it off with your head! For forgiveness though, bring a nice strawberry tart to the unbirthday party and maybe the stars will shine on you.
Voice: Riddle has a relatively high-ranging voice that has a stern and serious tone. He is considered hot-headed, as well.
Note: A British accent isn't required, but is recommended.

Ace Trappola is a rambunctious and mischievous first-year Heartslabyul student. He doesn’t hesitate to call people out on what he believes is wrong, or speak his honest truth. Most find him annoying, but nonetheless, he has a certain charm to him and a trick always up his sleeve. When he’s beside his buddy, Deuce Spade, any trouble is possible!
Voice: Ace has a mid-ranging voice that is carefree, confident, and has a bit of a cocky tone.

Deuce Spade is an ex-delinquent on a turbulent path to redemption, and a first-year student of Heartslabyul. Although he's trying his best to present himself as the perfect honor student, his delinquent tendencies occasionally slip out...especially when he's around his closest friends, Ace, Grim, and the player (Yu).
Voice: Deuce has a mid-ranging voice that is straightforward and serious. He can have moments of pure aggression, too.

Trey Clover is the vice-housewarden of Heartslabyul (and the unofficial dorm mom). Trey is the responsible and mild-mannered son of two bakers that loves harmless pranks and baking incredibly delicious pastries to be shared out among his dormmates (if Ace doesn't eat them all first, anyway). He also has a very interesting taste in hats.
Voice: Trey has a mid-deep-ranging voice that is calm, well-mannered, and motherly (because he’s a parental figure in Heartslabyul).

Cater Diamond is a stylish, socially adept, and trend-setting third-year with an outgoing personality and a love for social media. Despite how inseparable he seems from his extroverted personality, it's a mystery to everyone (including him) how much of it is genuine and how much of it is fake.
Voice: Cater has a relatively mid-high-ranging voice that sounds outgoing and friendly, almost in an exaggerated way.

Leona Kingscholar is the housewarden of Savanaclaw. He is the unmotivated prince of Afterglow Savannah…and he will forever remain a prince, which makes him feel slightly insignificant. However, he is both prideful and domineering as he is lazy. Although he still hasn't graduated from NRC, he's an incredibly intelligent person and isn't afraid to scheme in order to get his way by any means necessary.
Voice: Leona has a deep-ranging voice that sounds both relaxed and arrogant. Since he’s a lion beast man, it wouldn’t hurt to hear a bit of growliness in his voice.

Jack Howl is a determined Savanaclaw first-year. He has an iron strong will and a mindset of "get it done yourself or don't get it done at all,”. Jack doesn't like acting all buddy-buddy toward other students, and he prefers to do things solo...like a lone wolf. Despite all that, though, he respects those who've earned their strength and he strives to become even stronger himself.
Voice: Jack has a deep-ranging voice that is focused and stern. Since he’s a wolf beast man, it wouldn’t hurt to hear a bit of growliness in his voice.

Ruggie Bucchi is the vice-housewarden of Savanaclaw. Despite being Leona's right-hand man, Ruggie and Leona couldn't have come from more different backgrounds. Ruggie is an equally masterful schemer who grew up in poverty, getting pretty skilled in stealing food. He values every meal he gets, even if it's just dandelions.
Voice: Ruggie has a mid-ranging voice that should sound both cunning and laid-back. Ruggie is also known for his laugh because he's a hyena: “Shyeheehee”.

Azul Ashengrotto is the housewarden of Octavinelle. He’s an extremely calculating individual that highly values money and profit. He runs a restaurant on the school grounds called Mostro Lounge, and he gives off a very charitable vibe so people are willing to make a deal with him…but, in reality, he’s a sly scammer.
Voice: Azul has a mid-ranging voice that is well-spoken, while also being calm, yet serious.

Jade Leech is the vice-housewarden of Octavinelle, and the twin brother of Floyd Leech. He presents himself in a formal way, greeting everybody with a friendly smile that can sometimes seem…too friendly. However, he usually always has an ulterior motive behind his seemingly kind actions. Fun fact: he has a slight obsessions with mushrooms.
Voice: Jade has a mid-deep-ranging voice that is calm, collected, and polite. While also having a bit of a sinister touch.

Floyd Leech is an unpredictable second-student of Octavinelle, and the twin brother of Jade Leech. He is an extremely moody individual who can feel one thing one second and something entirely different the next. Floyd is incredibly gifted at many things, but since he gets bored easily, he doesn’t put in a lot of effort when he should. Once he gets tired of what he’s doing, good luck trying to get him back in the mood to do it again…
Voice: Floyd usually has a mid-high-ranging voice that has many different tones. He can sound playful and fun, or cruel or bored. He also has a squeakiness to his voice as well, especially when he laughs.

Kalim Al-Asim is the housewarden of Scarabia. An extremely kind and extroverted individual that welcomes any student who crosses his path with open arms. He is also generous and attempts to be helpful and supportive to his fellow dorm students...even though he's pretty ditsy. Kalim was born into an extremely wealthy family and grew up with Jamil Viper, his closest advisor and attendant (who seems to always be cleaning up his mistakes).
Voice: Kalim has a high-ranging voice that can be best described as cheerful. Overall, he is carefree and innocent (and pretty clumsy), so that should reflect in his voice.

Jamil Viper is the vice-housewarden of Scarabia. He is a very careful individual that is a lot more intelligent and conniving than he leads people on. Jamil grew up beside Kalim Al-Asim, in the form of his attendant. He is seen as an average student at Night Raven College. Never scoring too high or too low in anything. Just average, never standing out. Despite this, he is actually very skilled at many things, he just covers it up and pretends he isn't skillful because of his family's status towards the Asim family.
Voice: Jamil has a mid-deep-ranging voice that sounds polite, caring, and deliberate. But he can sound annoyed or cruel at times, too.

