Silverbolt

Role assigned to: D. Alton

Before the war, Silverbolt was a law enforcer and member of captain Orion Pax's team, serving as their eye in the sky and participating in the capture of SwindleLaw and Disorder During their hunt for the Decepticon spy Soundwave, he reported to Orion where their target was headed and the failed attempts of the other Autobots at taking him down. Once everyone else was defeated or distracted, Silverbolt went after Soundwave on his own, only to crash when Ratbat ripped off his port stabilizer. The Hunt for Soundwave He later participated in the search for the insurgent Hot Rod, but was unable to assist his teammates after they entered the maze-like AcropolexRuins After Orion Pax had become Optimus Prime, Silverbolt and his Aerialbots responded to his rallying call for additional support against the Decepticons and fought against the Seekers in the battle over Iacon.

Looking for a voice like the G1 character or the WOC version. Courageous, action hero with humility.

  • Weapons free! Target is not going anywhere fast. You're clear to move in, command.

  • The Energon bridge draws power directly from Cybertron, directly to the gun. We will have to follow the beam in order to shut it off!

  • Aerial Bots! Let's show devastator what a real team can do! Combine to form.... SUPERION

Ultra Magnus

Role assigned to: D. Alton

Even in war, there are laws. Ultra Magnus, Duly Appointed Enforcer of the Tyrest Accord, is the burly blue line that enforces those laws. Whether Autobot or Decepticon, break them and you can do things his way... or the hard way.

He's so popular that people just love to cosplay as him!

Looking for a voice like Robert Stack's magnus, or Michael Ironside Magnus

  • But is it enough to make me "bend"? In my book, one compromise leads to another... and another... and pretty soon... you've crossed the line you're supposed to be holding

  • All of you! Stand down. I am a duly appointed enforcer of the tyrest accord. We can do this my way... or the hard way

  • I do not like you. If i had my way you would never be granted a position aboard this ship, let alone as second in command. If you step one foot out of line, I will demolish you.

Ramjet

Role assigned to: Jake Rare

What can really be said about someone whose only idea of strategy is to smash into things with his head? In Ramjet's defense, he's specifically built to survive such midair collisions and his prey most definitely is not. The strategy can be frighteningly effective, since no one expects a fighter jet to ram them. Ramjet has a tendency to regard the sky as belonging only to him, and will frequently ram even neutral or friendly targets. Though he is built to take such hits, frequent collisions and crashes can still take their toll on his internal mechanisms.

  • Take it easy now, my boss is impressed with you. He wants to talk, but resist and im under orders to gun down that little yellow twerp

  • They say, Tantrum, [ramming into things] knocked some screws loose over the years. But I always say they was loose to start with, y'know.

  • I don't know why i'm on the ground for this... i could see sooo much more from the air.

Role assigned to: Troyificus

Sky Lynx is the unbelievably talented, unsurpassably skilled, and altogether magnificent robot behind most of the greatest, most adventurous, and most daring moments in all of Autobot history. At least, if you ask Sky Lynx, that is. Not that he isn't a skilled, fast, and powerful warrior, well deserving of his rank as Lieutenant Commander—he most certainly is all those things—he's just a bit too eager to tell you about it. At length. However, his superiors recognize his undeniable skill and tolerate his ego. Springer has nicknamed him "Commander Modesty."

Look to the g1 voice for inspo!

  • Here I am autobots, taxi is here and the meter is running!

  • Always a pleasure old timer!

  • But... why am i here? im no dinobot!

Hotrod

Role assigned to: Dylan Nguyen

Arrogant, rash, and believes his own press. Call him Hot Rod or Rodimus, or Rodimus of Nyon if you're feeling especially formal; he's got a good spark, but you might need to tread carefully to find it. His larger-than-life, cocksure personality hides an earnest desire to favorably compare with famed examples of leadership and heroism. Rodimus is also privately insecure that he cannot measure up with those to whom these qualities come more naturally, which often publicly manifests in a rebellious disdain for any authority not his own.

Looking for a g1 movie voice

  • Okay, so tell me what happened–– In layman's terms, please. The fewer syllables, the better. Science makes me twitchy. Too many rules

  • Prowl! Wish us luck because who knows? Maybe the Knights can help us find a cure for your personality. And if you get angry, remember: It's not the table's fault

  • Interrupt. Please, GOD, interrupt. It's not that it's boring, it's just- Every victim impact statement sounds the same. "Bad things happened, part 405".

Originally a working class 'bot from NyonSlinger joined the local insurgency against Zeta Prime's oppressive government alongside Hot Rod. Following the city's destruction, he went on to become the leader of the displaced survivors.

  • Hotrod brought you here- showed you all of this- so we could prove to you what the senate is doing!

  • I'm going to live. The future looks bright... brighter than it has in a while.... I owe it to the people who gave up their lives so I could keep going.

