Tower of God (Audio Webtoon read-through)
Project Overview
This will be an audio read through of the Webtoon Tower of God, written and drawn by SIU. This is a personal favorite of mine so I am determined to make this series go on a long time. The requirements I need for these roles are:

Bam is the lead protagonist of the series and is described as kind and in the beginning pretty naive but grows (in a rather forceful way) to become more realistic and throws away his past ignorance. A preferred voice would be a med-higher male voice for the beginning of the series but in Season 2 a slightly lower voice. Must be able to do both but you can also do whatever take you want on his voice. Surprise me! :)
Season 1 (higher voice): [Out of breath] I did it. With my own hands,,, I caught- the light..
Season 2 (lower voice): [Grieving, distressed] No.. Nononono.. What did I do to you?! NO!!
Season 1 (higher voice): [Sentimental] She taught me everything. Things I hear, things I read, everything I feel.. It's all thanks to her.
The smart and cunning Khun is the light bearer on Bam's team and is with him from the beginning. He is from one of the 10 great families and knows how to handle difficult situations. There will be a time skip for him too so be able to do a higher and lower voice for each season. Have a cool medium voice for him or whatever voice you think would suit this character.
Season 1: I will not be ruled. I make my own rules.
Season 1: [Dangerous/Threatening] The reason I'm a light bearer isn't that I'm weak at close range combat. It's because I like giving orders.
Season 2: [Disappointed/Longing] How sad... Trying to get more powerful by yourself. When I look at you sometimes, it worries me that you would just wander off and leave us someday. So at least tell us when you go somewhere so that I can chase you anytime.
Rak, a fan favorite, is the leader and a huge crocodile with a fiery spirit. He likes to yell a lot (almost like it's his normal speaking voice) so auditioneers must be able to do that. I, the great Rak, accept you turtles as my underlings!
Yuri, the hot headed and ba princess of Zahard is yet another fan favorite. She acts recklessly sometimes and let's her emotions control her but she can kick some serious ass. Her voice should be a tough, clear medium female voice with nice attitude.
[Satisfied/Joyful] Ahahaha! So he's not a disappointment after all! This just got interesting, I'll be right back Evan!
[Tough/threatening] Those 2 ugly idiots that are pitifully lying over there after being beaten by you... I'm their older sister.
[Determined] ..No... He's not someone who'd die like that...
Evan is a high ranker and a chief guide of Zahard royalty. He is always with his reckless partner Yuri to (try to) guide her and fight alongside her. Although this short man doesn't seem like he can do much in the beginning, he proves himself worthy to be a high ranker later on. A med-low voice for him that sounds a bit uptight.
[Warning/stopping] Princess! It's a test that he must face!
[Pondering] That boy will end up meeting Princess Yuri again. I guess this is a fate, which can't be avoided...
[Doubtful/desperate] Wait a minute princess! I've found a way for you to meet the boy..!-But if you go that way, it can put your life in danger. Will you still go and see him..? Princess..?
Androssi, the beautiful but cruel princess is considered one of the top 5 E-rankers and very strong and only continues to get stronger. She should have a feminine and medium-high voice but have attitude.
[Desperate/determined] Hang on there... this time... I won't let you go.
[Taunting] Well- that doesn't really explain it because, we're actually a couple! So I'm taking this guy with me since he's mine!
[Disappointed] As I thought, you're too soft to climb the tower.
Rachel, the fan favorite to hate on, is a mysterious irregular who betrayed her best friend by almost killing him to achieve what she wanted. Not much is known about her path but she is intent to climb the tower and is willing to do whatever it takes. Despite what she's done, she is a rather plain girl so her voice should sound the same. Like an average teen.
[Longing] The world is so dark.. I can't stand living in it anymore. I'm sorry Baam.. I'm sorry.. Please forget about me so that I could be reborn.
[Out of breath from stabbing someone/dark] *huff huff huff* You don't know anything... I... didn't do anything wrong.
[Out of breath/desperate] Right now, Yura (yoo-rah) may be able to buy some time by lying to them about your position, but Karaka (Kah-rah-kah) will be here soon!!
Headon, the mysterious guardian with the ability to visit all the floors he chooses to and selects regulars. Not much is known about him especially his intentions. Try to sound mysterious and friendly and with a creepy edge but I'm not entirely sure what kind of voice I expect so surprise me! Filters/voice changers are welcomed.
