Get Ready to Rediscover the Adventure and Believe in your Imagination once more as we not only celebrate the legacy of this movie, but to also celebrate the 100-year legacy that A. A. Milne made when he first published the first Winnie-the-Pooh book in the UK back in October 1926.
The Tigger Movie: Re-Bounced! is (you guessed it) a reanimated project retelling the story of Tigger's grand search for his family with each individual animator taking on their own take on a part of the story. This will also have recreated music, sound effects, and dialogue, so there's nothing to worry.
This movie is dear to my heart as it not only introduced me to the Hundred Acre Wood on the big screen (on VHS when it got released on home media) but also is one of my favorite movies growing up. I want to do justice for the film's 25-year legacy with this project, and I hope you guys would too.

As you might have guessed, today is the 25th anniversary of "The Tigger Movie"! As it still stands as one of the best Winnie the Pooh feature films to this very day, I'm proud to announce that the project is officially in production. As such, the casting is open for anyone who wants to voice the characters.
The star of the picture, this bouncy creature goes through a lot in the movie trying to find his family, and more particularly his family tree. Tigger eventually learns at the end that his family is with him all along.
(Voice needs to sound identical or close to Jim Cummings' performance of the character (he sings too))
A family full of Tiggers you say? (he lightly chuckles) Can you imaginate such a thing? Why there'd be more Tiggers than you could stick a shake at! And we'd all be bouncin'! Bouncin' mornin', noon and nighty-night! Hoo Hoo Hoo Hoo!
(Tigger is upset that everyone tried to pretend as his family) Oh... Now I understand. It was all a big joke. (He picks up his locket and letter) Well, that's all right... 'Cause somewhere out there... (Tigger starts to head to the door and opens it, revealing the blizzard outside, his tone starting to finally show how hurt he was) There's a Tigger family tree, full of my REAL Tigger family! And I got a letter to prove it! (He looks at his locket) And I'm gonna find 'em. (He looks on furiously before storming out the door, almost sounding like he's going to cry) So, T-T-F-E. Ta-ta forever!
(He takes a moment to realize who wrote the letter) You mean... you fellas... are my family?
The little joey who sees Tigger as a big brother, wanting to see him happy and for Tigger to be proud of him. Roo goes through a lot in the movie helping Tigger to find his family tree, and in return, to master the most difficult bounce ever to be bounced: The Whoopie Dooper Loopie Looper Ally Ooper Bounce.
(Voice needs to sound close or identical to how Nikita Hopkins voiced him in the movie)
(Kanga is about to tuck Roo to bed) I wish I have a big brother like Tigger. Cause then I'll be his little brother! And he'd be just like one of our family. Wouldn't that be great?
(Pooh lets Roo in from the blizzard) Pooh, you gotta help me find Tigger. It's all my fault! (Roo hugs Pooh and is in tears) He never would've left if it wasn't 'cause of me. I didn't mean to make him feel bad. I just... I just wanted him to be my big brother. (he sounds desperate) We gotta go find him, we just gotta!
(Roo looks up to see someone in the tree up ahead) Tigger, is that you? (It's Tigger. Roo shouts in excitement) Tigger! Tigger! It's me, Roo! Down here!
The lovable bear of very little brain, who loves his friends as well as his love for honey. He plays a supporting role in this movie, trying to help TIgger and Roo in not only finding Tigger's family and his family tree, but to discover the true meaning of it as well.
(Voice needs to sound either identical or close to how he was voiced by Jim Cummings in the film)
(Tigger asked him to go bouncing with him) Well, I would go bouncing with you... Tigger... except, that I must count all these honey pots, to be sure I have enough for winter.
(Pooh looks down at his rumbly tumbly and sees a bee heading to a particular tree he knows very well) Why, if my tummy's not mistaken... that this particular family tree, is a bee-sort of family tree. And where there are bees, *he chuckles before licking his lips* there's honey.
(Try singing a few lyrics from Pooh's Lullabee. He is quite a singing bear too.)
A timid pig with a heart of gold. He, along with his good friends Pooh and Eeyore, help Tigger and Roo find Tigger's family in the movie while taking time away from collecting firewood for the winter.
(Voice will be high-pitched to sound identical or close to how John Fiedler had it during recording sessions)
(Tigger asked him to go bouncing, though Piglet is shivering due to the cold wind) B-b-b-b-b-bouncing? Oh my! I-I-I-I haven't have enough f-f-firewood to last the whole winter...
(Piglet, Pooh, and Eeyore look on as Tigger and Roo go past them in search of Tigger's family) Pooh Bear, I-I didn't know Tigger had a family...