When it all comes down to it, everything is about resources. Shockwave has always recognized this, and while those around him pursued power and politics and other petty concerns, the master scientist focused his superlative intellect on defeating entropy and securing the future of his species. A game-player and king-maker, Shockwave plans for everything, and while the shadowplay inflicted on him by the Senate may have robbed him of his emotions, it did nothing to curb his ambitions

looking for a G1 or Prime voice

  • All life is equal. I merely assign it a quantifiable value—zero.

Bonecrusher finds beauty in rubble-strewn wastelands and longs to transform pretty much any location he happens across into one. Moreover, he makes demolition into a wild performance art. He loves to show off his destructive talents for his fellow Decepticons. Deep down, his destruction is really a perfectionism that cannot tolerate anything that he views as flawed, which includes the AutobotsMegatron values the fear and destruction Bonecrusher creates as much as the resources harvested in his wake. Now if he could just refrain from destroying buildings the Decepticons actually need...

  • Demolition is my business, and business is good.

Astrotrain loves to sow confusion. To this end, his Triple Changer abilities serve him well. Nothing pleases him more than confronting an Autobot in a dark corner and making him wonder if he's up against one Decepticon or two. He craves having this power over others. Single-minded, you may say, but when most of your time is spent transporting troops around, you have to take your jollies where you can. He wants more from life, but it's either fly the other Decepticons around, or get scrapped by them.

  • It's always the same thing. I fly them to points unknown, exhaust all my fuel, and they get to have all the fun.

  • We gotta jettison some weight, or we will never make it to cybertron!

  • We are over the point! prepare to jump!

Blitzwing

Role assigned to: Soundwave880 Productions

The other Decepticons don't care much for Blitzwing. Oh, they can respect that he's an absolute terror on the battlefield, using his triple-changing ability to maximum effect. Few things are more destructive and demoralizing to an enemy force than a tank landing on your front line at Mach 2. Blitzwing changes forms rapidly in battle to keep his opponents off-balance at all times. And through it all, he's laughing like a madman, because frag it, it's just funny to him.

What makes him such a pain to his teammates is that Blitzwing's sense of humor rivals even Skywarp's for brainless thuggery. He's an unlikable, blustering, loudmouthed jerk to everyone. The Decepticons as a group may be an unpleasant bunch, but Blitzwing takes the cake, platter, and tablecloth, and has ground the table underfoot.

  • Tell me what's on your mind, or I'll splatter it on the wall and see for myself!

  • Tanks! transform and begin the siege. Focus fire on the coordinates

  • Let... me... die... I am begging you human...

Dirge

Role assigned to: Soundwave880 Productions

Dirge is a master of using fear as a weapon. Mournful, morose, and silent, his behavior gives even close comrades like Ramjet the creeps. Dirge actively cultivates this atmosphere; his engines are even tuned to generate fear in all who hear them. Few realize, however, that this need to instill fear is part of an overwhelming need for control over his own situation. Should things spiral out of control, Dirge falls victim to paralyzing fear himself and his usefulness as a warrior vanishes.

  • Death comes to he who crosses me.

Runabout (aka Over-Run[1]) is not the brains of the Battlechargers (they're both pretty much dim-bulbs), but he is much calmer and certainly more articulate[2] than Runamuck, and his presence helps keep the latter's cross-wired mind on task. That said, Runabout usually joins in with whatever mad ideas Runamuck comes up with, just to keep from being bored. Runabout is very susceptible to boredom.

  • Hey... where are your manners autofreak, leavin so soon?

Runamuck and Runabout are the Battlechargers, a nearly inseparable pair of hooligans. Runamuck in particular likes to make things explode, heh heh, and loves a good wreck. He has been known to wander around junkyards, fascinated by the carnage of twisted metal and shattered glass. This only makes him want to blow more enemies into heaps of slag. Heh heh, slag. He does not consider it beneath him to indulge in petty acts of vandalism, and thinks a good insult sprayed on a clean wall is a Decepticon victory, heh heh.

Springer is one of the most heroic, dedicated, and genuine Autobots around, which is fairly ironic considering his distinctly-artificial origins. What's even more ironic is that Springer is the leader of the Wreckers, a squad with a less-than-stellar reputation for playing by the rules. Still, many of his comrades and mentor figures consider Springer to be "the best of them"—a steadfast teammate and friend who will never let someone he values down.

  • I've got better things to do tonight than die

  • What do you mean it's a lost cause?! of course it is, its why we are here!

Metroplex hoped that that would be the end of Vigilem but wondered if he'd been too merciful.

Breakdown has an acute case of paranoia. (What was that!?) He genuinely believes that things, both living and inanimate, are watching him. (They're all over me!) Breakdown doesn't like to stand out in a crowd. (Did you hear that!?) He dreads being different and garnering attention. (Stop staring at me!) At times, he almost wishes he was a human so he could just disappear and no one would notice. (Get them off meeeee!) Needless to say, he and Red Alert (He's one of THEM!!) would be energon drinking buddies if each wasn't likely to be convinced the other was trying to poison him.

