Hi! Jess here and I'm back with more Cyclist auditions! These ones are BRAND NEW never seen before characters that debut in either season 5 or season 6. Please consider auditioning! :D

Before you ask why they all have blonde hair (except Cordelia) it's because I drew Mitzie before I'd really figured the other characters out (which was a good few months ago now) and so she already had blonde hair. And the others are all family members of existing characters so they look similar to their sibling/aunt/brother/parent etc

The FINAL deadline for the Season 5 characters is the 28th May. They will be casted around 29th/30th. The Season 6 characters can be given longer if I feel it's needed, but if not I will just cast them at the same time as Season 5. The MUSICIANS will be casted earlier, since I need a tune relatively early so I can start work on the S5 trailer (the theme tune musician is more important than the outro musician, since the outro music I can just place at the end of S5E1 on the 19th June, but the theme tune music I have to receive BEFORE I make the animated introduction for S5 and that takes quite a while).

SEASON 5 BLURB:

Johnny’s on the run after Cara's death, sneakily visiting Ford and Freddie unsure what to do and missing his family. 

Freddie is living with Ford because of his mum and Ford is having to care for him because he needs a lot of support – with Eve's help. And on top of that Freddie suffering from PTSD, and extremely heavy anxiety, including being scared of almost everything and everyone. 

Another daughter of Yvonne, Amanda, appears. She pretends to act tough and like a bully but is messed up by her past. The only person that seems to be able to get through to her is Lilliana. 

Yvonne still has plans though, mostly raging at Ford, Freddie, and Johnny, especially after Cara’s death. And nothing will make her stop getting what she wants. Too helpless to do anything, Freddie doesn’t know how to help Ford. And in the end, awful sacrifices might be the only road to freedom.

Note: I sometimes wonder if the series of my title sounds misleading. Cycling is still mentioned, it's mostly just because season 1 was focused very much on cycling, and I didn't want to change the name of the series. Season 2 also had a theme around it, Cycling just becomes less prominent as the seasons progress, but it's so recognisable that I'd never change the name.

Also there will be NO swearing. The only thing I do do is write "heck" and give the voice actor the option to say hell if they would like to, but you choose which word you say :)

    Please note if you leave my discord server as a cast member then I'd assume you don't want to be in the series anymore and I will go and cast someone else from these auditions (exactly why you should keep your auditions up because I casted someone last night who originally didn't get in but was on my shortlist), I only found out last night one of my S6 actors had left my discord server without a word, and I only realised because I was announcing that the S6 actors first script was out 7th August, so I'm really glad I noticed, but I don't understand why someone - who is still active on CCC - would just leave my server when you submit lines there.

  • Update

    I am SO sorry for taking so long, obviously Cara's actor will be allowed longer on the script of course. I'm currently in exam season and these are the most important (and last) exams I'll ever take in my life. They determine if I get into University (I have a conditional offer), so I've been studying quite a bit, and also having to share episodes and stuff in accordance with my schedule and my regular routinely schedule comes before casting. However, the results should be out within the next two hours, so look forward to that :) Also, I have made shortlists of most characters as I go along so if you would like access to those (after the results of course) or just some feedback on how you can improve then let me know! :)

  • STOP AUDITIONING!!!

    (bruh someone auditioned after I did this update, STOP AUDITIONING PLEASE - also I find it kind of funny that the person who did just auditioned, auditioned for three people and they're the ONLY three I casted yet-)

    This is CLOSED, and I started casting many hours ago! I am not accepting any auditions after the 213th audition, so anyone who auditioned after the 213th audition will NOT be included. I've already casted 4 characters, just haven't assigned them yet- auditions 214 and 215 will not be counted (nor any subsequent ones)

  • Um...well this is awkward...one of my actors won't do a script...

    And they have to tell me this literally 21 hours before the deadline of these auditions... it's my S4 antagonist who is...actually dead, but is in literally like only three more episodes (flashbacks, and a special episode). I'm gonna quickly add her here in the hope someone auditions in the next 21 hours :( All I need is an evil sounding, almost mysterious voice, she's had like 10 actors so no voice match is needed :')

Personality: Delayney is a sweet and welcoming girl. She is feisty and knows how to defend herself. She's not easily frightened and is extremely tough, so nothing that Freddie has been through fazes her at all. I would like all of these to be reflected in her voice - especially her confidence

First Appearance: Season 6 Episode 2


Delayney is Eve's cousin. She shows up unannounced when Eve isn't around and is immediately drawn to Eve's boyfriend, Freddie. She doesn't receive the warmest welcome, but once Ford and Freddie get to know her they warm to her. When Eve returns she's instantly angry that Freddie was bonding with her estranged cousin. Except Ford and Freddie know the real reason why Eve and Delayney hadn't spoken for years - and that it was completely Eve's fault, suggesting she has no reason to be mad at Delayney. However, after a while, Eve does warm to Delayney. And after something tragic happens, Delayney might be the only one able to save Freddie's life...


