Aunt May, also known as Maybelle "May" Parker-Jameson, is a fictional character in the Marvel Comics universe. She is the aunt of Peter Parker, also known as Spider-Man. Aunt May has appeared in various media, including movies, television series, and video games.

Ben Parker, also known as Uncle Ben, is a fictional character in Marvel Comics. He is the husband of May Parker and the uncle of Peter Parker. Ben and May raise Peter as their own after the death of Peter's parents. Ben is killed by a burglar while robbing their home, which leads to Peter becoming Spider-Man. Ben is a supporting character in Marvel Comics, often appearing with Spider-Man.

She is a professional actress, model, and dancer who is also a skilled negotiator and businesswoman. She is affiliated with Spider-Man, and her superhero powers come from a bracelet that gives her random powers based on luck. Mary Jane was originally conceived as competition to Gwen Stacy as Spider-Man's primary love interest.

The Green Goblin is a fictional supervillain that appears in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is the alias of several supervillains, including Norman Osborn. After experimenting on himself with an unstable chemical, Norman developed an alternate, evil personality known as Green Goblin.

He is best known for being the host of Venom. Brock is a former reporter for the Daily Bugle who was fired for lying to his boss. He is one of Spider-Man's greatest enemies. After separating from the Venom symbiote, he became Anti-Venom and then the second host of the Toxin symbiote.

Gwendolyne Maxine "Gwen" Stacy is a fictional character that appears in Marvel Comics and the Amazing Spider-Man films. She is a supporting character in Spider-Man comics and has also appeared in cartoons and other media. In an alternate universe, Gwen is bitten by a radioactive spider and becomes a superhero. She uses her powers to help people, like her friend Peter Parker. In the comics, Gwen has wallcrawling and "Spider-Sense" abilities. 

We need someone that can animate a spider biting Peter's hand

Harry Osborn is a fictional character from Marvel Comics who often appears alongside Spider-Man. He first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #31, created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. 

In the story, Harry has a strained relationship with his father and turns to self-destructive habits in college. He doesn't know that his best friend is Spider-Man and his father is the Green Goblin. 

Electro is a Marvel Comics supervillain who is a foe of Spider-Man and Daredevil. The character is a white man with the power to control electricity. He is a founding member of the Sinister Six, a group of supervillains. The first and most well-known version of Electro is Maxwell "Max" Dillon. Dillon is a former lineman for an electric company who becomes a living electric capacitor after being struck by lightning. 

Mysterio is a Marvel Comics supervillain who first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #13. Mysterio's real name is Quentin Beck, and he is a skilled illusionist and prestidigitator. His costume includes a helmet with a half-hour air supply, a sonar device, and gloves that can emit web-dissolving spray, fireballs, or electric bolts. Mysterio also has magnetic plate springs in his boots and an electrically charged cape. 

Flash Thompson is a fictional Marvel Comics character who first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15. The character was created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Flash is a high school football player and bully who picks on Peter Parker. After Peter Parker becomes Spider-Man, Flash becomes obsessed with the superhero. Flash later becomes Agent Venom, a government-sponsored hero who joins the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy. Flash later becomes the new Anti-Venom. 

George Stacy is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, primarily in association with Spider-Man. He is Gwen Stacy's father and the police captain from the New York City Police Department. 

A police officer, husband and parent, protection is Jefferson Davis' modus operandi. As a father to Miles Morales, AKA Spider-Man, he worries about his son and does what he can to help him while the wall-crawler helps others with his super-powers.

The Prowler is a Marvel Comics character who has been a strong ally of Spider-Man. The Prowler is an alias used by several characters, primarily depicted as wearing a green and purple battle suit with a cape and clawed gauntlets. The Prowler's real name is Hobie Brown. After recovering, Hobie married Mindy, became a construction worker, and mentored Manuel Lopez in the Big Brother program for a year. 

Carnage is a supervillain in Marvel Comics who is often a foe of Spider-Man and Venom's archenemy. The character was created by Erik Larsen and David Michelinie and first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #344 in 1991. Carnage is a symbiote offspring of Eddie Brock, also known as Venom, that merges with serial killer Cletus Kasady. The result is a more dangerous and psychotic being that can create a family of symbiotes.
