Well, things are pretty quiet around the theater district tonight Bill.
I don’t blame them folks staying away. After those three bombings and fifteen people being blown to pieces, I wouldn’t be here myself if it wasn’t the Commissioner orders.
Commissioner Weston is hopping around like a cat on a hot stove.The guy pulling these jobs sure must have it in for a lot of people.

I hear the Mid-Town-Association is going to ask for his resignation if he don’t catch the nut that’s scattering bombs around here like confetti on New Year’s Eve.
Eh, he’s a real screw ball if you ask me. Look at the way he always sending warnings to the newspaper before he blows another batch of pedestrians to hades.Things are gonna pop is he pulls another job and kills anymore people.
Maybe. [A car exploded] [Shocked] Maybe not!

One of the News Reporters Yelling at Commissioner Weston.
[Angered, yelling] We don’t want alibies, Commissioner!
[Angered, yelling] We had enough!
[Angered, yelling] Get this galore resigned, Weston!
[Yelling] Yes! The Shadow can get him!
[Yelling] Get the Shadow, Commissioner! You have done nothing in two weeks. Your late!
One of the Reporters yelling at Commissioner Weston for not catching the man repsonsible for these bombings
[Angered, yelling] Alibies! Alibies!
[Angered, yelling] Fifteen people dead!
[Angered, yelling] Business is at a standstill!
[Angered, yelling] You better catch this maniac! Before he strikes again![Yelling] There’s an idea! The Shadow!
[Yelling] Get the Shadow, Weston!
One of the Reporters yelling at Commissioner Weston for not catching the man responsible for the bombings!
[Angered, yelling] Fifty injured and you talk, talk!
[Angered, yelling] We’re getting ruined, the whole city is
in a panic![Yelling] He Cracked cases for you before, Weston!
[Yelling] He’d wouldn’t have to do much to do a better job
than the police have!
Anton Spivak is the one known as the Mass Killer, spreading bowbs all over town while know one knows who nor how.
[Nervous] Hey boy- boy- boy-, you here- here give me a paper, give me a paper.
[Looking through his pocket, Nervous] Er. Here’s your two cents.[Panicking] No, no, no! Not that one on top…. People, crowds have seen it.
[Panicking] No, no, no! Give me the one underneath!
[Chuckles for five seconds] [Deep Breath] The Central Arcade, tomorrow. Er, so he’s daring me, the shadow fellow. [Angered] He knows I hate “crowds”. [Angrier] Crowds and people pushing and getting in my way, voices cocking and shouting! I hate them! I hate them! [Calmer] But I’ll show them, I’ll show that shadow fellow too. I’ll fool all of them! I accept his challenge! I’ll be there at the Central Arcade and the shadow fellow know I was there. [Giggles] [Excited] The whole world will know! [Giggles] After I’m gone!
A day shift watchmen on the new subway building. He finish's his shift when Anton Spivak arrives.
[Annoyed] Hey, whats a matter, you half-a big spigema fella, you-a five minute late, I wanna go home. Here’s the keys to everything now. You watch out. Don’t you go to sleep
[From a distance] Okay! See you in da morning! Goodbye!
A wealthy, self-important, middle-aged man who is the commissioner of New York City's police department.He is quite stubborn and firmly believes that The Shadow does not exists. However, in private he has acknowledged the vigilante's existence to Lamont Cranston.
[Using a Microphone] Gentlemen! Gentlemen! [The crowd become quiet] As I have explained to you every available resort of the Police Department, have been flown into capturing this fiend! Our bomb squads have combed the city, every known criminal with psychopathic tendencies have been rounded up and questioned. Not one fragment of a bomb has been found, no buildings have been damaged, no one person has been singled out or death, this is not an ordinary Crime! We are not dealing with an ordinary Criminal!
Wait a minute! Wait a Minute, hold on! What makes you think this man who calls himself The Shadow is interested in law and order?
Yes, he tipped us off occasionally. But It may have been to get rid of rivals! We have no insurance he isn’t a criminal himself![Annoyed] I was asked here to tell you what we’ve been doing! You seem to think my department works for the Shadow! We don’t! We never have! And as for the Shadow and you reporters, can spread it all over the front pages; I challenge him to uncover one single scrap of evidence that my men have over looked! I challenge the Shadow, to find this maniac!
