Sying is portrayed as a very eccentric, quirky person who believes in superstitions, and fated destinies. She has never pressured Yimi into taking on the responsibility of being the avatar. The gang see her as someone who is capable of dropping wisdom at the drop of a dime when they really need it. Despite being semi-paralyzed in her legs, she does not let that hinder her happiness in any capacity nor her ability to kick some butt when needed
