Torchwood. Outside The Government, Beyond The Police.
Torchwood day 1 is the third episode of my torchwood fan audio series and has the zygons as the main villain.
Ellis, Peter, Lydia, and Vivian are on Day 1 of they're new jobs. When Ellis' sister also gets a job at a mall, Ellis remembers the owner....someone that ruined her life not too long ago...
Ellis was originally played by Izzy Love, who due to scheduling conflicts had to back out, Ellis (and Maybe Lilly) will be recurring characters throughout the torchwood series as a whole.

The Leader of this torchwood branch. After having contact with the doctor you meet your new co workers and have an arc of learning to accept them as your best friends. now this has roots in day 1 it is more gradual throughout the season. You tend to hide your emotions from your friends and your sister as you believe if they see you down they will just give up.
*Chuckles* Ok, while I admit an alien spider is kind of dumb, I think it’s stupid to try and guess this in general.
*Angry but scared* Why shouldn’t I? Your plan killed my parents!
(trying to stop crying) *sigh*...when I first met the doctor, he was trapped by these creatures...Zygons, they’re called. They shapeshift...and they turned into me and Lilly’s parents...killing my real ones...now they’re back and they have Lilly and the mall is their base and I can’t do anything or else she’ll die!
You have been sheltered by your family and friends so you have more of an innocent tone. You're scared to death of aliens as the main villains of this audio killed you and Ellis' parents. You have the embodiement of a comedic relief that also has her own issues and is brought down because of that.

*crying* Yes...they’re back, those creatures you told me about... are back…
