Greetings!
Hi Hi! Thank you for stopping by and checking out the SpaceDust+ project!! This is one of the many projects we have in mind, over at SuperCruch. SpaceDust+ is a 7 episode, mini-series that works to explain SpaceDust character relationships, worldbuilding, and general lore. In short, we’re going to be telling a bunch of short stories! (check out our project synopsis here!)
We are looking for a few roles on our growing team to help create an awesome animated project!
Who we are, and what we do
SuperCrunch is a small indie creative studio focused on developing multiple sources of media and artistic works, such as animation, comic creation/dubs, commercial, and storytelling. We are a growing studio, and we’d love to get to know you!
What the heck is SpaceDust+?
SpaceDust is a story about the adventures of stupid humans and crazy aliens. As exciting as that totally sounds, the story is pretty complex. Why wait for it all to be completed in order to produce something??? SpaceDust+ (plus) is a side series that aims to tell some of the shorter stories SpaceDust (main) fails to deliver on.
What we look for
First and foremost, you guys are insanely talented! (Don’t forget to show that while auditioning!) While going through your lines, we look for:
- Strong Personality and a good capture of the character
- Clean recordings
- Communication skills
- Commitment
- Fun while auditioning!
- For those applying for audio composing/editing roles: examples of some of the things you do!
On a final note...
Feel free to submit trimmed lines and clean samples of what you wish to bring to the table, but please try not to over-adjust your voice and “style it up” to an extent, we want to hear your voice! (not a computers'!)
In addition to the main roles on the casting call, we will have a slew of side/background characters for which additional voice acting would be necessary, meaning, we might ask that you would provide your vocal talent to multiple characters!
If you’re cast, aside from getting a super congratulations from me, you would additionally get an invitation into the SuperCrunch family, and access to our work discord. Here you will meet the rest of the team, gather information about the project, and learn more about what you can do to help advance our creative visions!
SpaceDust+ takes place over 7 episodes, each broken up into 2 halves, averaging around 15-18 minutes per episode. We ask that you audition with the intent of sticking with us throughout our entire journey!
The Deadline to apply is September 8th!

Roles will be finalized before the 8th of September, and those of you who are cast for specific roles will be notified beforehand!
In addition, since you guys are so talented, we are also considering pulling a few more of y'all to the team for additional character roles on the show, which are not displayed here! Nice!
