Project Overview
謎:解き放たれた (Nazo: UNLEASHED) was, and still is, a legendary piece of fan-made Sonic media. I'm making a remastered version.
Nazo Unleashed is a popular fan-made Sonic the Hedgehog animated film series where the villain Nazo, a being of negative Chaos Energy, tries to collect all the Chaos Emeralds to become all-powerful and destroy the universe! The film, created by Aaron "Chakra-X" Cowdery, is known for its Dragon Ball Z-inspired fight scenes, including powerful transformations and beam struggles, and its high-quality animation for a fan project. It features Sonic and his friends as they race to stop Nazo before he can cause ultimate destruction.
This project is entirely voluntary. Which means no pay, but you get exposure to others who would want your services.
While I would prefer adult volunteers, since they have more experience, minors with amazing talent are welcome too! No one should be let out on what they love. (If you are 14 or below, please have a parent or guardian confirm your work.)

[After just catching up with Tails and Knuckles. Energetic, but slowly gets a bit worried as he mentions Metropolis.] - Hey, guys! Long time, no see, huh? You heard about what happened in downtown Metropolis?
[Seeing Nazo for the first time, confused and curious.] - Woah! Who's that?! Doesn't look like Shadow, not by a long shot. These fakers Egghead makes are all so weird.
[Seeing Shadow catch up to him and Nazo, cocky but a bit upset] - Shadow! What took ya so long, dude? *In a horrible Shadow impression* You had to brood about your past again? *Back to normal* C'mon, we got another one of my fakers--do you know him by any chance?
The two-tailed brains! Despite being at just 8 years old, he's as smart as Eggman, maybe even more! He's always there to help Sonic along with his adventures no matter what. Even if it means getting himself hurt for Sonic.

[After Sonic catches up with him and Knuckles. Excited and curious.] - Sonic! ---- Hmm... Nope! What happened down there?
[Catching up to Sonic and Nazo] - Sonic! Woah, who's that? Hope he doesn't cause us trouble, he's pretty scary.
[Talking to Sonic about the info he gathered on Nazo] - He's a creature from pure negative energy, and he's getting more as we speak! I think the best way to combat this is to use your super form, Sonic!
The tough-headed and bold Echidna. Tasked with guarding the Master Emerald on Angel Island, protecting it from anything at all. Despite this lone job, he still finds the time to hang out with Sonic.

[Lying on the grass, talking to himself calmly] - As far back as I can remember, I've been living here, on this dark island... Always guarding the Master Emerald from anything that can harm it. I don't know why I was given this job... Why it was my fate... Destined to be here...forever...
[Seeing Nazo for the second time. He's clearly pissed] - This time, you WON'T escape. Who are you, and where is the Master Emerald?!
[After just punching Nazo, who is completely unfazed by that attack. Surprised, and cocky.] - Man! He's tough! Hmph... I'm just warming up...
Edgelord supreme. Shadow is the self-proclaimed "Ultimate Lifeform." He's constantly pushing himself to his limits to eventually surpass Sonic himself. Despite this rivalry, he will help the gang whenever he's needed.

[Hearing on the news, about Nazo's sudden appearance and that Sonic will help save the day.] - Sonic... Why does that name... bother me so much?!
[Seeing Nazo in person. Surprised that Nazo isn't as powerful as Shadow thought, he gets cocky.] - This is really the best you can do?! Call me surprised, you might not even be worth the fight.
[While fighting Nazo, Shadow suddenly realizes "Oh! I can use Chaos Control."] - Hnnrrrgh! He's tougher than I thought! There's no way I can hit him with the speed I'm going--wait a damn second!
Every hero needs a love interest! Amy is known for her optimistic, cheerful, and caring personality, her unwavering crush on Sonic, and her signature weapon: a large hammer.
While she has a sweet and endearing side, she also possesses a fierce and impulsive temper, especially when pursuing Sonic or defending her friends.

[Hitting Nazo with her hammer] - HANDS OFF MY SONIC, YOU CREEPY WHITE WEIRDO!
[Worried Sonic might not come back up from a big fall, until he goes Super and rises up] - S...Sonic? Woah! You really never fail to surprise us, huh?
A kind and fair bunny. Get the reference.
Cream is polite and well-mannered. She doesn't usually go along with Sonic's adventures, but whenever she does it's always great fun for her. She especially loves being around Tails, as he's like a brother to her.

