Project Overview

Story

The Keeper’s Chronicles is a story based around mortal souls who have been given divinity by the spirits of the sun and the moon. These souls are then recounted as The Keepers. Each Keeper embodies a different human spirit, whether that be grief, life, death, regret, chaos, etc. They are meant to guide the humans of earth and help them survive as a race.


The main character, a spirit with no designated job yet, has just been reborn. They are struggling to understand how it all works, and must search for help from strange beings with ethereal looks and highly differing opinions.

Requirements


The pilot only features five out of the many characters that present. Other characters will come later.

Almost all roles will require minimal swearing.

All roles will require high quality audio.

Discord is required for communication and line submission.

I want to make this very clear; this project is run, acted by, animated by and supported by minors, as well as members of the disabled, LGBT and POC community. Any intolerance or inappropriate behavior will result in removal.

Conscience is a main role.


Likely the biggest role in the show; the narrator of the story. Must be able to read long lines clearly and have good pronunciation of words. 


Voice style: preferred ethereal, enigmatic, but any voice can fit. 

  • "The sun and the moon. They are the holders of all humans and Keepers alike. What’s a Keeper? Gods, you really are new. A Keeper is an embodiment of human spirit. Some are good, like relief, companionship and empathy. Some are not as great. Some, like Death, just want to get their jobs done and forget that anything ever happened. The Keepers assure that the human race thrives, and that each and every human follows their destiny."

Chaos plays a minor part in the show, mostly doing as his name states. He is mostly there for one-off jokes and punchlines with good flair. 


Voice style: snarky, loud, charismatic (think 1950's laughtrack comedian)
