Hello all! I've had a dream of doing a full spoken dub of the entire first TWEWY game, and the time has finally come! In a dream world, this would also be a mod, but I also have zero understanding of how mods work, and the game isn't available on steam.
All characters are going to be fully voiced! It's a huge undertaking, but I hope some of you will join me for the ride!
I'm also looking for someone to help me with the video editing process, since I'm not as familiar with that either.
Discord will be the main communication platform, so you must have one, and please put your Discord in the description of your audition!
Scripts will also likely be in video format with timestamps, so if you aren't comfortable with this format, please don't audition!
This will also be an ongoing project, and I'll be updating the audition openings as we go for some of the smaller recurring roles.

Neku is a fifteen year old boy. He is antisocial and doesn't care for other people. Neku is never seen without his headphones. Throughout the course of the story, Neku learns the importance of having people in his life.
Neku's voice should be somewhat dismissive in tone.
Shut up! Stop talking! Just go the hell away! All the world needs is me... I got my values, so you can keep yours, all right? I don't get people. Never have, never will.
I got her dragged back into this. But I'll be damned if I let it end this way. I'm winning this Game. And I'm not relying on other Players doing it for me.

Shiki is Neku's first partner. Appearing generally friendly and nice, she harbors jealousy for her best friend, Eri; because of her jealousy, her entry fee for the Reapers' Game was her appearance. Due to this fact, Shiki's true appearance is only ever seen at the end of the game, and her face is not shown. Shiki is one of Neku's best friends by the game's end, although the two do not get along at the beginning of the first week.
Shiki should have a bubbly voice and personality, but also be able to handle deeper emotional moments.

The truth is, I'm scared! I keep trying to sound brave, saying we need to win the Game, but... I'm scared of getting a second chance!
Joshua is Neku's second partner. He is sly and clever, deriving enjoyment out of teasing others. He is Shibuya's Composer, and is Neku's killer; he brought Neku into the Reapers' Game to be his proxy in his game against the Conductor. Joshua is extremely intelligent, boasting a refined taste in addition to vast knowledge of both the Realground and the Underground. Unfortunately, these traits are often overshadowed by his air of arrogance.
Joshua has a slightly more effeminate voice than Neku's, and is often teasing.
Who needs other people's values? It's easier to just live by your own rules.
Everyone has their own little internal world-- a secret garden only they can enter. Each world follows its own internal logic--individuality. And the logic of one world means nothing in another. Understanding other people isn't hard, Neku. It's impossible.
But Neku, I thought you couldn't afford to lose. Give up on yourself, and you give up on the world.
Beat is Rhyme's elder brother as well as Neku's third and final partner. He dreams to be the best skater in the world, and can skateboard very well; while he acts tough in front of others, he is truly caring and open. After Week 1, Beat joins the Reapers; however, when he is asked to attack Neku and Joshua, he does not erase them as he should, and joins Neku in the third and final week.
Beat is a bit of a bonehead, and easily aggravated.

She always had some saying. And she knew to think ahead! But me... I never learn. Even now, when she needs me the most.
Rhyme is Beat's younger sister as well as his partner. Her entry fee for the Reapers' Game is unknown, although it is implied it was her ambitions and dreams, while Beat's was her memories and love for him. While Beat acts aggressive and impulsive, Rhyme balances him out with her calm demeanor. She is always wearing a smile and is kind to everyone she meets. Always optimistic and reasonable, Rhyme manages to keep everyone organized when she's around. Her young and pure heart gives her great love and loyalty.
Rhyme is a bit more soft spoken.
Beat, don't be like that. A problem shared is a problem halved, right?
It must be nice to have a dream-- to be head over heels about something. I don't know what it's like. Not really.

Uzuki Yashiro is a short-tempered and self-centered Reaper focused intently on being promoted to an Officer or higher. Throughout the game's story, she shows vicious tendencies toward Players.
Only an idiot would screw up on Day 1.

777 falls into a leadership position within his band. With bandmates he is most often relaxed. This is also how he generally interacts with Players. He usually prefers to play fair and gives Players large rewards for helping him. However, he often doesn't give them a choice in the first place. But when it comes to erasing players, he can still act threatening. 777 will ignore any previous deeds a Player has done for him if he has the opportunity to erase them.

