Sonic Heroes Fandub
Project Overview
Team Electrify's first big project is a fandub of Sonic Heroes!Rules are in our discord server! (found here:https://discord.gg/3bGu4puhV8)
YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE RULES OTHERWISE YOUR AUDITION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
As of current, no audition has followed these rules and it's getting frustrating.
- Age: You must be at least 18 or older.
Mic Quality: Clear audio is essential. Please use a decent microphone with minimal background noise. We don't expect you to have a full studio setup with a Shure-SM7B, but please be sure to record in a quiet space. Submissions with poor quality may be rejected.
No Processing: Avoid heavy effects or tuning. Light noise reduction is okay, but keep your audio as raw as possible.
In the case of characters with voice effects (eg. Omega, Gamma, Metal Sonic etc) you MUST include takes both with and without the audio effects applied.
File Format: Submit your audition in .wav format. MP3s, videos, and anything else will not be accepted.
Labeling: Name your file clearly using the format:
YourName_CharacterName_ProjectName. An example would be Voltali_ShadowTheHedgehog_IDWAudition
One Voice Per Role: When recording, you must do two takes per line, in an AABBCC format.
You are not allowed to upload multiple auditions of the same character, so make the one you upload as good as you can make it.
If you’re auditioning for multiple characters, send separate files for each.
Additionally, so I know you've read these rules, please open your auditions with the following:
"Hi, my name is (USERNAME), and this is my audition for (CHARACTER NAME)."
If you are shortlisted, you will be asked to join the discord server, where we can chat more about the role.
