Hey everyone! Agent Fluffy here and love is in the air! I’m doing a Valentine’s Day special for Month of Lurve this year! I’m doing a fanfic reading of a fic called Speed Dating written by AdmiralSassMcAwesome! It’s about Braeburn and Big Mac trying to find their special somepony in a timed fashion. There will be crack ships all around and shenanigans will ensue!
By the way, this is an unpaid project.
There are some roles available but first, let’s go over the qualifications and rules before sharing what VA roles I need.
Due Dates for Lines (if you are chosen): February 5th, 2021 (9:00 PM EST)
Please submit auditions ONLY if you know that if you are chosen you will need to meet this due date.

Below are the qualifications and rules of the casting call for VAs:
Qualifications:
VAs:
1. You must be 17 years old or older to audition for this project. By submitting your audition to this project you are validating that you have met the age requirement.
2. You must have a decent or good quality microphone. (It doesn't have to be professional studio quality.)
3. I'm also looking for your ability to act as the character(s) you are auditioning for. The voice does not have to be show accurate. Your ability to act the character is most important to me.
4. I'm looking for committed, accountable and reliable VAs that will:
Review the scheduled due dates and submit your audition(s) ONLY if you can meet the scheduled due dates.
Once you have been accepted as part of the team, accountability includes:
Checking in once a week with your status on assignments.
Immediately informing me if you need help or something has happened to change your availability that would put your due dates at risk. This would enable us to work together on a resolution PRIOR to due dates.
Rules:
VAs:
1. Leave three (3) seconds of silence at the start of your audition recording before you say the audition lines of each of the character(s) you are auditioning for. This enables me to listen to your background noise and if needed to determine how much background noise I’ll need to remove during your recording.
2. You must have multiple takes in your audition so I can hear your emotional range of your voice. Three (3) takes is required.
3. I require your audition file(s) to be in either wav, mp3, or m4a format for audio (mp4 or wmv for YouTube auditions).
4. Send your completed audition lines to Agent0Fluffy@ gmail.com (no spaces) or the Casting Call Club website, under my casting call page.

Casting Call: Details of call are in sections noted above.
Casting Call Results: A casting call results video will be released on January 14th (sometime before 11:59 PM EST). At the time of the results, if you are selected I will immediately need the following from you. Either your email, Skype or Discord
Work: VAs create lines and turn in on or prior to due dates.
Staying in Contact: Weekly touch base on your status. This could be a quick chat, email and/or message.
Production: Once all lines are submitted, I will edit / produce the video.
Release: This fanfic reading will be uploaded on YouTube once it's finished.

Big Mac is Applejack’s and Apple Bloom’s brother. He is usually calm and easy going. He’s a stallion of a few words. He has a southern accent. In this story, he is a bachelor to find his special somepony.

Braeburn is a friendly earth pony and is Applejack’s cousin. He has a southern accent. In this story, he is a bachelor looking for his special somepony.

(confident) Quit yer whinin’ Mac and take a look at these gals! Why, if you an’ ah don’t walk outta here with a purdy fillyfriend at the end of the evenin’ I’ll eat mah hat.
*clear throat* (annoyed) Ma’am, if ya don’t mind mah askin’, why is it exactly y’all have come here if'n'ya ain’t got no intentions a’bein’ amiable like?
(polite/in love) Maybe if you and ah spent a little bit’a time together, we’d find we had more in common than we thought. (yell in pain) OUCH!!!
Rainbow Dash is a brash Pegasus and is part of the Wonderbolts. She is very athletic. She is the element of loyalty. In this story, she is helping out Pinkie with hosting the speed dating event.

*burst of laughter* *pants for air* Big Mac? *pants for air*
*groan* (pissed) Are you kidding me, Pinkie? That guy is such an ass… Besides, there’s about to be more than the scent of love in the air if we don’t do something about that Cherry Jubilee chick. Can we disqualify her or something?
(shout) Alright everypony! Show’s over, if you liked somepony else now’s the time to tell ‘em because I am not hangin’ around this dive any longer than I have to!
Pinkie Pie is hyperactive and energetic who throws parties and is the element of laughter. Sometimes she gets sad and gets over the top with her emotions. In this story, she hosts the speed dating event.