(he tries to carefully reach for one of the frogs, thinking that they're Tigger's family) Nice Tigger... (the frog croaks and startles him, lending out a noise before falling on his bottom in the muddy water) I don't remember Tiggers being quite this s-slippery! Do you, Pooh?
The gloomy donkey, who's house (made out of sticks) gets destroyed time and time again, helps along with the adventure Tigger and Roo go through in this movie.
(Voice needs to sound identical or close to Peter Cullen's performance)
(Tigger tries to tell Rabbit that bouncing is what Tiggers do best) Exactly. Unlike us...
(Frogs are starting to anchor Eeyore down the muddy waters below) Sinking? Figures.
(helping Owl write the letter to Tigger) Keep smiling.
The wise owl who helps Tigger find his family.
(Voice needs to sound identical or close to how he was portrayed by Andre Stojka)
(Owl sips from his cup of tea before speaking to Tigger and Roo) The search for Familius Genus Tiggeris. (he chuckles proudly before mumbling to himself) That is Latin, I believe. Or is it Greek?
(after talking about his family, he finally gives Tigger the advice while Tigger tries to hang Owl's family portraits back up) Anyway, if I may go out on a limb here, I would first and foremost suggest for Tigger that to find one's family, one must first look up one's family tree!
(as they sing "How to Be a Tigger") If we paint black stripes on our underwear and glue on whiskers, too... We're bound to appear far more as Tiggers do! (chuckles) Unquestionably.
The mother of Roo, she helps him and Tigger by showing support and the love of what a true family has for one another.
(Voice needs to be identical or close to Kath Soucie's performance in the movie)
(Roo wishes he has Tigger as a big brother) Now, why wish that when you have a Tigger like Tigger?
(Roo responds as he thinks Tigger would be like one of their family) *chuckles* But, Roo, dear, Tigger is one of our family. And, as long as we care for him, he always will be.
(Kanga's wearing a Tigger disguise, trying to find words that sounds Tigger-ish) Yes, and what lovely decorations. So... bouncety and.... stripedy.
The fussy bunny himself who loves his garden as much as his friends (even though they do sometimes get on his nerves). He unintentionally started Tigger's search for his family when Tigger accidently destroyed Rabbit's Rock Remover when moving a boulder off Eeyore's house and is inspired by the classic "Ant and the Grasshopper" story to get everyone prepared for the winter ahead. He's also the one who leads the gang in finding Tigger in the film's third act when he sees how much Roo cares for Tigger.
(Voice needs to be identical or close to Ken Sansom's performance as Ol' Long Ears)
(Rabbit pats Eeyore on the head before showing the gang (minus Owl and Tigger (the latter will bounce into the scene later) his plan) All we need is a little uh... team effort.
(He gets very frustrated and a bit mad at Tigger) What is up with you and bouncing?! Just look at my Rock Remover! Everything's ruined... and all you can ever think about is... (he makes a frustrating noise) BOUNCING?!
(Rabbit is leading Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Roo in the blizzard in search for Tigger) Now now, careful everyone... (he starts to shout so everyone can hear him in the wind) IT'S A BIT WINDY!
The boy himself, whom Pooh sees as his very best friend. Although he only appears near the very end of the movie, he does give Tigger the much needed advice on where his family is.
(This one is a bit tricky, though I suggest looking into having a mix of Brady Bluhm's voice (from Pooh's Grand Adventure (pictured) to A Valentine for You) and Tom Attenborough (who voiced him in the movie))
(Calling out to Pooh before hugging him) Pooh Bear! Pooh! There you are... (gently pats him on the head) Silly old bear...
(He was told that Tigger was looking for his family) Tigger's... family? (he lightly chuckles) You didn't have to go looking for them.
(Christopher has the camera ready) Look this way everyone. Closer... Smile!
The unseen narrator who narrates Tigger's adventure.
(Voice should sound like a mix of the late John Hurt (who narrated the movie), the late David Warner (who narrated Pooh's Grand Adventure, A Winnie the Pooh Thanksgiving, and A Valentine for You), and/or Roger J. Jackson (aka: Mojo Jojo) (who narrated for all of the episodes of The Book of Pooh))
And so began, Tigger's grand search for his family tree. He searched high, he searched low. He searched near, and he searched far.
At last, the day has come to an end, as days often will. And what had begun as a very exciting idea had changed to a rather discouraging one.
Tigger was so very excited, and had so very many things to do, he heard very little of what anyone else was saying. But as it so happened, none of his friends had the heart to tell Tigger... very much of anything anyway.
You get to sing for either "Someone Like Me" (which is Tigger's blues song (Humming Birds, Mice, Bats, Fish, and Frogs)), Round My Family Tree, and/or "Your Heart Will Lead You Home" (the song about the picture, played during the end credits, sang by Kenny Loggins)
