Thanos is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer-artist Jim Starlin, the character first appeared in The Invincible Iron Man #55 (February 1973). His name is partly a pun on the Greek word Θάνατος (Thánatos, "death"), but is mostly a corruption of the name of the god of non-violent death, Thanatos. He is the son of Mentor and brother of Starfox. He is one of the most powerful villains in the entire Marvel Universe with a rather evil temperament and has faced many heroes, including the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, the Fantastic Four, the X-Men and others. He becomes the leader of the villain lair, along with Megatron and Afton.

Mr. WPNZ is a rather bulky humanoid-cyborg almost resembling a shark with sharp jagged teeth, feet that work like blasters, and hands that can transform into various weapons, like guns, chainsaws, and flamethrowers. His entire body is spicked with other miscellaneous armaments. He also wears a white shirt with a grey jacket with matching pants, a tie that looks like a knife, a pair of goggles (or unused turrets), armored shoulder pads and leggings, along with robotic gloves that are potentially controlled via mind, remote control, someone via proxy or somehow can be controlled.

He is a powerful human-TV hybrid being and content creator who was originally just a human. His purpose is to entertain viewers with his own media company and streaming platform, called Puzzlevision. He's egocentric, as he frequently praises himself and produces his work without help from anyone else. He is also known to be quite a perfectionist, wanting little interference from his performers, and wants everything to go as smoothly as possible.

Doctor Neo Cortex is a fictional character and the main antagonist of the Crash Bandicoot video game series. He has appeared in every main game in the series as Crash Bandicoot's arch-nemesis, as well as a playable character in several spin-off titles. Cortex is an egotistical mad scientist who seeks to achieve world domination with the use of the Evolvo-Ray, a machine capable of creating genetically enhanced soldiers from ordinary animals. Crash was one such subject, but foiled the scientist's plot; subsequently, Cortex is determined to eliminate Crash as an obstacle to world domination.

Starscream is a character in the Transformers media franchise produced by the American toy company Hasbro and the Japanese toy company Takara Tomy. He is the second-in-command of the Decepticons, a villainous faction of alien robots seeking to conquer his home planet of Cybertron and the rest of the known universe. As with all Cybertronians, Starscream can disguise himself by transforming into vehicles, in his case a fighter jet, and is usually portrayed as a treacherous but cowardly air commander seeking to overthrow their leader Megatron and assume control of the Decepticons.

Venom, or Edward Brock, Jr., is the main antagonist of Spider-Man 3, the third and final installment of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy. He was portrayed by Topher Grace.
Eddie was a photographer and enemy of Peter Parker/Spider-Man at the Daily Bugle. After bonding with the symbiote, Eddie became a psychopathic enemy with Spider-Man's powers. This made Venom Spider-Man's archenemy and his evil counterpart. He is an adaptation of Venom from the original comics.
