Mari-An was one of the echidnas of the Lost Tribe, until Rob O'the Hedge rescued her from the Dark Legion and the two fell in love. Now she is living in Mercia with Rob as his wife and gives birth to a son named Jon. Then one day, Silver the Hedgehog travels to the past to find Sonic, asking Rob for his help and leaving Mari-An behind to take care of things.
Though Mari-An was originally from Angel Island, I can imagine her to have a British accent and a motherly tone, so that's what I'm looking for in this character.

Dr. Eggman, formerly known as Ivo Robotnik, is a scientific genius with a proclaimed IQ of 300. He has spent many years attempting to conquer Mobius and build his own empire, only to have Sonic thwart his heinous schemes over and over again. He's known best for constructing a variety of robots, including Metal Sonic, who travelled through zones to find Sonic while Eggman and his nephew, Snively, were repairing him.
Dr. Julian Kintobor, on the other hand, is more kind-hearted and works as a veterinarian, protecting them from Scourge and the Suppression Squad. He was the one who sent Sonic and Amy to find Rosy the Rascal, the Anti-Amy, and bring back his Globe Posts, which the Suppression Squad stole.
Dr. Eggman usually talks with a gruff voice and a hint of British dialect to show off his superiority. He also gets into the habit of boasting, laughing maniacally, or yelling constantly, so that's what I would like to hear for his part of the audition.
As for Dr. Kintobor, I'd actually would like it if his tone was more calm and gentle, almost making him sound like a shy old man. Just try not to overdo it, but still make it sound like these are two completely different people.
Eggman: Because this engine is powerful enough to jump between zones! No matter where Sonic goes, Metal Sonic will be able to follow!
Kintobor: I can't thank you and your friends enough, Sonic.
Eggman: I want him "over" and for Metal to "kill," so it works!
Kintobor: Yes, and he's still bound. He hasn't stirred since you brought him to me last night.
Eggman: Stupid robot! You were supposed to wait for my command! Now it's gone with the engine, and-and-and...ARGH!!!
Bernadette, aka Bernie, is Sonic's mother, who was a victim of Dr. Eggman's roboticization. While she was able to change back to normal, her husband, Jules, is permanently a robot due to his fatal injuries during the Great War. Despite this, she and Jules still do whatever they can to protect Sonic and wait for him and his friends to come home safe...
Bernie is supposed to be a motherly figure that is usually "cool with the kids," but also worries when her son's in danger. What I'd like for her is a typical motherly tone that's in the middle range with hints of concern in her voice. It shouldn't be that hard to pull off, honestly, but just do the best you can for her impression.
Please, NICOLE. Charles. Tell us where our boy is.
Rob O' the Hedge is the leader of the Mercian Freedom Fighters, king of Mercia, and Amy Rose's cousin. He has helped to aid the Freedom Fighter of Knothole countless of times, including Knuckles the Echidna in saving his kind from the High Sheriff's forces. Now, he is happily married with a son and nothing could stop him from remaining with his family...until Silver the Hedgehog shows up, asking for his help on finding Sonic the Hedgehog.
Rob is supposed to be Sonic's version of Robin Hood, so he's supposed to speak with an Old English accent and have a sense of nobility within his personality. I would say to keep the pitch somewhere in the middle, but still make him sound like a merry man. Get it? XP
Princess Sally. My apologies for the unannounced visit. Prithee, where are Sonic and my dear cousin?
Wouldst you take a life on legend alone? Art thou so convinced after seeing him for naught but a moment? His power may be legendary, but it's nothing compared to his heroism.
She may not be you, dear cousin, but I must act. She'll be safer this way.
Jules is Sonic the Hedgehog's father, who fought in the Great War, but was brutally injuries. In order to save his life, his brother, Sir Charles, created the Roboticizer and turned him into a robot. Despite his physical state being permanent, Sonic still loves and accepts him for who he is and does whatever he can to protect his son. He even saved Sonic from certain death and nearly died for it one time. Now he's just waiting patiently with his wife, Bernie, for his son to come home safe and sound...
Jules is meant to be a caring, protective father with a low, middle-age tone, but with a robotic sound effect. Make sure you give me that kind of tone when you're recording your lines, please.
We don't mean to pry or hover, but...
And Sonic followed him through, I'm sure.
I've decided to put Patch's lines in first before Antoine because even though Patch is Antoine's evil clone, he's the one who starts out the small conversation between the two.
Antoine D'Coolette is a member of the Freedom Fighters. He's known to be a real coward compared to his teammates, but he's still willing to fight for what's right. At one point in time, his malevolent double, Patch, knocked Antoine out and posed as him just so he could poison King Max and become the new ruler of Knothole by marrying Sally. However, after that plan was backfired by Sonic, Antoine was found and happily reunited with his now wife, Bunnie Rabbot. But things might be a little shaky now that Antoine's face-to-face with his imposter once again...
Antoine has a fluid French accent, which accompanies his cowardice high pitch tone, so that is what I would like to hear from both characters for this audition. However, because Patch is the evil half of the duo, I'd like him to have a bit more cockiness in his voice, especially when he's teasing Antoine.
Patch: Look out, "camarade." I might swing recklessly in the heat of battle.
Antoine: I will be watching my back. Watch your own.
Patch: Non! Il est impossible!
Antoine: BUNNIE!!
These are actually the lines of Miles Prower, the Anti-Tails, because Tails himself doesn't have any major lines in this two-parter. However, he still has small phrases such as "Yes, ma'am!" or "Stop!" so I'm still asking for both parts in this character slot.
