A 17-18 year old teenage girl living within the confines of a strongly authoritarian government. Rio spent much of her teen years causing trouble with local law enforcement and is often seen as a "bad influence" to the main character of our story. She is not rough on the edges, but mischievous and well mannered in her actions.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES A MORE MATURE SOUNDING 17-19 YEAR OLD VOICE.

A 30-50 year old head of state. He has spent his life in politics and is highly aware of the mistreatment of the people. Monroe is the leader of the state of Cloventire. He has spent years crushing out rebellions and stopping riots and protests. He is not blatantly "bad" or "evil", but instead calculated and critical of the cost of a full scale rebellion. His driving motivation for his silencing of civil liberties is to prevent the mass loss of life from a possible civil war.

17-19 years old. He is quiet and fairly self reserved. Although quiet he is extremely intelligent and chooses to be witty and smart around people he knows. He is a ruthless fighter due to the way he was raised.

Eventually Christian plans to move everyone from the stronghold to a abandoned hotel we took over. I just don't know when. I will keep you posted.
A 30-45 year old who grew up in a impoverished area of the city. He is one of the leaders of the Portban resistance. Although fighting for the right cause, Christian often comes off as radical or illogical due to his heartfelt dedication to the cause of the rebellion.
Acts as a father figure to another character. He should not come off as crazy, but instead caring in a extreme way.

(Responding to a complex medical question.) How the hell am I supposed to know? Do I look like a licensed professional to you? Alright, the most I can do is give him something for the pain and put a tourniquet on it. Besides that, you need to take him to an actual doctor.