[Mysterious] I sincerely welcome you to the tower, child.
If you promise to fulfill my request, I will let you be the heroine of this story.
Princess Yuri, have you forgotten that he's an irregular? The irregulars who have entered the tower all had extraordinary powers.
Hansung, the main antagonist of the first season, is also quite mysterious but has a great love for instant coffee. He is indeed a male despite his feminine looks so I would like to keep his voice sounding manly enough so viewers will no be confused but don't make him sound overly manly.
But sometimes, because they conceal themselves, they actually appear smaller than they are.
[Mocking/sarcastic] Huh? I'm sorry. I couldn't see you because you were too small.
[Evil] Miss Michelle, you need not worry about anything. The teammates you'll need, the rights, and strength, I will steal all of it for you.
Lero-Ro, a high ranker and former teacher, is a fairly collected and easygoing individual. He seems quite mysterious and his motives aren't clear but it is later revealed he is on Bam's side. I would like a med-low cool sounding voice.
[Determined] I'm now going to the 77th floor. If I go there... I may be able to find the truth.
[False pity to an unfortunate regular] Don't you think that god is quite cruel? When he first shows you this world- it makes us feel like we could possess anything in this world... however, with a sudden appearance, he tells you "that's your limit". Even though there are so many things we still want unfulfilled.
Looks like we've got a monster.
Hatsu is a quiet and calm swordsman who can be triggered by people like Khun easily. He seeks honor and pride and is considered the epitome of a warrior. Have a medium youthful voice but be a bit bland and bored sounding unless he's going off on someone.
[Angry/comical moment] You bastard! How dare you mock the way of a warrior?! There is no act more manly or noble than the Halbok! (Hall-bohk)
Trusting your allies is obvious.
[Determined] After I lost to you, I swung and swung several thousands, no, billions of times until my swords were tempered, to become sharper and more powerful than you.
Anak, or the green lizard, as she is affectionately dubbed is a child that was not supposed to be born. She climbs the tower seeking revenge and is proven to be a very strong regular as she inherited some of Zahard's blood. She can be cocky and hard-headed. She never backs down from a challenge but that determination gets her trouble sometimes. Have a slightly childish yet tomboyish sounding voice.
[Not caring] Hmmm.. I thought you were a pretty handsome man... guess I was wrong.
[Threatening] Ghosty eyeballs you... I'm gonna kill you if you order something expensive.
[Infuriated] Every time I see that Zahard crest attached to your head I get the urge to crush you into a thousand pieces!!
Black March is a spirit residing in the weapon Black March. She has very few lines as of now but will probably be a recurring character later on. Have a slightly seductive feminine voice with a tough edge to it.
Are you that desperate to go up the tower?
Precious gold- and jewels, most magical fruits and heavenly beauties- Moreover, the taste of power and glory.. Is what drives you to go up the tower amongst these?
...You're boring. But, it's not.. that I don't like that type of guy.
Shibisu is a comical and pretty weak looking chump at first but is proven to be quite agile and smart later on, and a good leader. He proves himself worthy of fighting beside strong individuals such as Anak and Hatsu. Have a medium and comical voice for him.
[Bluffing] I guess I haven't told you guys about my amazing killer arts!!
[Serious] In the end, the reason why those who stole from me did it was just because someone else stole from them as well...
[Thoughtful] I don't know what you're hiding from me but I know enough to say this! You are in the same place as me right now and you are in the same team! I am your friend standing by you! I don't know what kind of past you had or how great of a future you might have, but the person who will stand by you right now is ME!!
Laure, or the Sleeping Beauty is an individual who lives up to his nickname. He sleeps all the time but somehow manages to pass every test and shows he has exceptional skills. He would do anything for his precious rest and his pillow and blankets and should have a lazy/annoyed deep voice.
[Annoyed by being woken up] Aargh... this lady is annoying... There isn't any clues so let's just open any door and leave..
[Terrified because someone is threatening to rip his pillow] Apologies, my goddess.
[Talking to people who are holding his pillow and blanket hostage] Now, since its over, please release those, children.
I will probably be casting most people who audition here and maybe even cast you as future characters if I like your voice. Just tell me if you would be interested in that.
I admit it! I'm jealous of you!
Please... just help me this one time..
Why wasn't I born with such blessed power? Why am I unable to achieve what he can..?
