ABOUT
Batman Vengeance is a feature length upcoming Minecraft Animated Film! That is currently underway! This film will have a completely original score, done by an amazing composer! This film is primarily focusing on Year 2 of Batman being in Gotham City. And this brand new world that we are creating within the DC Universe and Batverse, will showcase how terrifying it is to live within Gotham. Showing it's true colours and how it's riddled with crime and death. The direction I want to go in with this film, is to make it dark, gritty with a sense of realism to it. Well, as real as we can go with a Minecraft Animated Film. I want to tell a compelling story through Minecraft Animation form, making a impactful film with a full cast of amazing and talented people! That's what I want to showcase! This is hands down, my biggest project I have ever taken on! And I am very excited to get this going!
SYNOPSIS
Set In The Early Stages Of Batman's career, Year 2. We See A Young Damaged Bruce Wayne, out for Vengeance. With Oswald Cobblepot, The Penguin, running for the new mayor for Gotham City. This puts everyone at risk, he has the whole underground society backing him. But it's not just Batman who is out for Vengeance... A cold hearted ice man, filled with rage and anger and emotions that he cannot control, only wanting one thing... To save his wife. It's time to uncover the truth about Gotham's legacy, and the plans The Penguin has for the city!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM WORKING ON THIS
I will make sure that all of my cast members are treated with the upmost respect, so they are comfortable on working on this exciting new project! You will all be apart of my Studio and the team, making sure you all enjoy your time working alongside me! I will also invite you to The Batman: Vengeance discord server, once all of the cast members are cast! So we can all hang out and get to know each other properly!
Bruce Wayne, aka The Batman! Our main protagonist of the film and this brand new universe! This is his earlier days, where he is more darker and angrier, filled with rage and vengeance! However, he has the strict no killing rule. He never uses guns. He is still The Batman that he should be!
Looking for someone who understands the character. Who can deliver a fitting voice for not just The Batman but also Bruce Wayne. Who has the tendency to hide himself from the crowd. Bruce is mainly Batman for 90% of this film! To him, Bruce is just a mask. And Batman, is his true identity.

James Gordon. One of the remaining good cops left in Gotham City! The only cop, Batman trusts. And James is the only cop that trusts Batman. Sees what he is doing, is right. Even if it's above the law.
Considering I'm the only cop that trusts you... I need your help. This city, needs us!

Alfred Pennyworth! The guardian for Bruce Wayne! Ever so supportive of his crusade. Yet, worrying every night about him. He works alongside him as not just his butler, but a worthy ally in the batcave to assist Batman with any help he can possibly provide. They will have some conflict during this film, that will be very hard hitting. They will both go on an emotional journey that will solidify them as the unique pair that we all know them as.
You've fought a bunch of mad men over the past year sir. Joker. The Riddler. Now you are gunning for the worlds greatest kingpin of Gotham. Don't you think that all of this has gone a bit too far?
Master Bruce, if you keep going down this hole. Then there will be nothing left of you.

Selina Kyle aka Catwoman has the on and off dance with Batman for the past year. She is incredibly flirtatious with a sense of being mischievous. I want the chemistry between Batman and Catwoman to thrive and as incredible as I envision it to be!
I was born in the slums in Gotham. We were a very poor family. That's what sort of prompted me to start stealing. Started off just walking around the streets. Pick pocketing. Then I would find the right tools to start breaking into people's homes.
Didn't anyone tell you it's rude to sneak up on a lady?
Oh come on baby... we've been at this dance for almost two years now. The least you can do is buy me a drink!
Harvey Bullock is James Gordon's partner in crime at the GCPD. However, these two as a pairing don't always see eye to eye and have a constant rivalry on what's right and what's wrong. Gordon believes in The Batman, whereas Harvey Bullock doesn't.
I'm just saying... if it wasn't for this Batman. Would any of what's been happening the past year... even happen? The Riddler, Joker. That damn Ivy chick. All of it.
GCPD! FREEZE ASS HATS!
He's a fucking vigilante. It's what those psycho's do.
Victor Fries aka Mr Freeze will be one of the main antagonist during this film. However, he won't be portrayed as a traditional villain that poses a threat towards The Batman. If you know the source material and know who Mr Freeze truly is. Then you will understand why I am going with this direction for this character. I've always seen Mr Freeze as this complex individual struggling to have everything that he has ever wanted. He is a victim. Not a suspect. Not a full blown villain. He does what he thinks is right. He is also seeking vengeance. But he goes about it differently to The Batman. That's why this pairing works so well for this film set in Year 2.
In terms of when it comes to voicing Mr Freeze when he's in the actual suit. Looking for a voice modulated version of that. Kind of what we see in the Arkham Games and Batman Animated Series!

