The Sweetie Man (Screenwriter needed)

I am looking for a screenwriter to write a script for an animated analogue horror short film about a teenage boy who goes on a horrific drug trip after eating a drug-laced sugar cube that was sold by a dealer called "The Sweetie Man". 

Here's the story outline:

It is an ordinary day in the streets as a young teenager is walking down the street, wearing a hoodie and jeans.

The teenager walks past a dingy alleyway. Just as he’s about to move past it, a voice whispers to him to come into the alley to see something the voice is selling.

The teenager walks down the alley to find a wooden table with multiple objects on it. These objects include a tray of sugar cubes, price tags and signs encouraging people to try them and a tall top hat on the right side.

The teen observes the sugar cubes in confusion and then goes over and grabs the top hat.

Suddenly, the hat started to shake and magically transformed into a tall man wearing a large coat, a scarf that covered his mouth.

The tall man introduced himself as the sweetie man, a candy man who sells sweets to all the girls and boys.

The sweetie man offers the teenager a free sample of his sugar cubes, and the boy swallows one.

After consuming the sugar cube, the teenage boy finds himself in a school bathroom with a sink and mirror right in front of him.

He walks over to the mirror and opens his mouth to see his teeth. He has a shocked look on his face as he realises his two front teeth are as sharp and thin as two sharp needles.

Without warning, he vomits a pool of blood and his literal out of his mouth and into the sink. The sink is covered and stained with the teenager’s blood, and his heart is still beating heavily.

The boy breathes heavily in pure and looks to his right and sees a group of children staring at him outside in the hallway with blank expressions on their faces.

One of the children tells the teenager that they have a few seconds to live before they die, and just like that, the teen dies on the floor.

After dying in the bathroom, he finds himself on a white platform in a black void. The teenage boy is confused about where he is and walks across a bridge to another platform in the distance that has a gravestone on it.

After crossing the bridge, he looks at the gravestone and sees that it doesn’t have the person’s name on it,

The boy is confused by this until suddenly, a glowing white woman with messy long hair and a dirty dress appears right in front of his eyes.

The girl tells the boy about how the effects of the sugar cubes are caused by a special ingredient that the sweetie man added to make the customers feel like they’re going on a journey through magical worlds.

After her explanation, the girl points the boy to the gravestone. Out of nowhere, a name appears on the gravestone that shocks the boy, being shocked.

The name on the grave is “Wilford Berison”, the name of the teenage boy who got offered the sugar cubes by the sweetie man.

Characters:

Wilford Newberry:

Wilford is a teenage boy who one day, went on a walk down the street and stumbles across the Sweetie Man. Wilford is a oblivious teenager who doesn’t know about the things the Sweetie Man has added to the sugar cubes.

He is a ginger with orange hair, freckles, large glasses and wears a pair of a hoodie and jeans.

After swallowing the sugar cubes, he goes on a crazy drug trip through various places and suffers through many horrific scenarios.

The Sweetie Man:

He is a shady drug dealer who has been recently trying to sell drug laced sugar cubes to children. His first customer is a teenage boy named Wilford Newberry.

Wilford being oblivious resulted in him being the perfect customer for the Sweetie Man.

He gets arrested by the police after finding out that the sugar cubes are laced with a huge amount of LSD.
