Project Overview
INTRODUCTION
Hello, everyone! This casting call is for a comic dub of the Sonic the Hedgehog IDW, Archie, and fan comics. Be ready to audition For any and every role you want! I will reply as quickly as possible! All roles are in the English language. Some though many need you to speak in different languages, accents, gibberish, glitch speaking, etc. Sadly, all roles are unpaid, but if we do get enough success, we might pay voice actors in the future. For now, they will stay unpaid sadly. It is very beneficial if you try to stay active! If You Are Not Active For A Long period, You Might Be Kicked From The Production Team.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect to be warmly greeted by our little family, the folks that put together Freshh Productions. At this point, you'll be part of our family, where you'll get to interact with other actors from around the globe. We communicate primarily through Discord. If you are unfamiliar with this application, you can not audition. We record and talk in general with discord servers. We use Discord with other projects, and so they will also be there for you to view if you are accepted. Email is also acceptable.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
First and foremost, have fun! We take satisfaction in bringing together talents in different fields to design something truly Astonishing, but none of it means anything if the people involved aren't passionate about their part in the craft.
Please present clean recordings (no air conditioners in the background, no fans; we don't mind performing noise reduction on your files. However too much clean-up reduces the quality of your voice). And speaking of clean-up, VoiceMod is allowed, but please keep it still recognizable. Feel free to cut your lines to your best/favorite takes. We do occasionally ask for line re-dos, but we do this sparingly and only after vast consideration. Lastly, since we are planning on multiple seasons of this series, we'd like to cast people who will be able to stick with us for a while. We're incredibly proud of the acting team we've formed over the short time we've existed, and when starting a new project, we frequently return to actors we've worked with in the past.
WHO ARE WE?
Freshh Productions is a Studio of Minecraft Voice Actors, Builders, Skin Artists, and more. But slowly becoming more original with Animations, Animatics, Comics, and Comic Dubs, like this one. We all enjoy coming together to create beautiful projects. More Projects will come in the future, but this is one of the series we are most excited for so expect a lot of passion to go into the series.

Sonic the Hedgehog is the fastest thing alive, so to speak. He's one of the fastest. All he wants is to run around, be free with the wind, and be with his friends. Fighting Egghead or Robuttnik can get a bit much over time but he's in it for the adventure.

Miles or Tails as he likes to be called is considered one of the smartest in the group, he can fly when spinning his two tails together, and has followed Sonic since he was a kid. Inconsistencies in how he acts in games are a lot, comics it's not too bad.

Dr. Eggman, with an IQ of 300 he sometimes can still seem like one of the most dumbest villains Sonic has, but it's his first. Without Eggman, we wouldn't have such great stories or games. Especially the comics

Amy has been around since Sonic CD and has grown herself up due to an incident with a machine Eggman made, she won't nor ever say why or how this happened truly. She wields her Piko Piko hammer like a boss, she can be a badass sometimes when she isn't trying to get with Sonic, but she truly has grown over the years. If I didn't like Sally so much as Sonic's girlfriend, Amy would be the go to.

Rouge the Bat first shows up in Sonic Adventure 2, and the fandom went wild as you all know. But when she isn't there for THOSE reasons. She's a really good treasure hunter and great G.U.N Agent. People shipping her and Knuckles or Shadow and Knuckles. NAH. She with the Master Emerald for real (But honestly Rouge x Knuckles just hits different).

Shadow the Hedgehog, one of my favorite characters in the Sonic franchise other than Knuckles, Silver, and Tangle. He's the Ultimate Lifeform, born in a lab on the Space Colony ARK by Black Doom and Dr. Gerald Robotnik. He was tested until G.U.N. came along, shot his basically sister in front of her for basically no reason. Yet he still works with them. FOR SOME FUCKING REASON.

The most blood-thirsty, murderous, soulless, killing machine that Eggman has created, orginally made to kill Sonic and his friends, he was forgotten, abandoned in the saferoom by Neo Metal Sonic in Sonic Heroes, he is not only a formidable foe for Eggman, but a...decent...person?...

Honestly not much to say about Metal Sonic, he's just Eggman's best and perfect creation, unable to be corrupted, unable to not listen to Eggman (Except in Heroes but who's counting) he's Orbot, Cubot, and Sage's Older Brother. And whenever around them has that older brother complex.

Doctor Starline is an antagonist that appears in the comic. He was an anthropomorphic platypus and a shadowy scientist who was highly interested in Dr. Eggman and his work. After the events of Forces, Starline found an amnesiac Eggman and helped restore his memories. He then served as his apprentice during the Zombot apocalypse but got fired after seeing Eggman's flaws. Don't really got much to say about him that the Wiki doesn't already say

Tangle the Lemur, a new member of the cast, she can stretch her tail to great lengths, use it for defensive and offensive situations.

Whisper the Wolf is another character only shown in the IDW comics, she uses a Wispon to defend herself, she's a formidable fighter and have a little gay panic.

Blaze the Cat, first showed up in Rush and barely even has any appearances anymore, she's a princess from another dimension who even has their own Chaos Emeralds called: Sol Emeralds and can turn into Burning Blaze when getting all 7 of them.

Espio the Chameleon, one of the original Chaotix is more stealthy, a ninja sometimes. He talks pretty quietly and sometimes when necessary will speak big big Wisdom.

Vector the Crocodile, definitely should be Vector the InvestiGATOR but I can't change it. Vector is the leader of The Chaotix. He took over after Knuckles had to leave. He treats Espio and Charmy more like family than co-workers
