A strong, stoic swordsman. He prefers not to show emotion, but at times the absurdity of the world gets to him. He's an expert fighter with loads of experience and practise. He speaks politely when he speaks and doesn't discriminate on who he converses with. His favourite color is white, since it symbolizes purity and discipline. His faults are not being able to compromise and overestimating the importance of his missions. He doesn't have any family or relatives, but the loneliness doesn't bother him.

This guy is an emotional, some would say to a fault, husband, brother and father. He's the youngest of three brothers of a wealthy family. He cares deeply for everyone, especially his daughter, to whom he frequently buys cute presents and sweets. He isn't all tears, though. If need be, he can buckle up and get going.

This lady is a moody, well-trained ninja who works for the highest bidder and most often completes her jobs with fine results. She is very fast in both thinking and movement, yet her physical strength leaves a lot to be desired. She has no friends (besides her employers at times) or family, which is the reason she chose to become a kunoichi. She's a steadfast, reliable hired sword. She speaks in a lower tone most often, because it's harder to hear. At least, that was it, until it just became a habit.

This guy's seen many things and knows more than he says. He's unhappy because he's old.

This little guy's a kid who mostly lives on the street because his dad's a poor martial artist and his mother isn't around much. He's pretty cheerful, even though his clothes are worn and patched up. He also might have a throatache from being out too much, but nothing too serious.

This lady is the wife of the youngest brother and a mother of a cute daughter. She's a calm, ladylike woman with a nice sense of humor and good taste in tea.

This young lady is the cutest, sweetest little girl there is. She loves playing with dolls and daydreaming, and is essentially the princess of the household.

This guy is nuts. He fights for the fun of it, CONSTANTLY. He purposefully seeks out conflict all the time and fights in the most unorthodox of ways. He's the eldest of three brothers of a wealthy family. He is very dominant and authoritative. He has a tremendous ability to think outside of the box.

This guy is a merchant. He's clever, hard-working and lucky. Yet, most of all, he's kind. As the second of the three brothers born into a wealthy family, he was the one to actually keep the family wealthy from young age. Even now, he still allows his brothers to live in his place with their respective families. The food he sells is always high-quality, which he and his brothers put to test constantly. It might show.

This guy is the main bad guy. He stole the art! That's why the hero's after him, and consequently, the art. Titledrops aside, this thief isn't just an ordinary one. He's crafty, mean, dressed in yellow and he also has fire-colored hair. He doesn't like to fight fair, and recruits multiple lackeys to slow down the hero. That fiend! He has a sense of humor about the whole situation, and it shows in his voice: He's almost never serious, nearly always just smiles away at threats and cracks jokes on serious moments. He's pretty much the most frustrating type of villain there is.

This lady's a nurse in the hot baths. She likes her job, but can get a bit personal at times. That's because she cares about her patients and doesn't want to see them get hurt over and over again. She's an expert in her field and also a pleasant person to be around. She speaks in a somewhat medium voice, at least when she's on job.
