Personality: humble, spiritual, feels like an outcast, logical.
Tashi is a naturally gifted airbender, who has always impressed his family with his dedication. He got his airbending tattoos at a very young age, causing him to base his self value on his achievements. He has always felt like an outcast, despite being incessantly praised for his prodigy level abilities. Tashi is very connected to the spiritual world, much like his Aunt Jinora. He does not brag about his abilities, nor shows them off in a boastful way. Because of the unspoken tension with his sister Riah, he has trouble confiding in her. He is a very logical person who has difficulty expressing his innermost feelings and thoughts out loud.

A 60 years old, female customer who is super cranky and intolerable.
“Could I have a bowl of noodle soup, dear?”
“Excuse me?!”
“There WOULD NOT be a problem if you accept my coupon! I am entitled to a free meal. I did not save this coupon for nothing!”
“What NERVE you have, young lady.”
“No! They are not giving me my free meal.”
“My! What a fine young man you are. These two could learn a thing or two from you.”
Name: Aunt Sying (Sihihng)
Age: Mid 40’s
Pronouns: She/her
Sexuality: Straight
Personality; Eccentric, Quirky, Endearing, and Wise.
She is the older sister of Liena, has taken on the role as a caretaker to Yimi and Meili primarily and an aunt role to Muo ever since the death of the pair’s parents. Sying is portrayed as a very eccentric, quirky person who believes in superstitions, and fated destinies. She has never pressured Yimi into taking on the responsibility of being the avatar. The gang see her as someone who is capable of dropping wisdom at the drop of a dime when they really need it. Despite being semi-paralyzed in her legs, she does not let that hinder her happiness in any capacity nor her ability to kick some butt when needed

“Well it's settled then, do you mind picking me up an extra cabbage? I want to make a special soup for dinner.”
“Yimi... eyes forward, please.”
“Meili (may-lee), do you mind giving me a hand?”
“Your mother and father would be proud of you three”
“I sure hope so, your grandmother taught your mother and I this recipe.”
“Could I get some help, dear?”
“Where have you three been all night?”
“Luzen! What a nice surprise, so good to see you Dear. How are things at home?”
“Someone’s got to make sure you three don’t get into too much trouble!”
Liena Shen is the mother of Yimi, Mou and Meili. She is the wife to Min and Sister of Sying. In this series, she and her husband Min will only be featured in one flashback scene of the series. It is the last moment she has with her children, she and Min die trying to defend their camp.
“I’m going to put Mou to sleep. Can you have a word with Chief Guan about the rumors...?”
“Goodnight, you two. Ready to play the counting game?”
“Are you going to talk to the Chief now?”
“That’s good. I just want our children to be safe.”
“Honey, I need you to listen to me. Do you remember what we talked about before, about what to do if something happens to Mommy and Daddy?”
“Mou… come here. This is important. I need you to listen to me closely. Repeat what Mommy told you to do in emergencies. Do you remember?”
“I know it’s scary, Sweetheart. I need to go check on your father, okay? How about we play the counting game? Can you do that for me?”
“Your father and I love you all. Never forget that.”
“Meili, don’t worry, Honey. I’ll be back.”
“I know… I will. Please be safe. I love you so much.”

Personality: Hard-working, Protective, and Determined.
“That was wonderful, my darling. But, it's time to go to bed now.”
“We will have to see it another time. It’s already past your bedtime.”

“Of course. Let me just say goodnight to the children first.”
“There’s no need for us to worry. He said the attack is just a silly rumor.”
“I need you to stay and look after the children. Okay? Do not step outside this tent.”