Oswald Cobblepot aka The Penguin will be another main antagonist that will pose a big threat towards The Batman and the rest of the GCPD. He is the kingpin of Gotham. He has control over an underground society and has big plans for this city. He is also running for mayor for Gotham, which might seem impossible due to him having control over the corruption that plagues the city. However, he can easily become mayor with just how powerful he is.

Now, now... ladies and gentlemen. I like the enthusiasm! But let's not get ahead of ourselves... Yet!

Nora Fries is the wife of Victor Fries aka Mr Freeze. She is suffering from a terminal disease, and her husband, Victor, vowed he will do everything in his power to find a cure and save his wife. No matter the cost.

Harvey Dent is the district attorney in Gotham. He hasn't become Two-Face yet when we meet him. When it comes to voicing his Two-Face counterpart, looking for his voice to change slightly, thinking like how the Arkham Games did Two-Face!
He is planned to become Two-Face in the sequel! As we will be developing his working relationship with James Gordon and The Batman, similar to the comic book storyline "The Long Halloween" where this trio worked closely together!
This is all the proof that we need... Furthermore. We have high suspicion on good authority on who your supplier is

Vicki Vale is the main reporter for The Gotham Gazette. She will be reporting on various news articles of different scenarios that happen all over Gotham.
This is Vicki Vale reporting live from the Gotham Gazette. Just moments before, a man named Mike Stone has been brought into the court house behind us. Apparently being captured by the bat last night in a drug deal.
Bruce Wayne. I've been trying to reach you, but the people who work for you have said you've been rather busy.
Where have you been? We haven't seen much of you for the past two years. Considering you gave up Wayne Enterprises to Lucius Fox.
Hugo Strange is now running things in Arkham Asylum! He will only have a minor role in this first film, but he will have a much bigger role going forward!

Edward Nashton aka The Riddler. Only has a minor role in this film, but he will become a much bigger character in the planned sequel! He is psychotic. Cunning. A very good planner. I am not looking for a comedic take on this role. I am looking for a much darker and terrifying take and insane take. Think Paul Dano's performance from The Batman (2022) Film!

Gotham has been a place of corruption. Different and unworthy political statements that are enough to drive anyone round the bend.
What's riddled with crime, protected by little, and soon to be levelled.
Ferris Boyle is the grand owner of Gothcorp! Where Victor Fries works. It's a corrupt facility, with The Penguin overseeing a lot of the things that go on there. As Ferris also works for The Penguin. Ferris has a rival which is Victor Fries aka Mr Freeze.
It sure don't look like nothing. What are ya hiding?

The Joker plays a very, very minor role in this film! But he will play a massive role in the planned sequel! We all know who The Joker is. He's psychotic. Lover of chaos. Wants to watch the world burn. And has an extremely big obsession with The Batman himself!
I'm not exactly sure what it was. Sometimes I remember it one way, sometimes another... If I'm going to have a past, I prefer it to be multiple choice! (LAUGHS)
All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy. That's how far the world is from where I am. Just one bad day. You had a bad day once. Am I right? I know I am. I can tell. You had a bad day and everything changed. Why else would you dress up like a flying rat? You had a bad day, and it drove you as crazy as everybody else… Only you won't admit it!

Dick Grayson hasn't become Robin when we meet him in this film. He is currently living in an Orphanage. He won't have the biggest role in this film, but he is set up to be a much bigger part in a sequel! To then, become Robin!

I am not Bruce Wayne. But when lives were lost... and the entire city was at stake... I did what Batman had to do. I acted as the Dark Knight. To the best of my abilities -- I became him. And I succeeded. Not as Dick Grayson. And not as Bruce Wayne. But as Batman.
Changing is always harder than staying the same. It takes courage to face yourself in the mirror and look beyond the reflection. To find the you that you should have been. The you who got derailed by cruel childhood events. Events that took your life's natural trajectory and twisted it. Changing it into something unimaginable... or even incredible... giving you the courage to embrace you birthright, your destiny, and finally realize... that you are BATMAN.
Barbara Gordon is the daughter of the Police Commissioner, James Gordon. She is incredibly intellectual and caring, she likes to get involved and help in any way possible. When we meet her, she isn't working with Batman, but that relationship will develop in the future, as she will end up becoming Batgirl at some point!
You were the first person in this city that saw him as... not a criminal. Not just some vigilante. But, someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to help bring this city back to the light.
You know at the end of the day, when you close the door and you're all alone... And you strip off your armor and lower your guard and peel away the mask... When there's nobody watching and nothing to hide... And you no longer need to be strong or clever or pretty or brave... There's just you. That's it. That's the soul.
I have to find another path. Divine my own future. One uniquely mine. Not a page from someone else's book. Not a fate that begins and ends on page one.
