Project Overview

The Baptized, an experiment that was believed to be ----------------------------. The program centered around taking troubled youth of the nation and forcing them to confront their fears, past or trauma in an effort to encourage growth and change. The --- or ------------------ was the name of the company behind the experiment. Both of the Co-CEO’s of ---, ------------- and ------------- are believed to be deceased now that ------------- have passed and only ----’s body has been found. The -- original participants in the program are also missing and presumed deceased with memorials being held for them year round on each of their birthdays. The experiment centered around forcing the participants into a simulation where they will face five doors each with the assistance of the other participants. Despite the project initially seeing somewhat promising results, that all changed when a young boy by the name of ------------------- was admitted into the program. ---------’s family saw what was happening to him as a result of the program that claimed to be able to help him and threatened a lawsuit against the company which the family inevitably won. A number of unrecorded payments which totalled over ------------------- coming from ----’s account raised suspicion for a time but after he was declared dead with his body never being found. The media chalked it up to yakuza involvement, of which ---- was a known conspirator. Shortly before his mass payment of -----------, -- of the participants in the program also went missing including the ------------------------------ and the boy who started the topic of the lawsuit in the first place. After - years had passed, the teens were all declared dead as scraps of their clothing was found around their hometowns. The ------------- from ---- seemed to be used to pay off hitmen. At least that was how the media spun it.
Five years later the teens are all still missing. Rune Kubo, Kosei Gojō, Mana Marugame, Reijirō Mikami, Kaiya Kakegami, Rikichi Ryūzaki, Sakuhi Kurōchi, Masujirō Shirako, Keiri Saohime, Aruo Yosumi, Sato Kogachi, Kakuji Matsutōya, Fusemi Yatsushiro, Yujirō Oyunuma, Rimako Ijihashi, Okifumi Takamoto, Taika Kuwahara, Haruhiko Fujizono, Sayuri Yamatsuda, Namisuke Yasufuku, Amiri Kauzaki, Daijun Yoda, Riko Azagami, Ōjō Okunaga, Rogaku Gushiken. The victims' names were known well throughout the nation. Not all of them were especially good people but the nation echoed the sentiment that young lives didn’t deserve to be cut short like theirs were. Speeches were made on their birthdays by family members and loved ones. It was seen as a tragedy all throughout Japan and the world. Little did the world know however, that they were all ---------. --------------------------. ------------- gradually became more and more comfortable with resuming the experiment where he left off. In his twisted mind he believed that this experiment would be legendary. It would be a breakthrough and it would cement his legacy in history as a genius.
To those who audition for the project as a staff member, it truly means the world to me. I thank you for your interest in the project. It has taken a long time for me to be fully satisfied with the direction in which the project was taking but now that I finally am, I'm happy to get the project back on its feet once again. With that said, we had to do a mass overhaul of staff for the time being while we reorganized some things to make sure the people who were working on the project were comitted.
Not only that, I must announce that this is, a paid project. It currently says unpaid at the moment as I am currently unable to guarantee a set amount. However there will be pay. Only cashapp is accepted however.

The role of the Script Writer is to translate the plot of the project into script form. We request that dialogue be interesting and detailed. We ask for scene descriptions and internal dialogue lines as well. We are looking Script Writers who are active in the project and in the creative process in general. We do a lot of meetings in voice calls so it would be advised to attend those as frequently as you can.

The Acting Guide Writer's job is to go through the script and make edits to it so it is accessible to voice actors so that they can properly voice the characters. Tell us exactly how the character should sound, react and act in a scene. Acting Guide Writers will work heavily with the Acting Coaches and Vocal Coaches in order to work most efficiently.

The CG Artist creates the still shots of characters in scenes. They must be skilled with character art as well as environmental art. The Artist must be able to match the artstyle of the images below.

The Background Artists create the backgrounds used in scenes to properly convey the environment in which the characters find themselves. No character art skill is required, only environmental design. Alternatively you may present 3D modelling as an option. Either is fine.

The role of the Sprite/Expression artists is to create the sprites that will be used to convey character emotion within the game itself. They must be skilled with drawing emotions. They also must be able to match the artstyle shown in the pictures below.

The Audio Engineer will be tasked with sound effect usage, voice acting and pretty much everything involving audio in general. They are integral to making the project sound as good as possible. We are looking for people who will be active in telling us what works and what doesn't in the realm of audio.

The role of the Programmers is to obviously program the game using the assets that the other roles create. We are planning to use common visual novel creation softwares so experience in that is desired.
