Introduction
This is a casting call for promotion reels about my upcoming webnovel, Stars within the Rose Roots. The novel will be split into two seasons—Season One premiering between July and September of this year, and then Season Two at the start of January 2023.
Stars within the Rose Roots is a LGBTQ / BL, Science Fiction-Romance taking place in modern day Seoul, South Korea. The story follows the life of Haneul Kim as his everyday is upended when an alien warlord named Hrafn crash lands on Earth. There are a total of four cast members, with two main protagonists. The current casting call will be currently for the two male leads.
What I'm Looking For
In the interim between publishing the first half of Season One and Season Two, I would like to do a set of QnA for both leads to be able to answer. In turn, each QnA will be made into short 10 - 30 second reels / videos on Instagram and Youtube for further promotion of the novel.

Story Summary
Haneul Kim had resigned himself to the monotony of life: get up, go to work, keep the family business in check, smile, go home, pretend to be happy, and repeat. And with the window of freedom closing quicker—thanks to his father—Haneul figured there was nothing left outside the merry-go-round of normalcy.
That was until a bizarre alien fell from the sky and nearly totalled his car.
At first glance, Haneul is very outgoing and personable. As the heir to his father's conglomerate, he constantly plays the part of a paragon socialite. However, Haneul has a quiet reclusive side—enjoying late night drives and strong alcohol alone on the outskirts of the city. Unlike many of his peers, Haneul works diligently in his role as Project Management Senior Leader, and is often the go-to for anything and everything about the company.
(panicked / in disbelief) Whoa whoa, this is totally crazy! A strange, lanky, purple string-bean lands on my car.
(bravado) Well if it isn’t my favorite person in this office! (sighing, matter-of-factly) Hold my morning meetings until I refamiliarize myself.
(gently) There’s not much you can do until your wing fully heals...But you can always come here if you feel trapped.
Hrafn is a calculated and quiet individual. From the way he moves to his observation to detail, it is clear that he is a seasoned warrior who is used to being kept on his toes. He is quick to assess situations and has strong intuition and reflexes to evade or finish skirmishes. Hrafn, however, struggles to express himself verbally and often opts to let his actions speak instead.
NOTE: Hrafn's people are based off different Nordic cultures, so a Scandinavian accent would be preferred but is not necessary.
I would not waste my time with the explanation you should already have. Draw your sword, Elder.
(softly / thoughtfully) But I do not wish such pain on anyone, no matter how small their personal battles. Not on my people. Not on Haneul.
(chuckling) The possibility of my existence had also been fiction once for you. And yet here we are.
