ImprovisationThe Gushiken Idol Project is a virtual idol project featuring multiple units, creating original music, art, stories and more! We are looking for voice actors to give our students life through music and shorts.

Q: Can I audition now if I’ve auditioned previously?
A:Yes! Previous auditions were limited to specific characters, these are for any open characters.
Q:How long will auditions last?
A: As long as they need to! Casting will end only when all idols have a VA.
Q: What will being a VA require me to do?
A: VAs are expected to both speak and sing lines.
Q: Can I audition for multiple characters?
A: Yep! You can audition for as many characters as you’d like, but you’ll only be casted for one!
The Gushiken Idol Project is a multi-unit original virtual idol project producing original music, characters, costumes, and stories. Originally beginning as a gacha-game editing project, 2 years later it’s grown to become its own project with only original content.
Chiyoko is a 3rd year idol trainee at Gushiken Academy and considered one of the best, alongside her partner Yua! Chiyoko is originally from the countryside but, but moved to Tokyo on her own to pursue her dreams of becoming an idol. She's able to support herself with earnings from gigs and some help from Yua's family. Chiyoko is rather mature and hardworking individual who takes her current position humbly but seriously, hoping to provide a role model for incoming idol trainees.

Yua is a 3rd year idol trainee at Gushiken Academy and considered one of the best, alongside her partner Chiyoko! She comes from a rather wealthy family but is kind hearted and generous in both advice and gifting. She has a childhood long interest in school idols and adores the cute and frilly side of idol aesthetics! Yua is as sweet as they come and is always there to uplift her peers when the industry has got them down!

Sakura is a 1st year at Gushiken Academy and the leader of Tropical Vapor! She's an ambitious day dreamer and is notorious for her perseverance and passion for being an idol. On the other hand, she's not very well versed in music or dancing, no can she sew, and tends to have some outlandish ideas.

A shy and quiet 1st year girl who finds her confidence and strength around those she loves! She's part of the soccer team and the idol group Tropical Vapor! Although she's timid on her own, she does well when in groups with people she knows, staying true to her sweet and caring nature.

Ichika speaks very sparingly, tending to use hums and other sounds to convey their thoughts in conversation! Despite being a girl of few words, they are very social and a bit mischievous. She yearns to be able to express herself and befriend people after being an outcast in her childhood. Gushiken has become the perfect place for them!

Emiko is your average bubbly and outgoing idol. She’s loud and ambitious, it’s hard to miss her in a classroom! She’s always been a sporty girl, her main interest being gymnastics, giving her her extreme flexibility and stamina! Her parents own a restaurant, and they’ve always pushed her to be an idol in fear that she’d live out a boring mundane life as they had. Despite that, she's very family oriented and chooses to help out with the restaurant during most of her free time!

Tomomi is a 1st year in Tropical Vapor. She's a rather serious and logical person but is still loyal to her friends and groupmates. She's mature and level headed amongst the other members of Tropical Vapor but gets into her own head and stresses herself out instead.

Rei is a 2nd year known as an eccentric lone wolf who was once part of an idol duo, but took on Tropical Vapor as their mentor! She takes on a cool and calm demeanor and likes to act as a big sister to her underclassmen. She's a bit of an airhead but a sweet heart none the less!

Setsuko is an unpleasant and rude 2nd year and the leader of PSYCHIC Phoenix. Although she acts egotistical, she's rather insecure due to her unit's unsuccessfulness and has a habit of brining her group mates down with her.
