Hello! This is my first time initiating a project on CCC. This project is an Original Song that I've made called 'You're so sweet, it's sickening." This song is going to be uploaded on Youtube on Valentine's Day, and since I love making tragedy stories, I made a song with a dark twist!
Now originally, I was open to both genders auditioning for the role, but I realised the singer needed to be able to reach lower tones, and unfortunately, alto singers are quite rare and I wouldn't want to make a fuss.
So, this song tells the story of a young boy who has a crush on his classmate, it all progresses well, of course! That is, until the boy decides that keeping her all to himself is what she truly wants, and yes, this song is inspired by the 'Your Boyfriend' game [The horror one :D ]
I do wish for this casting call to be wrapped up in a week! I don't have much time due to school and such. So please, do your best in auditioning! I'll link drive files to show you the tunes of the sample lines given in the audition :D
Singer
The Male Singer needs to have a pretty cheerful voice, that can turn a little scary as the song progresses. I have placed random parts of the song as the auditions as I want to see what you'd sound like singing it. The drive files are the tunes of the song sung by me, as luckily, I am able to reach the low tones : > Feel free to adjust your voice to any octave, as long as it's in a similar tune!
