Project Overview
Casting for the third episode of Super Smash Bros Brawl: The Subspace Emissary Retold. This episode features probably the most new roles for an episode, as it follows multiple storylines. The characters being cast in this project include the following
Lucas, Ness, Pokemon Trainer, Marth, Meta Knight, Ike, King Dedede and Luigi among others.

Lucas is pretty involved in the story as he's one of the characters that goes through an actual arc, I imagine just base it off of his voice in the Smash games.
I don't even know why I came to this zoo, there aren't even any animals.
I'm looking for a man that looks like an elf, but like an overweight creepy elf on a motorcycle who's contracted several diseases.

While Ness is surprisingly not that involved in the overall story he get's his time to shine later on. Once again, base it on the voice actress, Makiko Ohmoto. But like slightly deeper I think would work better for this interpretation.

For this part I think you should specifically try to go for an impression of the voice actress from Brawl, Michele Knotz.
Hey listen kid who's canonically older than me, I don't have time for this.
Charizards are pretty common, but I specifically want this one that flew to a dangerous temple in the middle of the desert.
So we're gonna have the Pokemon speak. So for Squirtle I'd like it to kinda be like Tsuyu Asui's voice from the english dub of BNHA, which I realized sounds slightly similar to Squirtle so lean into that a bit more.
Can I go back in the ball, I don't really know how to fight these dust zombie things.

Just to make it simple, base it on Marth's voice in Smash Ultimate, we're gonna reference the original Japanese voice actor but for the most part base it off Ulimate.

Ike's got a pretty recognizable voice, you could go for either an impression of Jason Adkins or of Greg Chun.

Meta Knight has had the same American and Japanese voice actors for all of his Smash appearances, they both do very recognizable deep and dark tones of voice so I'd say definitely to go for that.
Hey, J-Pop Swordsmen, shut up, I'm the best fighter, I'm gonna be in charge.
Where is the asshole who stole my ship? I'm gonna use illegal tournament maneuvers once I find them.

So just a specific I'd like to set the two of them apart is if you've heard Mario's voice in Chapter 1, to make Luigi's voice sound deeper.

So yeah, base it off of the American voice actor of Dedede in Kirby Right Back at Ya, Ted Lewis.