Blaster loves all Earth music, especially good, hard, LOUD rock 'n' roll. He can be found at the forefront of any situation in which he's involved, be it getting down and truly hopping to town, or kicking butt and taking names—both of which he does well, and both of which have led him into conflict with authority at times. Blaster marches to his own beat, whether it's a pounding bassline or pounding Decepticon skulls, and he's not shy when it comes to sharing his feelings about either! He maintains a shared enmity with his Decepticon counterpart Soundwave, with whom he shares his powers over all forms of sound, and is often backed up by a team of his own Autobot Mini-Cassettes to match Soundwave's mini-minions on the battlefield.

  • Hey, Perceptor, what's shaking? Other than this fortress?

  • Optimus Prime, do you read me? The Decepticons are blitzing Autobot City, we're really taking a pounding. Don't know how much longer we can hold out.

  • Hold on to your dancing shoes and go man, go.

Windcharger was an "outlier": a Transformer who had some abnormal skill or attribute that had nothing to do with his alt mode. (He called them his "magic arms".) Functionists hate that crap, so he kept it secret and hung out at the Jhiaxian Academy of Advanced Technology, where Senator Shockwave had created a safe haven for outliers. Windcharger owed so much to Shockwave that he joined him and Orion Pax in a heist, risking his life against a Senate conspiracy; his magnetic powers were used to "fly" the thieves into the Primal Basilica to steal "the Matrix" (actually a bomb) without tripping any alarms. He also used his magnetism to stop the bomb falling when Ratchet accidentally dropped it. Sadly, his Academy home was destroyed and his mentor Shockwave brainwashed in an Institute branch

Forged before the war, Twenty Plus One Huffer was one of the manual laborers seen disputing the Senate's attempts to automate their trade with drones. Megatron Origin #2 Despite his laborer origins, Huffer has no known connection to the Decepticon movement, even in its earlier, less-violent days. When Zeta Prime was killed and the Decepticons assumed power, Huffer was at Maccadam's when he heard Optimus Prime's call to arms. He rallied with many others under the Autobot banner to retake the capital. Broadcast During the struggle, Huffer met the new Autobot leader personally and assured him they'd fight alongside him even though they weren't soldiers.

Skullgrin survived the encounter and was taken to Garrus-9. After Overlord took control of the prison, he freed Shockwave, who selected certain Decepticons to take with him. Like the rest of Shockwave's companions, he was on The List, and had been intended to be handed over to the Decepticon Justice Division in exchange for the former Senator being allowed to go free, a deal Tarn rejected. The Ties That Bind

Onslaught

Role assigned to: Kyle Wadas

Onslaught (aka Combatmaster) is what you'd call the "hands-off" type. He doesn't enjoy getting his mitts dirty, but instead prefers the thrill of designing battle plans, strategies, and tactics, and then watching his Combaticon soldiers carry them out. While he typically crafts his strategies to exclude his direct involvement, Onslaught is no coward. When required, he will engage in battle with strength, cunning and earthquaking fury. This darker, more brutish side of Onslaught might lead some Decepticons into thinking he has a secret blood-lust stashed away in his circuits. But truth be told, he's really just ticked off that his plans didn't work out the way they were supposed to.

Onslaught can combine with his fellow Combaticons to form Bruticus, who is considerably dumber than Onslaught.

Slag (aka Slug[Note]) is the Dinobot most likely to live up to the team's bad reputation. Slag is surly, mean-spirited, nasty, and disturbingly violent, to the point where it really is a wonder he's not a Decepticon. Slag will fight anyone, over anything, at the drop of a microchip, and fight dirty. Slag enjoys nothing more than reducing his enemies to pools of molten metal with his fire-breath (and he's more than willing to include annoying Autobots on that list). He'd swim in the pools to celebrate if he could.

It's hard not to like Trailbreaker (aka Trailcutter[1] and Trailblazer[2]). He's a good-humored cheerleader, always ready with a joke or comment to lighten the mood when things get dark. Sadly, Trailbreaker's joking is often a cover for his low self-esteem. His form is the most fuel-consumptive of the Ark crew, and his vehicle mode is very slow. As such, he feels like a useless drain on their limited resources. Other days, he feels like a one-trick-pony whose talents are taken for granted. It's not uncommon to see him burying his woes in a tall glass of liquor that can push a Warworld into hyperspace.

  • I'll shield you as long as I can... but there is no telling what they will throw at us next!

Nightbeat, a self-declared detective, loves mystery, suspense, and conspiracy. When Nightbeat is on the trail for clues, nothing else matters. Deny him information, and he'll doggedly pursue every possible lead until he's obtained it. This monomania has famously gotten him into trouble over his head more times than he can count, yet in the face of adversity, he remains cool, confident, and even irreverent. Over the course of his investigations, Nightbeat's wont to ignore rules, regulations, and any sort of social niceties. He has insulted creatures many times his size and committed huge faux-pas to uncover the truth. It is not so much that Nightbeat is brave, but more that, when the thrill of the hunt has him, he will not be denied.
