As an animator, you help animate the story to life. Simply animate what you read in the script and story that is given to you by the writers. You are responsible for adding the models of the characters and the movements for them. You are also responsible for designing the basic backgrounds for the animation BUT not coloring them (That is for the background artist).

Being a cleanup animator is the process of using keys and charts to put them on a model for the final product. Basically, you study the animation that is presented to see if you need to make any changes. You must be able to focus on key details in each area of the project. This role requires a good amount of experience in animation and editing as well as a keen eye for details.

Being a background artist means that you are an artist that designs the backgrounds of the animation scenery and details. You must have experience in art and be very focused on key details in the art to make it stand out to the viewer.

A colorist's job is to use any color in a special or skillful way. What we are looking for is an artist that has skills in art color and must be able to match it out with characters, backgrounds, animation designs, and even filling in specific colors. This role requires good detail in art color and must know how to use it to make the scene more immersive.

Concept artists usually write ideas that are not usually the final product but can bring up some good ideas for any of the projects. You must have a creative imagination, but be willing to research any area in the projects so you can know what ideas to come up with and bring up to the studio.

Being a prop designer means that you design the visual props for the story and animation. Unlike physical props designers use in movies, what we are looking for is someone that can create props that can resemble and match the personalities of the characters in the animation.

The job of a storyboard artist is to check out and see how the story goes and see if it makes sense. Basically, you take the script and make the building blocks for the scenes of the animations but as rough drafts to start out. You will be working with writers for each series and give any advice if needed. However, you must also make sure the scripts for the story flow and communicate with the studio so they can work out the story and its flow. It would help if you have a lot of experience in this area.

Being an audio engineer means you help out with editing any audio for the animation. Granted, when audio is first put in a scene, it may or may not sound perfect. That's where you come in, your job is to check to make sure the audio is not only perfect, but it is also clean of any flaws. You must have some experience in sound editing for this role.

Being a music composer means you compose the music for the animations. Now, we aren't looking for a John Williams tier, but we are looking for someone that can compose music that fits the theme of each series. Details are a must when it comes to how you compose the music score for each scene that will be given to you.

Being a video editor means editing videos for the animation for each series. This will mean you will be responsible for editing any films with your editing software on your computer. You need to have a lot of experience with editing videos to fit this role.
