Anime Voice Acting Tournaments ("AVAT") is, as the name would imply, a tournament for actors. While this event is titled "Team Anime Qualifier: Seinen Anime" it is merely to identify the event which AVAT is running. AVAT holds a variety of tournaments that are made for all levels of actors. These qualifiers do not represent actual projects in their currents state. This qualifier is made for individuals to advance to the “Team Anime” tournament, try voice acting for the first time, amateurs practicing in areas they may not be comfortable, or professionals wanting to have some fun and do something different!
Criteria!Don't be afraid to enter if you feel that you microphone quality is not very good, and don't be afraid if you feel that your acting skills aren't very good! With that being said let's jump into the criteria for our casting call!

"Seinen Anime"Qualifier 3 of 8What was just an ordinary afternoon, would never be the same again.
Normally the big man on campus, the kendo team captain has a high reputation not just at school, but also in after school activities as well! Similar to a quarterback in western countries, this character is capable of being portrayed many ways! Give this character a shot!
Though not always, the cute sports club manager can be seen intertwined with the kendo team captain as the love interest! Perhaps clumsy. Perhaps strict and goal oriented. This character is definitely capable of having a story of their own so don't write them off as a mindless side character. Give this character a shot!
One might be wondering why this archetype is here. There are a lot of ways to voice this character and we are excited to see what you all have in store!

Unfortunately, COVID-19 has played a large role in the slowing of manufacturing causing it to come to a complete stop temporarily. SubmissionsAVAT requires that you send at least one recording of each line however, we recommend doing 3 reads of each line! You may do a different voice for each read, but you will be limited to 3 reads per line! We will only take a maximum of 3 reads per line!
You may also send you submission in via email to AVAT if you do not wish to create an account to submit here. If you are sending an email, be sure to adjust the email for the roles that you will be sending in!
