Project Overview
Series Pitch:
The Vice of Corpocracy is a 2D indie-animated action-mystery series set in an alternate near-future where every sector of the economy has been monopolized. The story follows a group of four urban squatters as they steal from a mega-corporation known as “The Company” to survive. When the group steals a mysterious prototype chip and searches its code, they discover that The Company has created a mysterious secret program. Little do they realize that The Company will do everything in its power to stop them from uncovering its malevolent plans.

Voice Actor (VA) requirements:Adults Only (18+)
All roles are in English and require English fluency
Clear microphone quality
No audible static, background noise, or echo
Recording will be fully remote so no microphone/setup will be provided
An audition reel voice file
Must contain raw un-edited voice audio
No previous VA experience is required
Any previous VA experience with links to the performances would be greatly appreciated
Three major character roles that are each fully paid
Each role is a separate flat rate (see pages 4-7 for more info)
Flat rate is paid in full following voice work completion via Paypal
Seeking individual voice actors for each role, but it could be possible to be given offers for multiple roles
These roles will be re-occurring for future episodes, so only apply if you are willing to be re-hired for the role again in the future (2027+)
Future episodes will have their own separate compensation!
Once officially selected for a role:
The full episode script and completed storyboard video will be provided for reference
Recording sessions will be done while in a Discord call so I can provide live direction and feedback. Only a single 1-2 hour session should be needed per role
Scheduling is flexible but limited due to my Mon-Fri full time job. So recording sessions will most likely be done on weekends
Expect ~1-3 takes per line, but no strict amount is required
There is a TVoC community discord you can join if you like (totally optional) where you would be given the VA role
Any application that does not contain the required information will not be considered for an offer. Any applicant that does not meet all the requirements listed in this document will be immediately disqualified from all roles. No voicelines will be used for AI in any way.
The deadline for applications is June 23rd, 2026. 11:59 Pacific Standard Time
This deadline is subject to closing earlier depending on submissions received.
If you are selected: Within a week of the deadline closing I will reach out to you with an offer for a role and further correspondence.
If you are not selected: You may or may not receive a reply stating you did not receive a role offer. (I don’t know how many people will apply and I have very limited time to respond to everyone.)

Brawler is a tough, serious guy who grew up having to fight everyone in his life just to survive. As a result he is an untrusting nihilist, who learned to vent his frustrations by getting into fights whenever possible. He talks slowly and sparingly, with a deep, exhausted tone that holds suspicion for everyone.

Vice is the charismatic and egotistical leader of the group, and holds a deep personal grudge against The Company. His normal voice can be energetic or calm, but it always exudes a suave persuasive tone that he gained from years of talking his way out of bad situations. However, this facade is vulnerable to breaking into anger or desperation if his attempts to charm someone repeatedly fail.

Humanoid bipedal autonomous robots created by The Company to serve as security guards. All robots share the same voice. Their “normal” voice mode is always corporate-friendly and positive, no matter the dialogue. When confronting threats they can switch to a “menacing” voice mode. In this mode they will lower the pitch and speed of their voice to say a threat in a blatantly passive-aggressive tone. This role may have a robotic filter applied in post, but please upload raw audio for your audition.
