The Immortal Struggle is a custom, fan-made campaign in the videogame Age of Mythology: Retold. The first three volumes closely follow Arkantos' (the main protagonist) and Gargarensis' (the main antagonist) respective journeys and eventual conflict. Volume I (16 missions) primarily focuses on the Greek and Norse factions, and follows Arkantos' feats in the Trojan war and Gargarensis' endeavors in the Norselands.
This is still an ongoing project. Currently, the first 5 missions are finished. As I finish more levels, I will contact you with more lines. Some characters here don't have any lines yet, and they may stay like that for a while. Check the documents linked in their description for an understanding on how large their role is in volume I, as well as later volumes. It also contains how many lines they have in the first 5 missions. If they don't have any yet, it will say which mission they get their first line in.
I have long term plans for many of these characters, so make sure you're prepared to be in it for the long haul if their document says they appear after volume I. I am not opposed to having one person voice multiple characters.
Some characters here have some sample voice lines that I plucked from the original game files. These samples are meant to help convey my idea of how I want the character to sound/speak. Don't feel discouraged from auditioning if you can't imitate the sample voice. In no way am I expecting a 1 to 1 imitation of the voice.
Hello again, everybody! I have added a new role: Hector. Someone who had previously committed to the role dropped out. Hector is the main threat to Arkantos and the Greeks during their siege against Troy, and his skill and battle prowess may even match that of Achilles. He and Aeneas are the best generals of Troy, and its greatest warriors.

Gargarensis the cyclops is a lead role and the antagonist in the first three volumes of The Immortal Struggle. Gargarensis is a poet and warlord obsessed with becoming immortal. His obsession grew so great that he defied his fate and set forth the events of the campaign.
His voice should sound evil, confident, domineering, and slightly gravelly. Gargarensis is very intelligent, narcissistic, and easy to anger. His voice should exude power.

Kemsyt’s voice should be a tenor. It should sound weaselly and sneaky. He normally speaks with authority, but Gargarensis’ and Kamos’ presence intimidates him, and he often stammers when they are around.

Brief Character Rundown
Kastor is a minor/supporting character and hero in the first three volumes of The Immortal Struggle. Kastor grew up with the tales of his father's wars and battles, and has wanted to join him in one ever since. Despite his enthusiasm, Arkantos forbid Kastor from joining him in the Trojan war.
His voice should be a tenor. He should sound young and eager.

Mimir is a neutral minor/supporting character in the first volume of The Immortal Struggle. Mimir is a wise and immortal (And bodyless) jotunn who guards Mimisbrunnr, his well. it is from this well that Odin was granted wisdom, and Gargarensis wishes to use it for his own ambitions. But Mimir is protective of his well, and won't let just anyone drink from it.
His voice should sound figuratively and literally cold. It should be harsh/hoarse, and it should sound unforgiving. When addressing Gargarensis, he has little respect for him.

Throughout my campaign, there are countless unnamed and non-recurring characters that also need voices! If you are worried about the commitment of other characters or just don't have too much time on your hands, this may be for you.
These voices are typically used to introduce objectives during gameplay or introduce/change the subject during cinematics. These voices will be predominantly male, but I will still need some female voices. I will be assigning multiple people to this role.
