‘Good Morning Philadelphia, You’re listening to Dr. Frank, and this is Mind Matters.’
I know…Feels like yesterday…I was nervous about my first show, and now…here we are…Thirty years later…and this is it
Your body and mind were trained for one thing….survival…and now, without the same focus or mission, everything feels scattered…am I right?
Any sex. 30s. Long history of working with the Radio Host.

People call in, they hear your voice, and they immediately feel like everything's going to be okay. You just don’t hang that up.
I mean, what are you going to do now? No more mornings on-air? No more helping people work through their problems?
Alright, Dr. Frank. Let's do this
Female. 30s. Caller. Sharing personal troubles with host.
- female adult
Yeah…some stuff…Just thought this might be easier than sitting across from a therapist.
(mocking) Oh it's definitely exhausting. I’m like a human defibrillator at this point…just waiting for the next shock.
(bitter laugh) Yeah, I’m just supposed to snap my fingers and be normal again…Just put it behind you…they say.
Male. 30s. Attitude problem.

Oh, I can tell ya. They all spotted it after a pint or two of whiskey, and it was probably just a deer with an attitude problem
If you set a trap, Elmer, all you’re gonna catch is disappointment and a bad case of poison ivy.
Male. 20s. Passionate about the possible discovery of the Squonk.

Female. 20s. Looking to be elsewhere.
- female adult
I do hope this doesn’t turn out to be a wild goose chase. I have a dinner reservation in Scranton tonight, and I’d like to look presentable for it
I’ve never seen anything quite like it. It’s so…pathetic. But it’s also kind of endearing, in a strange way
- Any Gender/Any Age
I don’t want to be seen. I’m too ugly to be seen. Why am I like this? Why must I be so hideous?
Do you really think so? Do you think they’d like me if they knew the real me?
Modern day. Any sex,(20s to 50s). Small town writer interviewing the janitor.

I have to believe they are. Otherwise, what’s the point of writing all these stories? What’s the point of pretending?
Just as his noose was cut and he was pronounced dead…his body began to transform…his face twisted…his eyes turned yellow…people screamed and fled…
Really? A Squonk story…You realize how many stories I’ve listened to about that damn Squonk…

It spoke... not in words, but in thoughts. It whispered things... terrible things. It knew my deepest fears, my regrets.
The truth will find you…even when your not looking
Female. 20s. Initially skeptical of the creature. Stubborn.
- female adult
(Sighs) Alright, that’s enough. I’m going home. You can write all the nonsense you want, George, but I’m not buying it.
I’m not going to let you get yourself killed. If something happens to you, I’ll be the one explaining it to your family.
Male. 40s. Initially skeptical of the creature.

We’re not running, Ray. We’ve come this far. If this thing’s real, then we have to face it
