A spiralmen who run a cafe in Utulaton that one of the Main character's Pete regulars anytime a human comes around, which leads him to be quite passive aggressive to humans, but he has hope that maybe one day, just one, Pete will come around for non-human related reasons. Adlibs are welcome as long as they make sense and have fun.
