Traffic + Tranquility

Traffic + Tranquility

Project Overview

This is an imagined conversation, taking place in a carpool on your way to work, that covers some deep topics like Forgiveness and Gratitude. It is not a long project--it should only take an hour or so to record. If you have SourceConnect, that would be great. Otherwise, a Zoom session could work as well.

  • “Here’s the thing about self-love: it starts with self-talk. The way you speak to yourself matters. Imagine if you spoke to a friend the way you sometimes speak to yourself. Would that friend stick around?”

  • Today’s focus is on forgiveness. We’re going to work through some of the people who’ve lingered in your mind—people who might have caused you pain, frustration, or sadness. Remember, forgiving someone doesn’t mean you have to reconnect with them. It doesn’t mean what they did was okay. Forgiveness is for you, not them. It’s your way of saying, ‘I won’t let this weigh me down anymore.'