Koki Kariya is a very laid-back and carefree Reaper, spending much of his time making up 'games' to play with his partner, Uzuki Yashiro. Kariya is shown to be not entirely villainous, as he does help Neku and Beat, and has Yashiro refrain from attacking them several times. He is always seen eating a lollipop.
Ohh, zing! Now I have to actually try. You know the drill. Loser buys winner a hot bowl of ramen.
Take it down a notch before you pop a blood vessel. I don't see a problem. This is our week off, after all.

Yodai Higashizawa is the Game Master (initially by proxy) of Week 1. He often makes food analogies when referring to many situations as well as Players. He is the first to note Shiki's jealousy towards Eri, and causes her to think about this.
I detest leftovers. No Players were meant to escape yesterday's chowder of destruction.
It's a dog-eat-dog world. A logical hierarchy much like the food chain. The strong reach the top and win the Game, while the weak are left behind, the heels of the proverbial loaf.

Sho Minamimoto, originally a Reaper, was the youngest Officer in Reaper history and noted to be a genius. He is obsessed with math and enjoys making large heaps of metal and trash scattered throughout the underground.
Tradition? Tradition is garbage! CRUNCH! I'll add it to the heap! This is my Game. And I only allow two things. Flawless calculations... and beauty!

Mitsuki Konishi acts like a secretary to the Conductor, Megumi Kitaniji, and specializes in analysis and forming plans.

Megumi Kitaniji is the Conductor of the Reapers, and one of the most powerful in their ranks. Prior to the story's start, he initiates a Game with the Composer that would decide whether or not the Composer would destroy Shibuya. He pretends that the Composer is not absent from the UG much of the time.
Out of the question. As I mentioned a moment ago. This was decided by the Composer Himself. Your wishes don't mean a damn.
Egotism-- disregard for others-- has caused Shibuya's downfall. And now the Composer must rebuild from scratch! None may stand in the way of that noble goal!

Hanekoma (also known as Mr. H) acts like a guardian of the players, and always makes sure that the game is fair and everyone follows the rules. He is a sort of mentor to Joshua. He also runs a cafe called WildKat.
Think of me as a sort of... guardian. I watch the Game, to make sure shady types don't start bendin' the rules.
There's only one way to stay alive in this Shibuya. Trust your partner! Especially you, Phones. You know what trust is, right?

Sota is a player, and is Nao's boyfriend and partner. He is very protective of Nao, but has a kind heart.
No worries, man. She was your entry fee, yeah? That means you really care about her. No reason to feel guilty for that. And I'd play the Game a million times for Nao. Whatever it takes to get us back to the RG, dawg

Nao is a player, and is Sota's girlfriend and partner. She is a pure-hearted girl.

Ai is a teenage girl. She has a crush on Makoto, and won't let anyone get in the way of her romance with him.

Makoto is a businessman and the one held responsible for making the Red Skull pins popular, and also starts a shop called "Shadow Ramen".

Shuto (also known as Shooter) is an avid Tin Pin Slammer fan, and is the Number One ranked seed. He teaches Neku how to play Tin Pin Slammer.
I won, bro! Better practice up. Rely on pins alone... and you'll never be a true Slammurai! I'll be taking that pin. YOINK!
Yammer is also a big Tin Pin Slammer fan, though not as skilled a Shooter. He uses modded Pins of questionable legality during matches.
I thought I had Shooter this time... But he just keeps getting stronger! I'll just have to mod my pins and hope no one catches me...
Or also commonly referred to as "The Prince of Ennui", Eiji is a popular individual in Shibuya. He has a blog named "F Everything" (in which 'F' means 'Fabulous'). This blog is popular among the mainstream of the RG and which is said to receive about 100,000 hits per day.
Hmm? You, young man! What are you doing in Ten-Four if you can't even coordinate an outfit? Have you no sense of Shibuya's trends?

Coco represents the youth of Shibuya with her young and excitable attitude. She loves being supportive of others, even the Players in the Reapers' Game. Because of her bright personality, her social skills are exceptional and she has no trouble making friends with most people.
On the other hand, she can be the "annoying cutesy try-hard" to certain people, which is Neku's general impression of her. She can be especially bothersome from time to time with her valley girl accent ("cute girl" talk for the Japanese version) in which she says "like" a lot, similar to Nao. In A New Day, Coco uses Internet lingo and acronyms such as "totez", "wtf", "amirite", "legit", "lmao", "rekt" and "stfu".
I thought Shibuya was finally back to normal, but lol nope jk.
If those goons are sooo thirsty for a fight... then they can, like, come here and get rekt like the noobs they are!
