Etheria - MINECRAFT CINEMATIC SERIES
Project Overview
Hello everyone! My names Kaity, and I am casting for my Minecraft Cinematic series, Etheria, which is an exciting new fantasy/drama passion project that has the potential to become a long-term series. This story has been actively in the works for a year now, and I am so excited to finally start bringing it to life!

Project Requirements:Age Requirement: All voice actors must be 16 or older to audition.
Platform: The entire project will be run through Discord. You must have an active Discord account to participate.
Audio Quality: A clear microphone
Communication: Good response times and reliable communication
Age Note: The character ages listed below are just the vocal ranges I am looking for! As long as you meet the 16+ requirement, you are welcome to audition for any role! :)
Format: AABBCC
This will be a voiceover audition—this project does not require body actors.

Age: 18
Summary: The main lead! She is a determined leader carrying the heavy responsibility of keeping a group of survivors safe after their home is destroyed.
Voice Type: Mid-to-high range, feminine voice
Backstory: With her home in ruins, Anora is thrown into a leadership role she didn't necessarily ask for. She is fiercely protective of her people and tries to maintain a brave face, even when she is completely overwhelmed by grief and stress.

(Panic / Fear): "You are the King, you shouldn't be putting yourself in the line of fire!
(Exhausted/Vulnerable/Defeated) They see a leader. But some days, I’m just staring at the ashes wondering if this war is already lost.
Age: 30-40
Summary: The main villain of the story. He is a powerful leader who is ruthlessly hunting down the lost relics of the five kingdoms of the realm to gain absolute power.
Voice: Deep, low villain's voice
Backstory: Vaelor is an ambitious and ruthless ruler determined to find the hidden, ancient relics scattered across the realm, destroying anyone or anything that gets in his way. Little is known about his ultimate plans, but his immense power and influence make him a dangerous threat to everyone.
(Unsettling Serenity):" I would have left your people alive if you had just handed it over. But you ran. Their blood is on your hands, not mine.
(Calm/Threatening): "Tell me where the relic is hidden, or I will tear this entire kingdom apart stone by stone until I find it myself.."
Age: 30/40
Summary: Top Commander of the Capital Guard and Kingdom Patrols. A dead-serious, no-nonsense career military man who demands flawless discipline and lives strictly by the book.
Voice: Medium/deep masculine voice
(Serious) No, sir. Smoke was spotted on the horizon at dawn. By the time our scouts arrived, the obsidian foundation was scorched and the iron gates were melted. Whatever hit them... it's moving south. Toward Etheria.
Age: 19
Summary: A fiercely independent and guarded survivor. Because of a dark and forced past, he has learned the hard way that trusting people gets you killed. He keeps everyone at a distance and relies strictly on himself.
Voice: Medium deep voice/ quiet.
Backstory: Soren grew up trapped under a dark regime. After a tragic loss, he managed to break free and escaped to Etheria. To blend in and survive, he joined the kingdom's guard, using the uniform as a perfect cover to stay off the grid. He does his job efficiently, but he trusts absolutely no one.

