Soul Within is a project my partner and I have been planning and working on for almost 3 years now, and one we both have a lot of faith in due to the amount of time and dedication put in.
It is a webcomic discussing the idea of fate and your role in the world that is meant to take a lot of narrative roads that are often forgotten or pushed aside in storytelling. That of course isn't at the expense of the story or world however- We have put much time into making the most entertaining story we could think of. I really hope people will love this as much as we both do!
The project follows our protagonist Mary Eizo, a bit of a control freak who has studied magic to the point where she was hired as a magic instructor for one of the top schools in the world- only problem is, she herself is unable to do magic!
As she begins her days teaching, however, a large crisis begins to brew, one that challenges the world order itself- it'll take Mary and the many people she meets along the way to unite and try to put a stop to it.
Will Mary be able to stay strong and push through it, save everyone, and return to her dream job? Who can say! In an unpredicatble and realistic world like this one, you never know what's really going to happen...
Expect Elves and Dwarves, Lizard Apes and Cowboys, Magic Girl Dictators and Skeleton Mobsters! All and more in the wonderful world of Soul Within!