(screech excitedly) HELLO EVERYPONY!
(realising) Oh, so I do! (announce) Okay ponies! I hope you’re all single and ready to mingle because if you’re in a relationship! Well, that’s not very nice of you to be cheating on your special somepony… Love is forever. Forever!
*clear throat* (announce/excited) Anyhoo. Tonight, each of you will be going on three… Wait… Five dates! You get five minutes with each pony and your time starts… (screech) NOW!
Cheerilee is a teacher in the Ponyville Schoolhouse. She is kind, caring, patient and determined to help her students with their cutie marks. In this story, she is one of the mares for the speed dating event.

(helpfully remind) Pinkie Pie, you have a microphone, you don’t have to shout.
*laugh* (polite) Yes well, I tend not to be old fashioned that way. It’s probably because of my being a teacher, but I really feel that both fillies and colts should be equally empowered and therefore not all responsibilities should fall on the shoulders of stallions.
(lovey dovey) Oh, that sounds wonderful…
Spitfire is the captain of the Wonderbolts. She is tough, and has a fierce temper though she cares for her team. She has a raspy voice. In this story, she is one of the mares in the speed dating event.

(calm) Oh, you recognized me, huh? Well, to be honest I was hoping I wouldn’t capture too much attention in a small town so that maybe I could meet a pony who was interested in more than my money.
(whisper seductively) It’s alright cowboy. (roast) You never had a chance anyway.
(interested) Well, well. It looks as though my luck just changed.
Trixie is a boastful, cocky and arrogant unicorn. She always boasts about her magic tricks. She was once a rival to Twilight. In this story, she is one of the mares in the speed dating event.
Vocal Range: Medium
(unimpressed) If you were trying to impress the great and powerful Trixie, then she can assure you it did not work.
(cringe/ashamed) The great and powerful Trixie doesn't like being alone.
(arrogant) Serves you right. The great and powerful Trixie does not fraternize with common earth ponies.
Cherry Jubilee is a southern belle earth pony. She is friendly, and excitable. In this story, she is a seductress and tries to get stallions to come with her. No matter what the cost. She is a seductive southern belle.

(husky/seductive) Howdy mister. The name is Cherry Jubilee, but y’all can just call me Cherry. (husky/surprised) My, my. I did not expect to be meetin’ a pony as strong and as handsome as you tonight!
(husky/annoyed) That last fella was piss weak, he looked as though he hadn’t lifted anythin’ heavier than a pencil in his life!
(husky/seductive) I see what’s goin’ on here, honey pie. Ya wanna play hard tah get, huh? No worries, darlin’. Ah can play any game ya want me too. *passionate kisses and moaning*
Prince Blueblood is a posh and arrogant unicorn that thinks he is above all others and treats others with very little respect. He presents himself as a gentleman but he’s really a douchebag.

(embarrassed) I understand your surprise at me being here. I must first make it clear that I am not here by choice. You see… My dear Aunties are insisting that I improve my manners, although… (distaste) It would seem the ponies here have more need than I to be taught some etiquette.
(polite) The pleasure is all mine. *cough lightly*
*sigh* (disappointed/arrogant) In Canterlot, the only mares who work are my aunty Celestia and Luna. Oh, and those show ponies the Wonderbolts, but they don’t have an ounce of sophistication. No, mares in Canterlot only like parties and spending bits. *sip*
Fancy Pants is a cool and well composed posh unicorn. He is kind, caring and friendly. He lives in Canterlot.

(in ecstasy) Miss Jubilee! I do hope you’re… *pant in ecstasy* Up for something… *pant in ecstasy* Like this… *pant in ecstasy* More often?
*sigh loudly* (confiding) There is one little detail that we must keep this all strictly… Confidential. My wife must never…
(in bliss) I’m renting a little place in town. Why don’t you join me for drinks there after this and maybe we can… Talk, a little more?
Flam is a scheming, conniving unicorn alongside his brother Flim. He is sometimes fast talking as if to pitch a sale.

(polite) Good evening, miss, the name’s Flam.
(excited) Ah, a magician! How interesting. You must make pretty good business in that line? I take it you travel about?
(excited) Hmm, you know, I’m into business ventures myself and I think I might know a few ways you could improve what I assume is already a fantastic show and make it truly marvelous!
Zecora is a wise, knowledgeable zebra that only speaks in rhyme. She also has a vaguely African accent.

(confused) How very strange, it would appear, as though I now am sitting here.
*giggle a little* (polite) Zecora, no ‘Miss’ necessary please. I can stop rhyming if thou decrees…
(leading on) Would you like to find out?
Rarity is the element of generosity. She is a unicorn. She speaks in a mid-atlantic accent. She is proper, loves fashion and is very formal.