(suspicious/ sharp): "So tell me... what is the King's daughter doing disguised as a peasant in a low-district bar during a lockdown"
(soft/concerned): "I know you want to fight, but you have no idea what these people are truly capable of. I've seen it firsthand... and I won't watch them do it to you."
Age: 18
Summary: Ria is a fierce fighter and a proud guard of Etheria. While she's incredibly skilled with a weapon, she brings a bright, high-energy attitude to the team. She is fiercely loyal to her lifelong friends and will do whatever it takes to keep them safe.
Voice: Medium-to high feminine voice (raspy is a bonus but not required)
Backstory: Ria grew up in Etheria alongside her closest childhood friends. Joining the kingdom's guard was a natural fit for her combat skills and sharp mind. She loves her job, loves her friends, and is always ready for the next challenge.
(Upbeat/Confident): "Oh, come on, is that the best you've got? I've seen training dummies put up a better fight than this!"
(Surprised/Happy): "Oh my god you actually made it?! We knew you wanted to come, but we were convinced your dad would have the entire castle wing locked down tonight"
Age: 18
Summary: Very sarcastic, sharp, and effortless comedy relief. Underneath the banter, he's fiercely loyal to his friends.
Voice: Medium-toned masculine voice
Backstory: Grew up in Etheria alongside Ria and Anora. Due to ongoing family issues at home, he found his true sense of belonging. He joined the guard alongside Ria, mostly so they could cause trouble together.
(Teasing): "Sure, let's go with your plan. Whatever you say. Just don't come crying to me when it totally blows up in your face, alright? I warned you."
(Confident/Fighting) "Hah! Is that all you got?"
Age: 15
Summary: Really smart, observant, and enthusiastic about history and maps. He's a bit younger and less experienced than the others, but his knowledge makes him invaluable to the group.
Voice: Higher, younger-toned voice
Backstory: Theo has always been a naturally curious kid with a massive interest in how the world works. He spent his time studying old maps, learning local history, and figuring out the layout of the land just because he genuinely loves it. He has a great relationship with his older sister, Anora, and they look out for each other.
(Slightly teasing): "It doesn't even matter anytime soon. The borders are safe, Father's fine, and you're the one who has to be ready to take over next, not me."
(Serious) "The story is that it was destroyed, but the records show a huge escort left the city the night it went missing. It wasn't ruined...it was hidden."
Age: 20
Summary: Second-in-Command of the Vanguard. He’s incredibly young for his rank, earning it through sheer competence, tactical brilliance, and a fierce sense of duty.
Voice: medium-toned/deep masculine voice
Backstory: Raised in the inner circle of the Vanguard, Silas met Anora when they were young, and ever since then, they have a close bond. While she was being trained for leadership, he lived on the training grounds, becoming the most lethal asset in the unit.
(amused): "You know, for someone who took stealth lessons from the master-at-arms, your footwork is incredibly loud."
(Comforting) :"Captain Salazar is the finest strategist we have, Prince Theo. Your father is in the safest hands in the realm."
Age: 55
Summary: The ruler of Etheria and the father of Anora and Theo. He is a weary but resolute ruler who has spent his life defending his kingdom, bearing the heavy burden of the crown while fiercely protecting his family.
Voice: Older masculine voice
(Calm/proud): "I watched you in the courtyard yesterday. The way you listened to the merchants from the lower district. You have your mother's heart, Anora."
(Serious/frantic): "Nothing good. If they cross our borders, they are coming for Etheria's relic next. We cannot afford to sit and wait for them to knock on our gates."
Age: 24
Summary: The ruler of Lunaria, the first kingdom to fall to Vaelor’s brutal invasion.
Voice: medium pitch
(weak,angry): "You are so blinded by whatever you're chasing that you can't even see the trap. Whatever is locked behind that door is hungry, Vaelor."
(weak, serious): "Go ahead. Take it. Kill me if it satisfies your pride. But remember my words when the shadows turn on you: you didn't conquer this kingdom... you just built your own grave"
Voice: Medium masculine voice
Summary: Vaelor's second in command
(serious) "We caught her trying to flee toward the northern ridge. She was carrying the relic."
(serious) "Etheria will be nothing but ash by sunrise"
Age: 30s
Summary: A trusted, prominent advisor and member of the Royal Court.
Voice: Deep masculine voice
(serious): "That is what terrifies me, sire. The survivors describe unmatched ruthlessness and red banners... but no one can tell us who commands them. We are fighting a ghost"
(serious): "Our scouts found nothing but ash where our allies once stood. This isn't a war we can negotiate our way out of, Your Majesty"
Age:30ss
Summary: A trusted, prominent advisor and member of the Royal Court.
Voice: medium pitch voice
(confused/serious)= "Fell? How can an entire kingdom just fall in a single night? Lunaria had the strongest fortifications in the region! It's impossible!"
(urgent/serious)= "We cannot just sit here debating in the dark while our allies burn! Your Majesty, we need to mobilize the entire army and seal the gates before they come to Etheria..."
Age: 30s
Summary: The commander responsible for training and leading the kingdom's armies.
Voice: Masculine voice
(Serious): "We are entering high-alert protocol. By sunset, every perimeter wall needs to be worked, and the lower districts need extra patrols."
(annoyed/serious): "Orders from the King, Soren: three-people per team at the gates. You're with them, like it or not. Dismissed."
