- Make sure, and show you same voice impression for the characters their voice I wished
- It's just an Unpaid job, and You don't get paid for it
- It's just only for working from your own (home) studio
- You must making time for voicing the characters of Tony Motors.

- You need to have a good skills of animating by Adobe Animate
- You need to have a good skills of to be a storyboard artist
- You need to have a good skills of to be a scriptwriter
- You need to have a good producing and promotion skills
- You need to have a strong professional collaboration skills
- You need to have a good skills of figuring out many ideas
- You need to have a good skills of directing the animation show in the version of your own language
- You must making time for the creation of Tony Motors
- Be friendly and respectful to the Creator (AKA: me)