Vil Schoenheit is the housewarden of Pomefiore. A famous actor and expert at poisons, this hard-working individual believes in true harmony between inner and outer beauty...and is willing to sacrifice anything to achieve and maintain that beauty. Pulling no shortcuts and doesn't spare any effort when it comes to his self-image. Vil is also considered a hard-working perfectionist who dreams of finally being the one in the spotlight. No matter the cost.
Voice: Vil has a mid-high-ranging voice that has a serious, yet strong and regal tone (because of his clear fixation on beauty).

Rook Hunt is the vice-housewarden of Pomefiore. He is the extroverted, hunter extraordinaire. Rook tends to see beauty in everything and is very dedicated to his housewarden, Vil Schoenheit, who is the perfect representation of pure beauty. Even though he is seen as a bit eccentric, he is always truthful when it comes to his emotions. He might hunt you down or willingly drink any poison, but all is fair for the sake of beauty...isn't it?
Voice: Rook has a mid-deep-ranging voice that is both flamboyant and passionate.
Note: In the game, he speaks some French, so a French accent would be recommended when auditioning for him.

Idia Shroud is the housewarden of Ignihyde. He is a shy and introverted individual that has a pretty pessimistic view of life. Idia basically despises interacting with other people, and he prefers to stay inside his room...even going as far as to have his tablet substitute for his presence during class lectures or housewarden meetings. However, when he's in public, he gets anxious rather easily. In his free time, he plays a lot of video games, so he uses internet slang and video game references in his everyday speech.
Voice: Idia has a mid-deep-ranging voice that is quiet and awkward (especially when he’s communicating with other characters). He can also sound passionate as well when it comes to video games.
Note: In some scenes, Idia uses a tablet to communicate. We may use a voice alterer for some voice lines when he uses the tablet in certain scenes. If you’re not comfortable with having your voice altered, please don’t audition for this character.

Ortho Shroud is Idia Shroud's little brother whose entire body is seemingly mechanical. He's one of the friendlier students at Night Raven College and is devoted to his older brother, Idia Shroud, who built him. He is the opposite of his older brother, by having a more optimistic view on life. However, Ortho can still be mischievous and manipulative when he wants to be.
Voice: Ortho has a high-ranging voice that is friendly and optimistic. He is a technomantic humanoid, so he can sound robotic and calculating when he’s using his software.
Note: Ortho is a technomantic humanoid, so his voice needs to be altered to a more robotic sound when he’s in scenes. If you’re not comfortable with having your voice altered, please don’t audition for this character.

Malleus Draconia is the housewarden of Diasomnia. The all-mighty fae prince of Briar Valley who is also one of the most powerful mages in all of Twisted Wonderland. Even though he has incredible magic capabilities, he is somewhat naive to certain things. He is so terrifyingly amazing at magic that people are wary of him, which makes him kind of lonely because people forget to invite him to events.
Voice: Malleus has a deep-ranging voice that can either sound childish and naive or menacing and powerful.

Lilia Vanrouge is the vice-housewarden of Diasomnia. A young-looking, elderly, and wise fae that is friendly and easygoing. Because of his old age, he is very wise and knowledgeable and tends to give advice to his younger classmates. He gives a sense of mystery and tends to tease other students (usually in the form of floating upside down in the presence of unsuspecting students). He was also a former knight of the Briar Valley who now supervises Malleus Draconia.
Voice: Lilia has a mid-deep-ranging voice that is relatively friendly and playful. He can also sound very wise, but he also has a happy-go-lucky tone when he teases the other students.

Silver is a diligent second-year student of Diasomnia. He is known for how sleepy he is and his kind-heartedness, and he wishes for humans and faes to get along. Silver is a human who was raised by Lilia Vanrouge and Malleus Draconia. He deeply cares for Lilia and basically sees him as his father, and is a devoted knight for Malleus Draconia. He wants to repay them both for raising him by becoming a strong knight.
Voice: Silver has a mid-ranging voice that sounds serious and quiet/reserved. He is also rarely over-emotional, so he can also be seen as serene at times.

Sebek Zigvolt is an expressive and loud first-year student of Diasomnia. He patronizes and looks down on all of humanity, even though he is a half-fae and half-human child. A completely devoted knight who holds the highest respect for his young master, Malleus Draconia. Sebek always tends to shout at an extremely loud volume, which concerns the students around him.
Voice: Sebek has a mid-deep-ranging voice that is both very passionate and very loud. He is very prideful and hot-headed, too (especially when it comes to anyone talking about Malleus).

Dire Crowley is the headmage of Night Raven College that constantly reminds his students how kind and generous he is. He always hides behind a bird-like mask, which matches his crow-feathered attire. Crowley is the one who appointed both the player (Yu) and Grim to Ramshackle dorm when the player gets stuck in Twisted Wonderland...and he claims to be researching ways to bring the player back to their original world.
Voice: Crowley has a mid-deep-ranging voice that sounds sophisticated, yet slightly haughty because of his level of authority at Night Raven College.

Grim is a Ramshackle student of Night Raven College. He and the player (Yu) count as one student at the academy when they met at the beginning of the game. Of course, they befriended each other and are usually seen together. Grim is a rambunctious creature with a large appetite, and he ultimately wants to become a great mage.
Voice: Grim has an ambitious voice that can have a bit of a narcissistic tone. He is very prideful, so that should reflect in his voice, too. And, since he’s a cat-like monster, use that information however you’d like.
