Requirements & more

Microphone quality:

While professional equipment is not mandatory, consistently decent to high audio quality is crucial for the series. This can be achieved with a USB or XLR microphone as well to ensure that there is minimal to no background noise and/or feedback. For compatibility, please convert your audio files to the .mp3 format.

VA info:

Must be able to be consistent and maintain meeting deadlines for script delivery to provide smooth progress and avoids potential delays when editing.

Auditioning VA lines:

it is recommended to provide 2-3 takes to allow for a comprehensive evaluation of your performance across a range of emotions. Fully immerse yourself in the role, embodying the character's emotions, beliefs, and values. Be receptive to constructive criticism, as it is essential for enhancing the overall quality of the production and ensuring a compelling experience for the audience.

While auditioning and being selected for multiple roles is permissible, voice actors must be mindful of their ability to differentiate their performances. If a voice actor can convincingly alter their vocal delivery to avoid mirroring other chosen roles, then multiple casting is allowed. This ensures distinct performances and avoids audience confusion.

To ensure a successful project outcome, applicants should commit themselves to the duration of the project. (roughly reaching for at least 2-3 seasons at most) This commitment entails remaining engaged and dedicated to the role until its completion. While the level of importance of the role may vary, all roles contribute to the overall project timeline. Therefore, it is crucial for applicants to carefully consider their availability and schedule, ensuring they can fulfill the commitment to the end of the project. Unexpected departures without adequate notice should be avoided except in cases of genuine emergencies.

Applying for Extras:

When applying for background work known as 'extras,' it's essential to note that the provided audition lines may be utilized within the actual production due to limited dialogue in this role. Therefore, it is crucial to select lines that align with the overall tone and style of the project while showcasing your acting abilities. Additionally, focus on delivering a natural and authentic performance that enhances the believability and immersion of the scene.

Communication:

Effective communication is paramount for this project. Participation in a private Discord server is essential for selected cast members to get to know each other! As well as to receive updates, scripts, information, deadlines, and announcements. This will facilitate ensure everyone is informed and on the same page.

Several millennia ago, the Travnorith and Fraynos clashed in an endless war between creation and destruction power sources, tainting the land of sanguine. A group of high council renegades from both races had enough of the repeating conflict and combined their powers creating a powerful spell, draining the life source from all Travnorith and Fraynos beings to restore the original gods. The cataclysmic spell wiped out civilization to create a new timeline on alendore. However, the resurrected gods of creation and destruction lacked memory of their past and who they are, leaving the potential for history to repeat itself. Will peace be restored?
