The Card Game (reopened with new roles)
Project Overview
Please note: All VAs will be compensated with a Casting Call Club recommendation, or 1 commission style art piece for free. And the plot for this series has heavy themes, so it wouldn’t be in your best interest to audition if you are faint hearted.
This is a Gacha series that will be animated using Live 2d cubism and other animation programs.
Plot (work in progress):
In a fantasy world, three people are transported into a world where they are narrators. The story begins with the history of Mazzo Di Carte and the creation of two lands, Mazzo Di Carte and Castello Di Carte. The early people in these lands were given cheek symbols representing the goddesses. Some were chosen to awaken with special powers, while others were appointed as Nobles or Kings/Queens. A war between the Deities led to the creation of factions and the division of territories. The land became overwhelmed with divine power, and the Kings and Queens ruled the land in peace. 13 centuries later, Rea the Druid (One of the 3 goddesses) woke up and connected the lands through portals. She caused chaos in Mazzo Di Carte, and Bonnie the Enlightened and Elise the Red (The other 2 godesses) reactivated the mark system, giving people titles like Guildmaster, Apprentice, Novice, Deserter, and Runaway to combat Rea. The Kings gathered on Moon Island when the world fell into chaos. The Queens established groupings to organize people with titles into guilds that fought for particular Deities. The three head guilds create lesser guilds as the story develops, which brings us to the point when the story of a girl and how she and her companions save the world takes place.
Audition Rules:
You have to be 13+
Have fun with your lines! Make them stand out, don't be shy, make them as exaggerated as possible!

(Excited/chaotic) Are you ready to make history?!
Sasha: manipulative, cold, toxic, hothead, trusts only Rose and Lee
(Angry and in Disbelief) "Wow, you don’t remember me? Understandable, you’re still the same idiot"
(Disappointed and Frustrated) "Lee, I’m having an evil moment."
(Scared) [she is having flashbacks to trauma] "Those eyes... I've seen them before...... But... It can't be..."
Leona: She is blind, but that doesn’t stop her from doing whatever she pleases, straight forward, accepting, hates being told what to do, hard worker, loves her mom and sister more than anything
(Crying) "Momma... Scarlet hasn't come back yet... I'm scared."
(Worried) "Can you take me with you momma? I wanna come save Scarlet too!"
He is cold and stern but seems to have a soft spot for maid marie and all things cute.
"Would you like anything ma’am? Some tea, or coffee?"
He is obsessive, overly relaxed most of the time, loves to eat food, can’t handle criticism, cunning, petty, when he sets his sight on something he won’t stop till he gets it
(Dazed) "Cool. Where’s the food?"
(Dazed) "Yea, yea I got it. Alright. See you, boss."
(psychopathic) "Its funny, seeing you at a time like this. What a weird re-union. We thought you had died ya know...."
Oscar: outcast, always looks mad but isn't, doesn't like many people, likes teasing and messing with people (mostly charlie), insecure, never has high hopes for anything
(sarcastic) So my sister isn’t the only dork around here? Good job Char-Char.
*Gives Charlie a hand up* We got more problems than sleeping beauty over there. Like where the hell are we?
Rycan: shy, sensitive, orderly, ambivert, kind, stubborn, insecure, clumsy
(mocking the queens and having fun)I just wanna see all the fighting they do. Clover would be like, “ why did you send the troops there! We won’t win there!” Lucy would say, (in a girly voice) “There was like, a guy I was dating there, and then he dumped me, so I sent the troops to get payback” and Clover would say, “WHICH ONE!!!!!!!”
For this role, all you need to know is how to make PSD layerings for 360 live 2d rigs.

Have to be able to create posters and other promo art for the series (possibly videos)
What will I expect if you get cast?
I will inform you about the series and you will get plot updates regularly. Every once in a while I will ask for promo art, or videos which you will make, and I will ask you to work with PSD makers to create a unique feel to the characters

Have to be somewhat experienced in basic animation (like animatics), creativity, and perspective
What will I expect if you get cast?
I will inform you about the series and you will get plot and script updates regularly. After a script for an episode is done, I will contact multiple storyboarders and you will choose a scene in the episode to complete. After that one of you will join all clips of the storyboard together to create an animatic for the voice actors to visualize what they are going to say.

What will I expect if you get cast?
I will be working with you A LOTTT! Expect many notifications, lots of lore and detail in the plot and characters and a lot of writing of course. You will also be proofreading scripts and that nothing strays from the plot.

previous writing works, how you contributed in another gacha VA project writing-wise, and an explanation as to why you should get the role

Have to be experienced in sound effect editing (making sure music is an appropriate level and editing VA’s lines to not have any white noise/background noise)
What will I expect if you get cast?
Once the production teams finish up the episodes, you will be given a copy of the video, where you will tweak all VA’s lines so that they sound clear, adding sound effects necessary, and adding background music. You might have to add some finishing touches to the editing but that is not the main focus of the role.
What should you submit?
previous audio/sound effect works, what programs you use, and what your regular process for sound editing is
