Soulcalibur OC Battles
Project Overview
This is a Soulcalibur project that consists of all of my original characters from the series.
In this project, my cast of characters will collide in a variety of matchups against each other. There are plenty of marquee matches within my roster, so expect those battles to occur down the road. If you've played the series, you know that you can select an actor's voice from the game that best suits your character. But for this project, you guys will be providing the voices for each of these strong warriors in order to display more originality. The fights will take place on Soulcalibur IV, V, and VI. Each game has its own unique features, and you'll come to know what they are soon if you're new to the series.
There are a total of 33 fighters that I've created on the series. 15 from IV and 18 from V.
This is a recast. I'm starting fresh with this project and bring in brand new cast members with possible returning cast members. Choose any character you want to audition for and I'll provide voice clips from the games and example fights for each of them. So that you'll have a good idea on how to do it. There are no limits on what you can do. When auditioning, the lines consists of "default quotes" (lines given straight from the games), and "original quotes" (lines created by me for more originality). The lines displayed for each character has 4 intros and 4 victory quotes from a variety of Soulcalibur games.
Once cast, I will send you a group invite on Discord. Following that, I'll go further in detail on what you need to know for your upcoming battles. And I'll also send you your complete quote script, displaying all the quotes from all games that your character is featured in. We'll work on dialogue videos for each character and I will provide game play footage for every battle that will be showcased on YouTube once completed.
The matchups will consist of three rounds. Who'll be left standing, it's anyone's guess.
To determine a matchup, the cast members that I choose to participate or who's willing to partake in it, must both agree to the challenge before I provide the footage. Once both sides accept, I'll record the game play, and once completed, I'll send the video to the two participants. Your task from there is to watch your fight and analyze everything your character does before recording your sound effects. When recording your sound effects, do it in chronological order (from the start of the match to the end of the match). Also, do not spoil to anyone else from the group who won the battle.

Note
Some characters will have the same quotes as others from the game because I used that particular actor's voice on multiple characters.
Reminders
1). You must all have a good high quality microphone. Please be sure to check your files for any puffing, clicking, lip smacking, catching your breath, and external background noises. Remove all unnecessary noises before submitting your auditions.
2). Please be sure to read the descriptions carefully.
3). Treat each other with the utmost respect. No profanity.
4). Give out good constructive criticism to everyone's auditions.
5). A valid email address, Discord username and tag number, and Twitter accounts are required.
6). If you're unable to audition, demo reels are accepted here and on Twitter.

He is known as the Dragon Warrior. He knows a lot about Kendo, Kung Fu and Tae Kwon Do. His father is a martial arts expert, he has trained his son to become martial arts expert too. His goal was to become a Dragon Warrior like his father, so he had to go to the Warrior God's Hall to do that. He has a great friendship with Yun-Seong and Seong-Mina, he trains with them, and learns a lot from them. When he finally made it to the Warrior God's Hall, he met up with a companion named Sasaki Yuki, who trains there every once in awhile. Now they've became best friends and traveled together for a long time. He has the skills and talent to become what his father was: a true Dragon Warrior.

She wanted Seong Mi-na's guidance to become a staff master and so Seong Mi-na took her under her wing and helped her use a staff in her way.

He made him his student and given him the chance to learn his fighting style as well as becoming partners with his apprentice, Akari Hiashi. Throughout the years since meeting Yoshimitsu, he's been training from sea to shining sea, hoping to become like his master. He's now Yoshimitsu's right hand man and lives to protect his master and partner at any costs.
