Thimble
Project Overview
Thimble is a psychological horror game that deals with Isolation and family. The Characters are small cute creatures each one connecting to a family member in your (Thimbles) life as isolation drags you further away from them in your coma. This project is still in very early stages of development and we need all the help we can get! the reason this project is unpaid is because I plan to make it free wherever it launches. Big video corporations making people pay outrageous prices for a game is odd to me. I was inspired by Team Cherrys prices on Silksong as it fights back on big corporation pricing.
In the game format will start with Thimble the gender neutral player character meeting a dark shadow, although it is small now it represents isolation.
Thimble will then go rescue different animal like creatures that represent the players family in real life.
Deer- Wife (Tiffany)
goose- child, (Aspin)
Bear- Mother (Betty)
each character will have an object as well, the isolation shadow will ask for their items, and then after will ask for the characters themselves. this will be how the three different endings will happen, if you choose for isolation to grow, or if you crush it to be with your family and friend.
Endings-
1 (good) do not give up any family members or objects,
2 (neural) give up objects but not family members
3 (bad) give up everything and succumb to the isolation you have made yourself.
New roles have been added! Characters in the main part of the game only make small sounds but in the endings I plan to have it voice acted so those roles have been added.
TW: this game will involve suicide, Death, scary images, violence, and other mental struggles.
