These are actually the lines of Miles Prower, the Anti-Tails, because Tails himself doesn't have any major lines in this two-parter.  However, he still has small phrases such as "Yes, ma'am!" or "Stop!" so I'm still asking for both parts in this character slot.

Miles "Tails" Prower is a twin-tailed fox and Sonic's life-long friend.  He's known as the head mechanic and the youngest member of the Freedom Fighters.  He can build many inventions, ranging from small gadgets to biplanes, that he oftens rivals with Dr. Eggman.

As for his evil twin, who takes on Tails' real name, Miles, is the exact opposite of his good counterpart.  He hates Sonic's villanousn clone, Scourge, not just because their hatred contrasts to Sonic and Tails' friendship, but also because Scourge decided to conquer Moebius and form the Anti-Freedom Fighters into the Supression Squad, forcing them to do his bidding.  As an act of revenge, Miles decides to betray his "king" by sending him, Sonic, and Amy back to Moebius and closing off the portals by stealing the Globe Posts.  This might just make things very tense between the two groups...

Tails is known best to be somewhere between the ages of 8 and 12, but to show his masculinity, many voice actors/actresses like to add in a bit of gruffness to his voice.  The same should be done for Miles.  However, the huge I want for these two is for Tails to have a higher, cheery tone while Miles is to have a lower, mellow tone that defines him being sophisticated.