Miles "Tails" Prower is a twin-tailed fox and Sonic's life-long friend. He's known as the head mechanic and the youngest member of the Freedom Fighters. He can build many inventions, ranging from small gadgets to biplanes, that he oftens rivals with Dr. Eggman.
As for his evil twin, who takes on Tails' real name, Miles, is the exact opposite of his good counterpart. He hates Sonic's villanousn clone, Scourge, not just because their hatred contrasts to Sonic and Tails' friendship, but also because Scourge decided to conquer Moebius and form the Anti-Freedom Fighters into the Supression Squad, forcing them to do his bidding. As an act of revenge, Miles decides to betray his "king" by sending him, Sonic, and Amy back to Moebius and closing off the portals by stealing the Globe Posts. This might just make things very tense between the two groups...
Tails is known best to be somewhere between the ages of 8 and 12, but to show his masculinity, many voice actors/actresses like to add in a bit of gruffness to his voice. The same should be done for Miles. However, the huge I want for these two is for Tails to have a higher, cheery tone while Miles is to have a lower, mellow tone that defines him being sophisticated.
Miles: Please, your highness. The "heroes" have plenty of time to pulverize our former king.
Miles: Let me go, you fool! Unlike you, I don't want to die!
Miles: You know, Buns, it was Scourge who wanted you out. With that Omega armor, you could be a real asset to the Supression Squad.
Silver is a psychokinetic hedgehog from the future, about 200 years from Sonic's timeline. He lives in a world filled with destruction and chaos and is determined to restore it by finding the "traitor" of the Freedom Fighters and elliminating him. Believing it to be Sonic the Hedgehog, he travels back in time and sets out to look for him with the help of Rob O' the Hedge. But can Sonic really be capable of such destructive power?
Silver's known to be young and naive, so what I'm looking for in his voice is a youthful tone of a young man who's trying so hard to save his home and the people he cares about, but also has a slight temper.
My name is Silver the Hedgehog. I've journeyed from the future to find this "Sonic" and destroy him.
Wait a minute...I recognize this robot design. So, if this "Metal Sonic" is blue...I HAVE YOU NOW, TRAITOR!!
During your time, one of the legendary Freedom Fighters turns on the team and destroys them, dooming my future. Only Sonic is remembered as having that kind of power capable of doing that!
Boomer is the evil counterpart of Rotor Walrus and a member of the Supression Squad. He secretly aids Miles Prower, the Anti-Tails, with forcefully sending Sonic, Amy, and Scourge back to Moebius and shutting down the Globe Posts to ensure that Scourge never comes back. However, after the Freedom Fighters debate with them about going back for Sonic and Amy, the Supression Squad reluctantly agrees and are warped back to Moebius as well, with Boomer being ready for action. Will they come back knowing that their former leader is dead or alive?
In Sonic SATAM, Rotor has the voice of young teen, around the age of 16 or 18, filled with sentiment and compassion. For Boomer, I would like him to sound more devious and have a slightly lower pitch, almost making him sound like he's in his 20s.
Ha! Looks like we're just in time to wrap this up.
So what if he beat Scourge? I don't see why we've got to give the Globe Posts back to Dr. Kintobor...
Snively Robotnik is Dr. Eggman's head stooge and nephew. He's spent almost all of his life working for his uncle and trying and failing to enact his schemes of world domination. While Eggman is known to be a great scientist and builds a number of destructive inventions, there are times where Snively questions his uncle's intelligence or seems to come up with better ideas. During his free time, he likes to sit around and do leisurely activities, such as watching TV or emailing a secret admirer...
In Sonic SATAM, Snively has a British accent and a sarcastic tone, but due to his size and age, it sounds younger than his uncle's. That's the kind of tone I would like to hear for this section.
One would think you'd just build an army of them instead of sending them one at a time. But who am I to question, "genius?"
I wonder if she has emailed me back yet...?

Sir Charles Hedgehog, otherwise known as Chuck, is Jules Hedgehog's brother and Sonic the Hedgehog's uncle. He was the one who created the Roboticizer in order to save his brother's life from his war injuries, but his machine was tampered with by Dr. Eggman and turned him and everyone else into brainwashed robots. Later on, Chuck was turned back to normal thanks to his nephew's heroic effort and is now working behind the scenes to look into Dr. Eggman's inventions and help Sonic and the Freedom Fighters.
Uncle Chuck has the appearance of an old man, possibly representing him as the older brother or a wise investigator. With that being said, I would like Chuck to sound older, but only to a degree where he sounds like he's in his late 50's.
So we decided to counter-invade. I helped build a new set of Star Posts so Sonic and Amy Rose could travel to their "Moebius" and find a way to send those punks home.
Metal Sonic is the robot doppleganger of Sonic the Hedgehog. Created by Dr. Eggman, Metal was programed to rival and eliminate Sonic the Hedgehog. However, due to Sonic's unmatching heroism, he's defeated the evil robot countless of times, having to be repaired over and over again. This time, when Dr. Eggman and his nephew, Snively, build Metal once again, he is given the ability to warp through zones and he uses it to his advantage to find Sonic fighting Scourge in Moebius. Will he be able to capture his primary target and bring him to his master?
Metal Sonic is obviously a robot, so not only do I want him to have a robotic sound effect, but I want him to sound very low and monotone, as if he has no heart or soul. I would say to not overdo it, but just give me the best you can with this kind of tone.