Since Delayney is a season 6 character the description is relatively minimal, since I do not want to spoil anything from season 5.

Personality: Mitzie definitely knows her own mind. She's very independent and head strong. She's also extremely determined to make Eve listen to her, no matter what it takes. She never gives up. I want this to be reflected in her voice

First Appearance: Season 5 Episode 1


Mitzie is a girl from Eve, Cara, and Freddie's past. She shows up unannounced after Freddie just almost got burned alive in a fire. And Eve wants to do everything in her power to stop Mitzie from talking to Freddie, since she doesn't want Freddie to be reminded of the past during his recovery. Except with Mitzie's sheer determination that won't be very possible. Although, Freddie is actually quite annoyed since he had no idea that there was more to his past (that he didn't even know about). Mitzie, though, wants to get through to Freddie, and also wants to make amends to Eve. She won't stop until she achieves want she wants. In the end, she helps lead a rescue mission by driving some of her new friends to where they need to go.

Amanda is Yvonne's (antagonist) third and final daughter. She makes her appearance in S5E1, shocking Lilliana, since Lilliana and her friends thought Yvonne only had two daughters (Eliana and Rayalynn). Amanda is closed up towards people, and has extremely poor hygiene. She follows Yvonne's orders like a clingy puppy. Except, no one knows how much she really hates her mother, but she's too timid and afraid to stand against Yvonne since she knows what Yvonne has done to the people who have crossed her (which includes murdering Ford and Freddie's fathers, hitting and killing Louisiana's sister in her car, as well as hitting Johnny in a car but he survived). So she remains quiet. But Lilliana - to everyone's surprise - manages to get her to open up, which is surprising because Lilliana has always been closed up herself. One day she invites Amanda to a coffee shop, and Amanda actually accepts, and this is when she breaks down. She tells Lilliana Yvonne's plans so that Lilliana is able to rescue her friends, and Amanda is considered a hero for that.

My actor won't do it despite it being out for a month - and they could've just told me, and now I'm panicking since this episode has to be out BEFORE the 19th June (and before the 12th is more preferably), which is not what I needed at 2am in the morning but it is what it is- but please please audition! <3

Personality: Cara is the antagonist of both S1 and S4, as well as the end of S3. She is evil and has a particular hatred to Ford and Freddie. For her I would like an evil and mysterious sounding voice

First Appearance: Season 1 Episode 1


Cara would do anything to take Ford down, especially during S1. In S2 it appears as if she's changing, however this is revealed as an act at the end of S3. During S4 the past comes back to bite Freddie, when he realises Cara - and Eve - were a part of his past, and Cara isn't happy about this, so she plots to take down Freddie (and Eve), whilst Johnny plots to take her down. Johnny is in prison for a time and during this is when Cara almost burns Freddie alive in a fire. As soon as Johnny gets released, out of loyalty for Ford and Freddie, he charged at Cara with a knife and stabs her, ultimately killing her. The episodes she is in from now are either specials (not canon) or flashbacks, or like CCTV in S5 when someone finds CCTV of Freddie and Eve's kidnapping. This is not a long time role, since as far as I'm aware there's only three scripts left for her.

Personality: Callia is an evil woman, she idolises Yvonne. She wants nothing more than to see Freddie suffer, and due to her sheer determination she won't stop until she gets this. She's extremely confident and nothing fazes her. She doesn't care what anybody thinks of her. She also can be extremely short-tempered, but if she takes after Yvonne that's no surprise

First Appearance: Season 6 Episode 1 (mentioned Season 5 Episode 12)


Callia is Yvonne's 19-year-old niece. She takes pleasure in other people's suffering, particularly Freddie (the reason why is explained in S5E12 but I cannot say yet). Her main goal in life is to bring Freddie down - including anyone who gets in her way. She rarely shows her face in public and Freddie and Ford first heard about her through a letter addressed to Freddie, which is when they knew they were in danger. She eventually shows her face to Ford, where he eventually loses his temper and shoves her into a busy main road, but being Callia she finds a way out of everything. She knows Ford, Eve, and Delayney are going to defend Freddie at all costs. And it's clearly Callia will do whatever is in her power, especially after trying to burn down Rose's house, plant dynamite in Freddie's car, and many other small petty acts...which leads up to her final plan that she's sure will work...


Since Callia is a season 6 character not too much can be given away at this point

Personality: Max is a sweet boy who cares about his sister, but hates her actions. He's calm and kind - the opposite of his sister, and wants nothing more than to help people - especially Ford and Freddie.