[Hiding from Nazo, behind Amy] - Ms. Rose, can you protect me? Please?
[Terrified for her life, but being brave as she steps up to Nazo.] - Listen, you big bully! I don't like it when you hurt my friends! If you could stop being so mean, we could have a good time!
Big is always relaxed and easy-going. However, he is rather slow and not very sharp-witted. He spends most of his days in carefree and peaceful bliss while fishing together with his best friend, Froggy, and he finds joy in the simpler things in life. Big is not very interested in the problems of the outside world, preferring instead his quiet life back home. Despite this, though, Big is very friendly and open towards others.

The villain of the franchise. At least, he's usually the villain. Turns out there's someone more evil than he is, and boy is he unhappy about that.
Eggman is extremely narcissistic and egotistical, noted for being very selfish, sometimes rude, and greedy.His main motivation is gaining constant attention, and views himself as the best scientist in the world.
Despite this, he somewhat cares about Sonic, and does not let anyone interrupt their game of Cat and Mouse.
Let's not forget he's a feminist.

[Finding one of Nazo's rings and takes it for himself] - With this much Chaos Energy, I'll be unstoppable! WAAHAHAHAHA!
Sassy Galore! This jewel thief is... well... a jewel thief. Rouge is an enigma whose voluptuous and daring attitude turns any man's head. Her policy, though, is that duty comes first, but she has a big interest in jewels. Rouge is very confident and sometimes brags about her skills and looks.

[Arguing with Omega, while trying to keep down.] - Shut it, Omega. I'm trying to catch a fish here, and it's a big one. Hey, where'd he go?!
[Surprised with Nazo's new look, she tries getting on his good side to trick him.] Well, color me surprised, ruby~... You actually look worth the bite~! The Master Emerald you wanted? We can have a little exchange~...
This one is serious! Model E-123, or Omega, was designed by Eggman to be a walking weapons catalogue. However, adopted by Shadow and Rouge, Omega has grown a hatred for Eggman and his machines. And it will stop at nothing to get what it wants.

[Looking at Sonic, cold and menacing.] - Sᴏɴɪᴄ. Yᴏᴜ ᴡɪʟʟ ɴᴇᴠᴇʀ ʙᴇ ᴀʙʟᴇ ᴛᴏ ʜɪᴛ ɪᴛ ᴡɪᴛʜ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ꜰᴏʀᴍ. Tʀʏ ᴜꜱɪɴɢ Hʏᴘᴇʀ.
The overarching antagonist of the series. Narcissistic and Nihilistic, and made from pure negative energy, Nazo is power-hungry and will stop at nothing to surpass the power of a god.
What I'm thinking is: Go for a Perfect Cell kind of voice, as it fits him more.

[Standing on top of the Master Emerald, about to transform.] - You're too late, Sonic! I have all the Chaos Emeralds, and the Altar! With these elements, I will annihilate this planet! I am pure chaos!

Mephiles was the manifestation of the mind and will of the sun god Solaris. He was born during the Solaris Project when the experiments on Solaris split him into Mephiles and Iblis.
Born from experiments performed on the sun god Solaris, Mephiles can be described as a sentient being of pure darkness who craves nothing but destruction. He is a heartless and cunning sadist with no sense of compassion or empathy, who will do anything to accomplish his goal of fusing with his split half, Iblis, to assume their complete form and consume all of time.
Despite his destructive agenda, Mephiles maintains a calm, courteous, and intelligent façade. He speaks with composure that suggests wisdom, underlined by a hint of diabolical contempt for everyone he addresses.
[Mephiles, after reforming from Shadow's... Shadow.] AH HA HA HA HA! Oh, how ironic fate can be. I would never have believed I would be resurrected through YOUR shade. I thank you, Shadow the Hedgehog.

[Mephiles after Iblis is unsealed early. He is clearly ecstatic.] AH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! Finally, the seal is broken! At long last, I'll be able to join with you! IBLIS!!! Now, Chaos Emerald... It's time for the final curtain call!!