First Appearance: Season 6 Episode 1


Max is the brother of Callia (antagonist). However, he is the polar opposite of her: helpful and kind. He is determined to stop whatever his sister is planning, and manages to find Freddie and Ford to let them in on a few secrets. He starts sneaking around so he can prepare his new friends for whatever Callia will spring on them next. But Callia is certainly not happy about this...

First Appearance: Season 5 Episode 1


Cordelia has extreme anxiety. So extremely that she won't leave the house, much to her sister, Courtney's, dismay. Due to her sister's withdrawal from the real world she's had to lie to her friends and girlfriend that she doesn't have a sister. Except, maybe some encouragement may help Cordelia to let loose a little and finally reveal herself to Courtney's girlfriend, who, this entire time, has been thinking Courtney is an only child.

Personality: Connor is Eve's older brother (as well as Delayney's cousin). He is kind, warm, caring, but often easily led and follows the crowd.

First Appearance: Season 4 Episode 1

Connor just wants the best for his sister and at first is sceptical about her following Freddie around. However, he understands her well, and is supportive when it comes to Eve's crush on Freddie. Connor, himself, has a crush on Louisiana, however their relationship plummets down when he starts to believe she started the fire that almost killed Freddie and Eve. And Louisiana therefore wants nothing more to do with him, despite Connor's grovelling apology.

Okay, so currently Freddie does have an actor. My current actor is dropping out this month and I hosted an audition for Freddie a month ago, so I do have a new actor to start from the beginning of season 5. HOWEVER, they have never voiced for me before and Freddie is the deuteragonist (second lead) so I just want to take precautions. Neither of my backups (I casted two backups) even claimed when I casted Freddie last time, so I would like a backup or two just to be on the safe side <3

Personality: Freddie is a lead character, he's best friends with the main lead, Ford, who he just wants the best for and would do anything to protect him. He's kind and sweet, but he can be quite grumpy and standoffish at times.

First Appearance: Season 3 Episode 1


All Freddie wants is for Ford to be happy. He'd do anything for Ford, which includes hiding a horrible secret that Cara blackmailed him to keep, or else she'd hurt Ford, which ends up in Freddie being seriously hurt in a fire. Freddie also hangs around with Eve Tyler a lot, who loves him, and he wants to ignore her but realises he can't. Freddie hates his mother, Amy, due to her alcoholism, and wants to protect his sister from her. When Freddie first debuted in the Cyclist he was quite mean to Ford to try and protect Lilliana (his sister), but when Lilliana gets pushed off a bridge he is forced to talk to Ford and they end up becoming best friends - Ford is also Freddie's first ever proper friend. After this, Freddie will do anything to stop Ford getting hurt, including having to take very drastic measures at the end of season five that could have deadly consequences for him.

Rayalynn came into the Cyclist after being trapped inside Yvonne's home for long time, until Ford and Livie found her. She soon opened up and told them how she'd once run away and her whole life had revolved around trying to get away from her sadistic mother. However, it's not all stars and rainbows because after a number of events take place Rayalynn goes off the rails in Season 6 and ends up making Freddie hate her for it because he knows what happened to his mum.


I would do a voice reference since her first actor fit her so well, but her first actor also bullied me quite badly so I'm not really comfortable trying to find their voice. Let's just say their voice was quite high pitched and confident. They were in S3E1 until S4E45 I think so you can go and find their voice if you would like to, just look for scenes with Rayalynn in it (maybe scenes with just Rayalynn and Ford since it would be obvious which one Rayalynn is, Ford is the one with the blue cap in the thumbnail)

Theme Tune Musician

The theme tune will generally be used in the intro (around 25-40 seconds usually, I have not made the intro yet but most of my intros have fallen into that time, however you can submit a demo since I will talk about all this over discord if you receive the role), and occasionally it could be used as backing music in a special episode. You of course will be credited however you would like to be. When it comes to music preferences, I've always loved lively but thrilling music (I'm not a professional so I'm crap with music terms but I'd probably say closest to the EDM genre). I'm not a fan of anything that's too low or deep. I am going to send two youtube links below, since the music is for the episode intros it will start playing as soon as you go to the video link. Personally my favourite is the Season 4 one (the music that plays when their is animated fire), but I like both the season 4 and season 2/3 (it was used for both) intro, so you can take some inspiration from those. I will be selecting someone who I think fits my taste and my series the best and then I will explain exactly what I'm looking for when I cast them :)

Again, like with the theme tune musician I'm looking for a lively, thrilling, sort of EDM-like tune, but here I want it to feel like an ending, like you're ending off a series. The same thing applies here as the theme tune musician. Below I'll link my current and only outro music I've ever had, but please note I'm not a big fan of the current outro music so I'd like it to be much different, but what is good about the current outro music is that it actually feels like an ending, so if that could be kept the same that would be cool! :D
